Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.柔軟であり弾性的にたわみ易い材料からなる異形ロープ体(12)を備え 、この異形ロープ体が貫通するる縦管路(10)と、底部側の穿孔(22)を介 して縦管路(10)に連絡し、溝側面(30)により境界されかつ溝開口部(2 6)にて開口する少なくとも1つの貫通する縦溝(16)とを備え、そして少な くとも1つの縦溝(20)内に配置され、保持手段(28)によりこの縦溝内に 固持されかつ穿孔(22)にかぶさるパッキンひも体(24)を備え、このパッ キンひも体がゴム弾性のたわみ易く、特に圧縮可能な材料からなる注入ホース体 において、 溝開口部(26)の開口幅が緊張しない状態にてパッキンひも体(24)の直 径よりも小さく、そして前記保持手段がくり抜きにより縦溝(16)の溝側面( 30)に形成されることを特徴とする注入ホース体。 2.パッキンひも体(24)の直径が縦溝(16)の深さよりも大きいことを 特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注入ホース体。 3.溝側面(30)が、その開口側縁部(28)の範囲にて断面にてかぎ状に 溝内部の方へ曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注入 ホース体。 4.縦管路(10)に対し閉止され側面(32)をくり抜かれ かつ外側が開いた少なくとも1つの別の縦溝(20)を設け、この縦溝(20) 内に弾性的にたわみ易く柔軟なかつ水を含むとふくれる材料からなるパッキン帯 (34)が形状拘束的に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の 1つに記載の注入ホース体。 5.溝側面(30)がありつぎ状のくり抜き部を有することを特徴とする、請 求項1ないし4の1つに記載の注入ホース体。 6.異形ロープ体(12)が多角形断面、特に三角形断面を有し、その隅角部 (14)に、底部側の穿孔(22)を設けかつパッキンひも体(24)を備える 縦溝(20)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5の1つに記 載の注入ホース体。 7.縦管路(10)が異形ロープ体(12)の内部中央に配置されていること を特徴とする、請求項6に記載の注入ホース体。 8.縦管路(10)に対し閉止されかつふくれるパッキン帯(34)を備えた 縦溝が異形ロープ体(12)の側部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項 7または8に記載の注入ホース体。 9.異形ロープ体が弾性ゴム、特にEPDM弾性ゴムからなることを特徴とす る、請求項1ないし8の1つに記載の注入ホース体。 10.パッキンひも体(24)がモースゴムからなることを特徴とする、請求 項1ないし9の1つに記載の注入ホース体。 11.パッキン帯りがふくれる添加剤を含むゴムよりなること を特徴とする、請求項4ないし10の1つに記載の注入ホース体。 12.請求項1ないし11の1つに記載の注入ホース体を製造する方法におい て、弾性ゴムよりなる異形ロープ体(12)が縦管路(10)を形成する心棒( 48)を介してくり抜きされた縦溝(16、20)の生成の下に押出し成形され 、つづいて加硫されかつ冷却されること、加硫過程の前または加硫過程の間、心 棒(48)を介して搬送される異形ロープ体(12)の縦溝(16)の少なくと も1部に、相互間隔を置いて配置された底部穿孔が材料排除により刻設されるこ と、心棒(48)から引き離されかつ冷却された走行中の異形ロープ体(12) に、側方からパッキンひも体(24)および(または)パッキン帯(34)が供 給され、そして付属の縦溝(16、20)内に押し込まれまたは転入せしめられ ること、およびこのように予め仕上げられた柔軟な異形ロープ体(12)が区分 毎に搬送ロール(62)に巻き取られて短く切断されることを特徴とする方法。
