Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour la débordage de feuilles de verre, oú la feuille de verre (1) à déborder est appuyée sur une paroi (2) et sur un cylindre tournant (3), sensiblement verticaux, ladite feuille étant entraínée par un transporteur inférieur (4), ledit dispositif présentant, en avant de ladite feuille, un groupe de débordage (5) doté d'un mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas, réalisé au moyen d'un chariot (6) qui circule verticalement sur les guides (7) au moyen de l'action d'une chaíne (8) munie de rouleaux de renvoi (9), et d'un mouvement linéaire de rapprochement et d'éloignement par rapport à la surface de ladite feuille de verre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un outil de débordage (13) qui opère par abrasion plane, qui effectue l'opération de débordage des régions horizontales et verticales des bords de la feuille de verre (1), ledit outil comprenant une bande abrasive (14) à profil fermé, maintenue en tension et mise en entraínement au moyen d'une pluralité de rouleaux (15, 16, 17) supportés par une plaque (18) dotée d'un mouvement de rotation autour d'un axe (33) perpendiculaire à la surface de ladite feuille.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de débordage (13) est supporté par un bloc porteur (12) monté fou sur un arbre (11) qui fait saillie à partir d'une plaque de support (10) ancrée au chariot (6), l'axe dudit arbre (11) coïncidant avec l'axe (33) d'orientation de l'ensemble de l'outil de débordage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande abrasive (14) est mise en mouvement par un premier rouleau (15) relié par la courroie (19) à un moteur électrique (20) ancré sur le bloc porteur (12).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente deux rouleaux d'extrémité (16, 17) placés en position avant qui délimitent une portion de contact (21) de la bande abrasive (14) destinée à entrer en contact avec la surface à travailler.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des deux rouleaux d'extrémité (16, 17) est adapté pour tourilloner sur un levier (22) articulé sur la plaque (18) et attaqué par un ressort de poussée (23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la rotation du levier (22), obtenue en agissant sur la poignée (24), éloigne ledit rouleau d'extrémité (17) de la bande (14), en provoquant la détente de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les deux rouleaux d'extrémité (16, 17) placés en avant, se trouve un rouleau intermédiaire (25) qui a la fonction d'assurer le plaquage de la portion de contact (21) de la bande abrasive (14) sur la surface à travailler.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau intermédiaire (25) est monté fou sur un levier (26) articulé sur la plaque (18) et mis en mouvement par un piston pneumatique (27) à action de poussée réglable.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, extérieurement à la bande abrasive (14) et en position avant, deux rouleaux supplémentaires fous (29, 30) dont au moins un fait office de palpeur pour détecter la présence de la feuille de verre (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un (30) des rouleaux supplémentaires (29,30) est tourillonné sur un levier (31) articulé sur la plaque (18) et est attaqué par un ressort de sollicitation (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes , caractérisé en ce que la rotation angulaire de l'outil de débordage (13), par portions successives de 90°, sur l'axe (33) perpendiculaire à la surface de la feuille (1), s'effectue au moyen d'un cylindre pneumatique (34) monté de façon folle, par l'intermédiaire d'une fourche (35), sur une broche (36) solidaire de la plaque de support (10), la tête d'une tige (37) solidaire dudit cylindre pneumatique (34) étant en prise de façon folle avec le corps du bloc de support (12).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un autre outil de débordage (13) fixe et disposé horizontalement au niveau d'au moins une des régions horizontales des bords de la feuille (1).
