Claims (12)
- Injektionsschlauch mit einem Profilstrang (12) aus biegsamem, elastisch nachgiebigem Material, der einen durchgehenden Längskanal (10) und mindestens eine durchgehende, über nut bodenseitige Durchbrüche (22) mit dem Längskanal (10) kommunizierende, durch seitliche Nutenflanken (30) begrenzte und an einer länglichen Nutöffnung (26) außenseitig offene Längsnut (16) aufweist, und mit je einer in der mindestens einen Längsnut (16) angeordneten, mit Haltemitteln (28) in dieser festgehaltenen, die Durchbrüche (22) übergreifende abdichtenden Dichtungsschnur (24) aus gummielastisch nachgiebigem, vorzugsweise kompressiblem Material, wobei die Öffnungsweite der Nutöffnung (26) kleiner als der Durchmesser der Dichtungsschnur (24) in entspanntem Zustand ist, und wobei die Haltemittel durch Hinterschneidungen in den Nutenflanken (30) der Längsnut (16) gebildet sind.
- Injektionsschlauch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Dichtungsschnur (24) größer als die Tiefe der Längsnut (16) ist.
- Injektionsschlauch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nutenflanken (30) im Bereich ihrer öffnungsseitigen Ränder (28) im Profil hakenartig nach dem Nuteninneren gebogen sind.
- Injektionsschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine weitere, gegenüber dem Längskanal (10) geschlossene, an ihren Seitenflanken (32) hinterschnittene und außenseitig offene Längsnut (20), in der ein elastisch nachgiebiger, biegsamer Dichtungsstreifen (34) aus unter Wasseraufnahme quellfähigem Material formschlüssig angeordnet ist.
- Injektionsschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nutenflanken (30) schwalbenschwanzartige Hinterschneidungen aufweisen.
- Injektionsschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilstrang (12) ein mehreckiges, vorzugsweise dreieckiges Profil aufweist, an dessen Profilecken (14) die mit den bodenseitigen Durchbrüchen (22) versehenen und mit den Dichtungsschnüren (24) bestückten Längsnuten (16) angeordnet sind.
- Injektionsschlauch nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längskanal (10) mittig innerhalb des Profilstrangs (12) angeordnet ist.
- Injektionsschlauch nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Längskanal (10) hin geschlossenen, mit den quellfähigen Dichtungsstreifen (34) bestückten Längsnuten in den Profilseiten des Profilstrangs (12) angeordnet sind.
- Injektionsschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilstrang aus einem Kautschuk, vorzugsweise aus EPDM-Kautschuk besteht.
- Injektionsschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsschnüre (24) aus Moosgummi bestehen.
- Injektionsschlauch nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsstreifen aus Gummi mit quellfähigen Additiven bestehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Injektionsschläuchen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus Kautschuk bestehende Profilstrang (12) über einen den Längskanal (10) erzeugenden Dorn (48) unter Einbringen der hinterschnittenen Längsnuten (16,20) extrudiert und anschließend vulkanisiert und abgekühlt wird, daß vor oder während des Vulkanisierungsvorgangs zumindest in einem Teil der Längsnuten (16) des über den Dorn (48) transportierten Profilstrangs (12) im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Bodendurchbrüche unter Materialverdrängung eingedrückt werden, daß dem vom Dorn (48) abgezogenen und abgekühlten Profilstrang (12) im Durchlauf von der Seite her Dichtungsschnüre (24) und/oder Dichtungsstreifen (34) zugeführt und in die zugehörigen Längsnuten (16,20) eingedrückt oder eingerollt werden, und daß der so vorkonfektionierte biegsame Profilstrang (12) partieweise auf Transportrollen (62) aufgerollt und abgelängt wird.
