Claims (9)
- Förderpumpe, die von einem Motor angetrieben wird und insbesondere am auslaufseitigen Ende einer Naßschrotmühle eingesetzt werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Übertragung der Antriebskraft des Motors (12) zu der Förderpumpe (40) ein Kegelradgetriebe (8) vorgesehen ist. - Förderpumpe nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Pumpenlaufrad (2) mit einer im wesentlichen senkrechtstehenden, angetriebenen Welle (9), die drehbar gelagert ist. - Förderpumpe nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein erstes Kegelrad (20) des Kegelradgetriebes (8) um die gleiche Achse drehbar ist wie die Welle (9) und die Welle (9) über ein erstes Übertragungsmittel antreibt und ein zweites Kegelrad (19) des Kegelradgetriebes (8) über ein zweites Übertragungsmittel (22) von dem Motor (12) angetrieben wird. - Förderpumpe nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das erste und zweite Kegelrad (20, 19) des Kegelradgetriebes (8) mit zueinander senkrechtstehenden Achsen angeordnet sind. - Förderpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das erste Übertragungsmittel eine Hohlwelle (18) umfaßt, die mit dem ersten Kegelrad (20) verbunden ist und von diesem gedreht wird, wobei die Welle (9) mit einem Wellenbund (24) auf der oberen Stirnfläche der Hohlwelle (18) aufliegt. - Förderpumpe nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Welle (9) in die Hohlwelle (18) eingesteckt ist und das erste Übertragungsmittel ein Element (7) umfaßt, das die Antriebskraft der Hohlwelle (18) durch Formschluß auf die Welle (9) überträgt. - Förderpumpe nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Element zur Übertragung der Antriebskraft auf die Welle (9) eine Paßfeder (7) ist. - Förderpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das zweite Übertragungsmittel (22) zur Übertragung der Antriebskraft vom Motor (12) auf das zweite Kegelrad (19) des Kegelradgetriebes (8) eine Antriebswelle (22) mit einer lösbaren Verbindung (21) umfaßt. - Förderpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Motor (12) ein Elektromotor ist, der über eine Flanschverbindung (14, 15) mit dem Kegelradgetriebe (8) verbunden ist.
