Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen von Etiketten o.dgl. mit einem um eine Drehachse drehbaren Stanzzylinder und mit einem um eine zur Drehachse des Stanzzylinders parallele Drehachse drehbaren Gegendruckzylinder, die beide mit sich aufeinander abwälzenden Schmitzringen versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schmitzringe (24) des Gegendruckzylinders (16) um eine eigene Drehachse frei drehbar gelagert sind, und daß der Abstand der Drehachse des Gegendruckzylinders (16) zu der Drehachse des Stanzzylinders (15) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmitzringe (24) jeweils mittels eines Zwischenringes (26) auf dem Gegendruckzylinder (16) gelagert sind, daß die Zwischenringe (26) einen den Schmitzringen (24) zugeordneten Lagersitz aufweisen, zu welchem ein dem Gegendruckzylinder (16) zugeordneter Lagersitz der Zwischenringe (26) exzentrisch angeordnet ist, und daß die Zwischenringe (26) in Umfangsrichtung verdrehbar und in der eingestellten Position fixierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmitzringe (24) mittels eines Wälzlagers (25) auf dem Zwischenring (26) gelagert sind, in welchem der Gegendruckzylinder (16) ebenfalls mittels eines Wälzlagers (28) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Zwischenringe (26) eine für beide Seiten gemeinsam und/oder für jede Seite getrennt betätigbare Einrichtung (37) zum Verdrehen und Fixieren der eingestellten Position vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenringe (26) mit Zahnrädern (38, 39) versehen sind, in welche Verstellzahnräder (33) eingreifen, die auf einer Verstellwelle (41) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Verstellwelle (41) ein Verstellrad (42) angebracht ist, das aus Ruhepositionen herausbewegbar und in Ruhepositionen fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenringe (26) in axialer Richtung unabhängig von den Schmitzringen (24) und dem Gegendruckzylinder (16) fixiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnräder (38, 39) der Zwischenringe (26) in Führungsschlitze von Lagerböcken (34) hineinragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmitzringe (24) des Gegendruckzylinders (16) in axialer Richtung breiter als die Schmitzringe (17) des Stanzzylinders (15) sind.
