Claims (18)
- Informationsträger mit einer oberen (2) und einer unteren (4) Deckschicht und einer zwischen den Deckschichten bewegbaren Informationen aufweisenden kreisscheibenförmigen Platte (10), wobei die Informationen durch entsprechende Positionierung der Platte (10) gegenüber der Deckschicht (2,4) eine bestimmte Zuordnung erfahren und die Platte (10) durch eine Ausnehmung (8) in wenigstens einer der Deckschichten (2, 4) einsehbar und gegebenenfalls manuell drehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kreisscheibenförmige Platte (10) aus einer mittleren zwischen der oberen und der unteren Deckschicht angeordneten Schicht (6) durch Anbringen eines kreisbogenförmigen Trennschlitzes (12, 14) in diese mittlere Schicht (6) gebildet ist, und dass die kreisscheibenförmige Platte (10) in radialer Richtung durch die Kontur der mittleren Schicht (6) begrenzt ist, so dass die mittlere Schicht (6) eine Drehführung für die Platte (10) bildet, ohne dass ein separates Drehgelenkelement vorgesehen ist, und die Platte (10) zwischen den Deckschichten (2, 4) und als Teil der mittleren Schicht drehbar und unverlierbar aufgenommen ist.
- Informationsträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Platte (10) ein Randabschnitt (32, 34) abgetrennt ist, so dass die Platte (10) in derjenigen Drehstellung relativ zu den Deckschichten (2, 4), in der der Randabschnitt (32, 34) abgetrennt wurde, bündig zur Außenkante der Deckschichten (2, 4) verläuft.
- Informationsträger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtrennung durch alle drei Schichten (2, 4, 6) verläuft.
- Informationsträger nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drehbare Platte (10) im Bereich des abgetrennten Randabschnitts (32, 34) eine gerade Kante (58, 60) aufweist.
- Informationsträger nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei gegenüberliegende Randabschnitte (32, 34) von der Platte (10) abgetrennt sind.
- Informationsträger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) im Bereich der gegenüberliegenden abgetrennten Randabschnitte (32, 34) zwei zueinander parallele Kanten (58, 60) aufweist.
- Informationsträger nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den bogenförmigen Trennschlitz (12, 14) begrenzenden und einander zugewandten Wandflächen (36, 38) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Schichten- bzw. Plattenebene und konzentrisch zueinander verlaufen.
- Informationsträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitzbreite 0,05 bis 0,15 mm beträgt.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Informationsträgers nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:Bereitstellen der zwei Deckschichten (2, 4) mit wenigstens einer Ausnehmung (8) und einer mittleren eine drehbare Platte (10) bildenden Schicht (6),Anbringen eines kreisbogenförmigen Trennschlitzes (12, 14) in der mittleren Schicht (6), der nicht auf sich zurückgeführt ist, so dass die dabei entstehende kreisscheibenförmige Platte (10) über wenigstens ein Kreisbogensegment an die mittlere Schicht (6) angebunden ist,Anordnen der mittleren Schicht (6) zwischen der oberen und unteren Deckschicht (2, 4) und Verbinden der Schichten (2, 4, 6) miteinander in Bereichen außerhalb des Trennschlitzes (12, 14),Abtrennen eines Randabschnitts (32, 34, 42, 44) von der mittleren Schicht (6) und der kreisförmigen Platte (10) derart, dass die Anbindung der Platte (10) an die mittlere Schicht (10) getrennt wird und der kreisbogenförmige Trennschlitz (12, 14) in der Trennebene mündet, so dass die Platte (10) zwischen den Deckschichten (2, 4) unverlierbar gehalten und drehbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung der Platte (10) zwei im wesentlichen halbkreisförmige Trennschlitze (12, 14) angebracht werden, deren freie Enden (28, 30) voneinander beabstandet sind, so dass in diesen Bereichen zwei Anbindungen der entstehenden Platte (10) an die mittlere Schicht (6) gebildet sind, die nach dem Verbinden der Schichten (2, 4, 6) miteinander abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtrennung der Anbindung der Platte (10) an die mittlere Schicht (6) durch alle Schichten (2, 4, 6) verläuft, so dass hierdurch auch eine seitliche Besäumung der Deckschichten (2, 4) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abtrennen der Anbindung der Platte (10) an die mittlere Schicht (6) zwei lineare und zueinander parallele Trennvorgänge ausgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennschlitze (12, 14) zwischen der Platte (10) und der mittleren Schicht (6) durch spanabhebende Bearbeitung gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Trennschlitze (12, 14) zwischen der Platte (10) und der mittleren Schicht (6) durch Wasserstrahltrennen gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennschlitze (12, 14) zwischen der Platte (10) und der mittleren Schicht (6) durch Laserstrahltrennen gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randabschnitt (32, 34, 42, 44) von der Platte (10) bzw. der mittleren Schicht (6) durch spanabhebende Bearbeitung, insbesondere durch einen Fräs- oder Sägeschnitt, abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randabschnitt (32, 34, 42, 44) von der Platte (10) bzw. der mittleren Schicht (6) durch Wasserstrahltrennen abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randabschnitt (32, 34, 42, 44) von der Platte (10) bzw. von der mittleren Schicht (6) durch Laserstrahltrennen abgetrennt wird.
