Claims (9)
- Machine de cintrage de tôles, dite rouleuse, du type de rouleuse constituée principalement d'un rouleau supérieur, dit d'appui (2) de diamètre D autour duquel est destinée à s'enrouler la tôle après cintrage, supporté à une extrémité, dite seconde (16), par un palier escamotable (17) pour permettre le retrait, par translation axiale, de la tôle roulée, et de rouleaux inférieurs, dits presseurs (3,4), destinés à faire pression sur le rouleau d'appui , caractérisée :en ce que le rouleau d'appui (2) autour duquel s'enroule la tôle après cintrage, est relié à son autre extrémité, dite première (13), à un moteur (14) et est supporté à cette première extrémité par un palier fixe (15), l'axe du rouleau d'appui restant fixe, et,en ce que les rouleaux presseurs (3,4,31,32,33,41, 42, 43) sont lisses et disposés par paire à entraxe (e) fixe et supportés par une pluralité de paliers (5,51,52) ou de rouleaux (31,31') ou de galets (58), supportés eux-mêmes par une poutre (6) reposant elle-même sur le bâti (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de manoeuvre en translation verticale.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisé :
en ce que l'entraxe e des rouleaux presseurs (3,4) est compris entre d et 1,5xd, d étant leur diamètre, d étant lui même compris entre 0,2xD et 0,5xD, D étant le diamètre du rouleau d'appui (2), la longueur effective L de ce dernier étant elle-même comprise entre 5xD et 10xD. - Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée :
en ce que les rouleaux presseurs (3,4,32) sont divisés en tronçons (31,32, 32',33,..), chaque tronçon étant supporté en rotation, à ses extrémités, par une pièce support (5,51,52,..) les pièces support reposant elles-mêmes sur la poutre intermédiaire (6), - Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée :en ce que les tronçons (31,32,33) d'un rouleau sont décalés par rapport à ceux (41,42,43) de l'autre rouleau dans le sens axial, et sont supportés par des pièces support (51) constituées d'une paroi mince (53) en Z formant avec une semelle (54) en ensemble en cornièrede telle sorte que le bord d'extrémité d'un tronçon d'un rouleau presseur soit toujours en regard d'une partie cylindrique d'un tronçon de l'autre rouleau, à l'exception des extrémités des rouleaux eux-mêmes (fig.1-4).
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisé :
en ce que les rouleaux presseurs (32) divisés en tronçons forment un second étage de rouleaux de petit diamètre (32, axe 32') disposés au dessus des rouleaux précédents (31, axe 31'), et supportés eux aussi par des pièces support en Z (51), les rouleaux presseurs (32) et support (31) étant en tronçons discontinus. - Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée :
en ce que les rouleaux presseurs(42) sont continus sur toute la largeur de passage des tôles, et forment un second étage de rouleaux reposant soit sur des rouleaux tronçonnés (31), soit sur des galets (58). - Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendication 3 à 6, caractérisée :
en ce que les tronçons de rouleau sont constitués chacun d'un cylindre creux, (44) monté rotatif sur un arbre central coaxial (45) par des roulements (46) disposés au voisinage de chacune des extrémités du tronçon, l'arbre étant lui-même engagé fixement dans un alésage débouchant (57) de la paroi adjacente (53) d'une pièce support (5, 51), chaque alésage, à l'exception de ceux des pièces support d'extrémité des rouleaux, supportant deux arbre voisins coaxiaux. - Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée :en ce que le rouleau d'appui est supporté à une première extrémité (13) par un premier palier (15) à double portée, et à son autre extrémité (16) par un palier escamotable (17) ménagé dans une pièce basculable (18) dite portillon, eten ce que le portillon (18) à palier (17) est articulé sur le bâti (1) pour pouvoir basculer (flèche 19) sous l'effet d'un vérin (20) entre une position verticale dans laquelle le palier (17) enserre une extrémité cylindro-conique (16) du rouleau d'appui (2), et une position horizontale dans laquelle il libère l'extrémité du rouleau pour permettre le retrait de la tôle cintrée.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée :
en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre en translation verticale est un mécanisme à "rampe de cames" (23) et à "cales pentées" (8).
