Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for winding a transmitting or receiving coil for a electronic article surveillance system.
- An electronic article surveillance system consists of at least one transmitting coil and one receiving coil.
- Means the transmitter coil is an electromagnetic field in the Surveillance zone emitted. Is within the monitored zone an electronic security element, so this is transmitted through the field of the transmitter coil of a characteristic signal.
- This characteristic signal is subsequently from the Receiving coil detected and sent to a for evaluation Evaluation unit forwarded.
- the evaluation unit the shape of the characteristic signal with a predefined waveform compared. Both agree Waveforms match, this is called an illegal stay a secured item in the surveillance zone interpreted; an alarm shows the operator Theft.
- the transmitter coil which usually has a large number of turns, in arranged the outer regions of a carrier material. So far, the winding and fixing of the transmitter coil is on the carrier material by means of a relatively complex and time-consuming process carried out: the carrier material for the coils is on a rotating processing station fixed, and by rotating the processing station the wire of the transmitter coil is moved accordingly into the Pins arranged outside of the carrier material wrapped. Then the coil is glued or by further mechanical fixations on the carrier material fixed. There is a removal from the processing station only possible after the adhesive has dried completely is because the individual turns of the coil are otherwise in undesirably move relative to each other.
- the invention has for its object a method and propose a device that is simple and inexpensive winding of a transmitter coil or Reception coil for an electronic article surveillance system enable.
- the task is thereby regarding the procedure solved that a carrier material for the transmission and / or Receiving coil is provided, the carrier material a first side surface and a second opposite one Has side surface and at least in the outer Areas of one side face a circumferential groove has, and that an electrically conductive wire is introduced mechanically into the circumferential groove.
- the carrier material is placed on a process Processing station placed, and the wire is from a arranged movably with respect to the processing station Applicator pressed into the turns of the circumferential groove.
- a Applicator tracks the circumferential groove and presses gradually insert the wire into the groove. This will, on the one hand the space requirement for the processing station is considerable reduced, on the other hand the wire is pushed in pre-fixed in the groove.
- the pre-fixation of the Wire in the groove can be wound onto the carrier material Immediately after the winding process is finished removed from the processing station and to Further processing can be provided.
- the object is achieved by that the carrier material in the outer areas at least one of the two side surfaces has a continuous circumferential groove with several turns arranged side by side on a gap having; there is also an applicator for introducing a electrically conductive wire in the circumferential groove of the Carrier material provided; a control unit controls the relative movement between applicator and Backing material in such a way that the wire successively into the Turns of the circumferential groove is pressed.
- the device proposes a processing station on which the carrier material is fastened such that the surface is freely accessible with the circumferential groove; Furthermore a guide element for the applicator is provided, whose shape is essentially the shape of one of the turns corresponds to the circumferential groove, with the applicator on revolves around the guide element.
- the applicator is inexpensive Design of the device according to the invention from a Guide disc with a centrally arranged, groove-shaped Depression and from a in the circumferential direction of the Applicator arranged behind the guide disc Push-in element, the wire being held by the guide washer always above the circumferential groove of the carrier material is positioned and by the following, on pressing element resting on the carrier material into the groove is pushed in.

- the connecting element consists preferably of a gear chain that in such a way the timing belt is attached so that it is in the areas of strongest curvature of the applicator's orbit at least still the same length as the corresponding one Track section of the timing belt.
- the circumferential groove has several turns, which Gap are arranged side by side. So the wire can be inserted continuously into the groove consequently the position of the applicator after each revolution regarding the guidance by the distance to the next turn be moved.
- Device provided a sensor of the control unit Information about the current position of the applicator provides with respect to the turns of the circumferential groove, wherein the control unit the applicator by means of a linear drive always follows in such a way that the wire successively in the turns of the circumferential groove is pressed in.
- the sensor can be, for example act mechanical sensor that is always in a turn of The groove runs offset to the applicator.
- an optical Sensor can be used.
- the device is a dispensing device for the applicator assigned, at least in certain temporal or spacing adhesive on the in the groove wire that is pushed in or pushed in, so that the wire in the circumferential groove of the carrier material is fixed.
- a buffer unit This ensures that the wire on the applicator with a substantially constant voltage is provided.
- the buffer unit is a movably arranged on a guide rail Guide disc (deflection roller) with a centrally arranged Notch for guiding the wire.
- the guide disc is still eccentrically stored, i.e. the direction of entry always remains while the outlet of the Guide disc always the current position of the Applicator adapts.
- the buffer unit has the following function: There is a lot of wire is available, the guide disc is moved upwards - so it basically stores wire. As soon as less wire to Is available - be it that there is currently less wire from can be made available to the twisting station or be it that the applicator on the straight Route areas has a higher speed than on the curved route areas -, the moves Guide disc down and deliver in this way in addition to the usual wire feed, the one before saved wire quantity. The wire feed will be drastic reduced, and as a result, the guide disc moves below a lower marking, so returns accordingly arranged sensor sends a signal to the Control unit, which then determines the rotational speed of the Applicator reduced, or the circulation of the applicator stops completely.
- Strand wire consists of several individual wires that are connected to each other are twisted. Stranded wire has the advantage that here the skin effect barely noticeable during this effect with usual wire to a strong growth of the Resistance at high frequencies leads.
- This stranded wire can either be a finished product can be bought, but it can also be bought with a Twisting station are manufactured, which preferably integral part of the device according to the invention is.
