Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Geraderichten (1) einer kontinuierlich laufenden Bahn (2), beispielsweise aus Karton, die von einer Spule (3) ausgegeben wird, aufweisend: einen Maschinenrahmen mit Trägern (14, 15) für Wellenlager (12, 13) von zwei Umlenkzylindern (5, 6), deren Achsen parallel sind und über welche die Bahn läuft, wobei sie dabei einen ebenen Abschnitt (2a) bildet, der in einer die beiden Zylindern tangierenden Ebene (P) liegt, sowie einen Richtblock (8), der beweglich zwischen den beiden Umlenkzylindern (5, 6) angebracht ist, und zwar senkrecht zu dem sich zwischen den beiden Zylindern (5, 6) erstreckenden Bahnabschnitt (2a), wobei dieser bewegliche Richtblock (8) mindestens eine Querdruckeinrichtung (9, 11) aufweist, die auf einer Seite der Bahn (2) zur Auflage kommen kann, um diese aus der die beiden Zylinder tangierenden Ebene (P) herauszudrücken und ihr die Form eines zwischen den beiden Zylindern befindlichen V zu erteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (14, 15) der Wellenlager (12, 13) der beiden Umlenkzylinder (5, 6) Führungen für die Wellenlager (12, 13) bilden, welche beweglich an diesen Trägern angebracht sind, und Verbindungseinrichtungen (16, 17) zwischen dem beweglichen Richtblock (8) und den Lagern (12, 13) der Umlenkzylinder (5, 6) vorgesehen sind, derart daß der Abstand (d) zwischen den Achsen der beiden Umlenkzylinder (5, 6) in Abhängigkeit von der Amplitude der V-förmigen Verformung der Bahn (2) verringert wird und auf diese Weise automatisch eine Längenveränderung dieser Bahn kompensiert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (14, 15), welche Führungen für die Wellenlager (12, 13) bilden, durch geradlinige Aufnahmen oder Kurvenscheiben gebildet werden, welche bezüglich der die beiden Umlenkzylinder (5, 6) tangierenden Ebene (P) geneigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (14, 15), welche Führungen für die Wellenlager (12, 13) bilden, durch nicht geradlinige Aufnahmen oder Kurvenscheiben gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtungen durch Koppelstangen (16, 17) gebildet werden, die mit einem ihrer Enden über jeweilige Achsen (18, 19) am Richtblock (8) und mit ihren anderen Enden an den Wellenlagern (12, 13) der Umlenkzylinder (5, 6) angelenkt sind.
