Claims (11)
- Blattbildungssystem einer Langsiebpapier- oder Langsiebkartonmaschine mit einem Stoffauflauf (1), mindestens einem umlaufenden Sieb (10) und mindestens zwei, jeweils im Randbereich des Siebes (10) angebrachten Formatschilden (9), wobei der Stoffauflauf (1) über eine Düse einen maschinenbreiten Stoffsuspensionsstrahl erzeugt und zwischen den Formatschilden (9) auf ein Sieb (10) aufbringt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Formatschilde (9) derart ausgebildet und befestigt sind, daß der lichte Abstand der Formatschilde von der Mittellinie des Siebes zumindest über einen wesentlichen Teil ihrer Länge in Maschinenrichtung einstellbar ist - Blattbildungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Formatschilde (9) über Mittel (18.1, 18.2, 18.3) verfügt, die eine Winkelverstellung um eine Achse parallel zur Querrichtung der Maschine erlauben.
- Blattbildungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Formatschilde (9) über Mittel (19) verfügt, die eine Abstandverstellung, vorzugsweise parallel, zum darunter verlaufenden Sieb erlauben.
- Blattbildungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formatschilde (9) zumindest streckenweise in Maschinenrichtung elastisch ausgebildet sind.
- Blattbildungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formatschilde (9) mindestens ein Gelenk aufweisen, dessen Achse im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Siebebene steht.
- Blattbildungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Formatschilden (9) jeweils mindestens eine Vorrichtung zu Verformung (16.1, 16.2, 9.3, 9.4) der Formatschilde zumindest in Maschinenrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Blattbildungssystem gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Vorrichtungen zur Verformung (16.1, 16.2, 9.3, 9.4) der Formatschilde eine Zug- und/oder Druckkraft mit zumindest einer Richtungskomponente quer zur Maschinenrichtung ausübt.
- Blattbildungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Vorrichtungen zur Verformung (16.1, 16.2, 9.3, 9.4) der Formatschilde an einem seitlich am Formatschild angeordneten Hebelarm angreift und eine Zug- und/oder Druckkraft mit zumindest einer Richtungskomponente in Maschinenrichtung ausübt.
- Verfahren zur Reduktion von Randwellen bei einem Blattbildungssystem einer Langsiebpapier- oder Langsiebkartonmaschine im Bereich der Stoffsuspensionsaufgabe auf ein umlaufendes Sieb, bei dem zur Randbegrenzung des sich bildenden Blattes eine mechanische Seitenbegrenzung benutzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Randbereich der Blattbildung die für die Stoffsuspension zur Verfügung stehende Fläche in Maschinenrichtung kontinuierlich verändert wird.
- Verfahren oder gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand des Formatschildes (9) von der Sieboberfläche derart eingestellt wird, daß ein wesentlicher Teil der auftretenden Querimpulse durch den Spalt (14) zwischen Sieb (10) und Formatschild (9) entweichen kann.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbreiterung der für die Stoffsuspension zur Verfügung stehende Fläche in Maschinenrichtung, im wesentlichen entsprechend den Regeln der Kontinuitätsgleichung für inkompressible Flüssigkeiten, nach Maßgabe der sich ändernden Fließgeschwindigkeit vergrößert wird, um die Schichthöhe der Stoffsuspension im Randbereich konstant zu halten.
