Description
- l'ouverture radiale des logements s'étend sur toute l'épaisseur des montants selon la direction transversale des axes des rouleaux ;
- les deux rouleaux gravés sont pourvus de corps de palier fixés dans des logements délimités en partie par des brides démontables ;
- les montants du berceau et du bâti sont agencés sensiblement dans un même plan perpendiculaire aux axes transversaux des rouleaux, et, lorsque les brides sont démontées, les ouvertures des logements des montants du bâti et du berceau débouchent radialement l'une en regard de l'autre ;
- en position de service du berceau, chacun des montants du berceau est sensiblement juxtaposé à un montant du bâti, et les ouvertures de leurs logements présentent chacune un bord de guidage qui est agencé dans le prolongement d'un bord de guidage de l'ouverture du montant juxtaposé.
- Un actionneur est fixé d'un côté sur le bâti fixe et de l'autre à un montant du berceau. Il assure le pivotement du berceau par rapport au bâti fixe entre la position de service et la position dégagée.
caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à :
- commander le pivotement du berceau vers sa position dégagée ;
- démonter les brides des montants du berceau (24) ;
- retirer le premier rouleau gravé en dégageant ses corps de paliers radialement au travers de l'ouverture de leurs logements dans les montants ;
- démonter les brides des montants du bâti ;
- ramener le berceau vers sa position de service ;
- retirer le second rouleau gravé en dégageant ses corps de paliers radialement au travers de l'ouverture de leurs logements dans les montants.
- pour retirer le second rouleau, on dégage celui-ci radialement en amenant chacun de ses corps de paliers du logement du montant du bâti à celui du montant du berceau, le long des bords de guidage des ouvertures en regard, et on amène le berceau une seconde fois vers sa position dégagée pour permettre au second rouleau gravé d'être retiré ;
- les rouleaux gravés de remplacement sont munis de leurs propres corps de palier.
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique de côté d'une partie d'une machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon l'art antérieur ;
- la figure 2 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1 illustrant une machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier conforme aux enseignements de l'invention ;
- la figure 3 est une vue schématique en perspective éclatée illustrant le montage d'un rouleau gravé selon l'invention ; et

Claims (9)
- Machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier, du type dans lequel une bande de papier passe entre deux rouleaux cylindriques gravés (10, 12) d'axes transversaux parallèles (A1, A2) qui sont montés chacun à rotation autour de leur axe entre deux montants (14, 16) de la machine et qui sont agencés tangentiellement l'un contre l'autre, du type dans lequel un premier (10) des rouleaux gravés est monté à rotation sur un berceau (24) qui est susceptible de pivoter par rapport à un bâti fixe (22) de la machine sur lequel est monté à rotation le second rouleau gravé (12), et du type dans lequel chaque rouleau gravé (10, 12) est monté à rotation par l'intermédiaire de corps de palier (30) qui sont agencés à chacune des extrémités du rouleau (10, 12) et qui sont fixés dans des logements (42) correspondants aménagés dans les montants (14, 16) respectivement du berceau pivotant (24) et du bâti fixe (22), caractérisée en ce que les corps de paliers (30) de l'un au moins des rouleaux gravés (10, 12) sont fixés dans des logements (42) qui sont délimités au moins en partie par une bride démontable (36) qui, lorsqu'elle est démontée, libère une ouverture radiale au travers de laquelle le corps de palier (30) peut être dégagé du logement (42) selon une direction radiale, et en ce que le berceau (24) qui porte un des rouleaux gravés (10) pivote autour d'un axe transversal (A5) parallèle aux axes (A1, A2) des rouleaux (10, 12) entre une position de service, dans laquelle les deux rouleaux (10, 12) sont sensiblement tangents, et une position dégagée pour le démontage des rouleaux gravés (10, 12).
- Machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture radiale des logements (42) s'étend sur toute l'épaisseur des montants (14, 16) selon la direction transversale des axes (A1, A2) des rouleaux (10, 12).
- Machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux rouleaux gravés (10, 12) sont pourvus de corps de palier (30) fixés dans des logements (42) délimités en partie par des brides démontables (36).
- Machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les montants (14, 16) du berceau (24) et du bâti (22) sont agencés sensiblement dans un même plan perpendiculaire aux axes transversaux (A1, A2) des rouleaux (10, 12), et en ce que, lorsque les brides (36) sont démontées, les ouvertures des logements (42) des montants (14, 16) du bâti (22) et du berceau (24) débouchent radialement l'une en regard de l'autre.
- Machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que, en position de service du berceau (24), chacun des montants (14) du berceau (24) est sensiblement juxtaposé à un montant (16) du bâti (22), et en ce que les ouvertures de leurs logements (42) présentent chacune un bord de guidage qui est agencé dans le prolongement d'un bord de guidage de l'ouverture du montant (16) juxtaposé.
- Machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un vérin actionneur (29) entre le berceau (24) et le bâti fixe qui commande le pivotement du berceau (24).
- Procédé de remplacement des rouleaux gravés d'une machine pour le traitement mécanique du papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à :commander le pivotement du berceau (24) vers sa position dégagée ;démonter les brides (36) des montants (14) du berceau (24) ;retirer le premier rouleau gravé (10) en dégageant ses corps de paliers (30) radialement au travers de l'ouverture de leurs logements (42) dans les montants (14) ;démonter les brides (36) des montants du bâti (24) ;ramener le berceau (24) vers sa position de service ;retirer le second rouleau gravé (12) en dégageant ses corps de paliers (30) radialement au travers de l'ouverture de leurs logements (30) dans les montants (16).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 prise en combinaison avec la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, pour retirer le second rouleau (12), celui-ci est dégagé radialement de telle sorte que ses corps de paliers (30) sont amenés chacun du logement du montant (16) du bâti (22) à celui du montant (14) du berceau (24), le long des bords de guidage des ouvertures en regard, et en ce que le berceau (24) est amené une seconde fois vers sa position dégagée pour permettre au second rouleau gravé (12) d'être retiré.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux gravés de remplacement sont munis de leurs propres corps de palier (30).
