Claims (11)
- 연질 합성수지재 또는 고무재에 의하여 형성된 관의 관벽(1)의 내면(11)에 노출되지 않는 위치에서 소정간격을 두고 경질 합성수지제 보강체(2)가 나선상으로 매설되어 있는 관(A)으로서 서로 인접하는 경질수지보강체(2),(2) 사이에 위치하여 박막상 보강대재(3)가 관벽(1)내에 매입되어 그 양측연부(3a),(3b)가 상기 경질수지보강체(2)내에 각각 매일 배설되어 있는 구조의 내압관.
- 경질보강체(2)의 전주면이 관벽(1)내에 매몰상으로 매설되어 있는 구조의 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재 의 내압관.
- 경질보강체(2)의 일부가 관벽(1)의 외주면측에 일부 노출된 상태로 매설되어 있는 구조의 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 내압관.
- 박막상 보강대재(3)가 직포제대재인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 내압관.
- 박막상 보강대재(3)가 금속세선제 대재인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 내압관.
- 박막상 보강대재(3)가 금속박판제 대재인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 내압관.
- 단면형상이 옆으로 긴 관형성용 대체(B)이며, 연질 합성수지재 또는 고무재(la)에 의하여 형성되어 상하 방향의 일측면측에 노출되지 않는 위치로 또한 좌우의 양단부쪽으로 경질합성수지제 보강체(2a),(2b)가 각각 위치하고, 또한 이들 경질 합성수지제 보강체(2a),(2b) 사이에 위치하여 박막상 보강재(3)가 매입되어 그 양단부(3a),(3b)가 상기 경질 합성수지제 보강체(2a),(2b)내에 매입 배설되어 있는 구조로 한 대체(B)를 압출 성형기(C)의 압출구(21)에서 연속적으로 압출하여 상기 경질 합성수지제 보강체(2a),(2b)가 노출되지 않은 상하 방향의 일측면을 관(A)의 내면(11)측에 위치하도록 하여 관형성체(22) 위로 안내하여 순차 나선상으로 권회하여 좌우의 양단부분을 접당 또는 중합시켜서 접착하여 일연일체로 연결시켜서 형성하는 내압관의 제조방법.
- 대체(B)의 구조를 경질 보강체(2a),(2b)의 일부를 대체(B)의 좌우의 단면측에 각각 노출시킨 구조로 한 특허청구의 범위 제7항 기재의 내압관의 제조방법.
- 대체(B)의 구조를 경질 보강체(2a),(2b)의 전주면이 연질 합성수지재 또는 고무재(la)내에 매입되어 있는 구조로 한 특허청구의 범위 제7항 기재의 내압관의 제조방법.
- 대체(B)의 나선권회접착을 압출 성형기(C)의 압출구(21)에서 압출한 직후의 미경화상태에서 시행하여 접당단면들을 융착하는 특허청구의 범위 제7항 기재의 내압관의 제조방법.
- 대체(B)의 나선권회접착을 대체(B)를 경화시킨 후 대체(B)중 접당 단면부를 가열연화시켜 접착하는 특허청구의 범위 제7항 기재의 내압관의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
