Claims (14)
- Klammer zum Verklammern von flächigen Materiallagen, insbesondere Papierbögen, mit1.1 einem vorderen flachen Schenkel (1),1.2 einem hinteren flachen Schenkel (3), wobei zwischen die Innenseiten der beiden Schenkel ein Papierstapel einschiebbar ist,1.3 einem die beiden Schenkel (1, 3) derart verbindenden Steg (2), daß1.4 die Flachseiten der Schenkel (1,3) einander zugewandt sind und1.5 beide Schenkel (1,3) etwa parallel zueinander verlaufen, sowie mit1.6. einem Sperrschenkel (7), der1.6.1 an der Innenseite des einen Schenkels (1) angebracht ist und1.6.2 sich schräg in Richtung auf den Steg (2) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass1.7 der dem Sperrschenkel (7) gegenüberliegende Schenkel (3) eine konkave Vertiefung (18) aufweist, und1.8 das dem Steg (2) abgewandte Ende der Vertiefung (18) von einer Erhöhung (17) begrenzt ist.
- Klammer nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Innenseite des freien Endes (4,5) mindestens eines Schenkels (1,3) der Klammer abgeschrägt ausgebildet ist.
- Klammer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Außenseite des vorderen Schenkels (1) im Bereich des freien Endes (4) geriefelt oder aufgerauht ausgebildet ist.

- Klammer nach Anspruch 9, bei der der Sperrschenkel (7) zwischen dem Filmscharnier (14) und dem freien Ende (4) des Schenkels (1) an diesem angeformt ist, vorzugsweise unmittelbar benachbart zu dem Filmscharnier (14).
- Klammer nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei der das freie Ende (8) des Sperrschenkels (7) beim Verschwenken um die Achse des Filmscharniers (14) auf einem Kreis bewegt wird, der die Innenkontur (9) des gegenüberliegenden Schenkels (3) der Klammer durchdringt.
- Klammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der zwischen dem freien Ende (5) des gegenüberliegenden Schenkels (3) und der Erhöhung (17) eine Rampe (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Klammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Erhöhung (17) zu der konkaven Vertiefung (18) hin steil abfällt, wobei vorzugsweise die Vorderseite (20) des Sperrschenkels (7) tangential zu dem Abfall der Erhöhung (17) verläuft.
- Klammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, einstückig aus Kunststoff gespritzt.
