Claims (17)
- Procédé de cerclage de piles (S) de produits imprimés, essentiellement en forme de parallélépipède, transportées sur un parcours de transport jusque dans une position de cerclage (U) et hors de la position de cerclage (U), les piles rencontrant à l'entrée de la position de cerclage un premier matériau de cerclage ou d'enveloppe (A/A') tendu à travers le parcours de transport et entraînant le premier matériau de cerclage ou d'enveloppe (A/A') de telle sorte qu'il se place autour du côté avant de la pile, le premier matériau de cerclage ou d'enveloppe (A/A') entourant la pile étant fermé, découpé derrière celle-ci et de nouveau tendu à travers le parcours de transport, un deuxième matériau de cerclage (B) étant placé autour de l'objet ou de la pile (S), fixé par traction et fermé transversalement au parcours de transport dans la même position de cerclage (U) pendant que la pile est pressée, caractérisé en ce que la partie avant de la pile (S) est pressée et stabilisée de plus pendant l'amenée dans la position de cerclage (U) à l'aide d'un moyen (4) de pressage et de stabilisation entraîné dans la direction de transport (F), le premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') traversant un trou ménagé dans le moyen (4) de pressage et de stabilisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') est amené depuis deux côtés mutuellement opposés du parcours de transport.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour le cerclage sélectif uniquement par le deuxième matériau de cerclage (B), le premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') est déplacé hors du parcours de transport.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') est un feuillard de cerclage qui peut être fermé par soudage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième matériau de cerclage (B) est un feuillard de cerclage qui peut être fermé par soudage
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que deux piles (S et S.1) sont transportées l'une derrière l'autre dans des positions de cerclage (U et U.1) situées l'une derrière l'autre et en ce que le premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') est d'abord fermé entre les deux piles et directement ensuite sur le côté arrière de la pile arrière, pour former un cerclage.
- Dispositif pour le cerclage de piles (S) de produits imprimés, essentiellement en forme de parallélépipède, transportées sur un parcours de transport jusque dans une position de cerclage (U) et hors de la position de cerclage (U), lequel dispositif présente un moyen de transport pour le transport successif des piles dans la position de cerclage (U) et leur enlèvement hors de la position de cerclage (U) ainsi qu'un moyen (2) de cerclage longitudinal disposé dans la région de la position de cerclage, pour le positionnement d'un premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') à travers le parcours de transport et pour le serrage, la fermeture et la découpe du premier matériau de cerclage derrière une pile (S) transportée dans la position de cerclage, un moyen (3) de cerclage transversal, également disposé dans la position de cerclage (U), pour la formation d'une boucle transversale en un deuxième matériau de cerclage (B) autour de la pile transportée dans la position de cerclage (U) et pour le cerclage, la fermeture et la découpe de la boucle, et un moyen pour presser la pile (S) dans la position de cerclage (U), caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pressage est configuré et disposé comme moyen (4) mobile de pressage et de stabilisation de telle sorte qu'en plus de son entraînement conjoint avec la pile, il agit sur la pile pour la presser et la stabiliser également pendant l'amenée de la pile dans la position de cerclage (U), et en ce que le premier moyen de cerclage traverse un trou ménagé dans le moyen de pressage et de stabilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente de plus des moyens de déplacement pour déplacer hors du parcours de transport le premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') tendu au-dessus du parcours de transport.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente en plus un moyen arrière (5) de pressage et de stabilisation qui est disposé de manière à se déplacer de telle sorte que pendant le cerclage, il presse la partie arrière d'une pile à cercler.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des bandes transporteuses (11, 12, 13) ou des coulisseaux (14) sont prévus comme moyen de transport (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (2) de cerclage longitudinal présente deux bobines de réserve (21 et 21') du premier matériau de cerclage (A/A'), disposées sur des côtés mutuellement opposés du parcours de transport, ainsi que deux moyens de guidage et de freinage (22 et 22') et des moyens (23 et 23') qui peuvent se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre dans le parcours de transport et qui coopèrent l'un avec l'autre pour le serrage, la liaison et la découpe du premier matériau de cerclage (A/A').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de guidage et de freinage (22 et 22') peuvent être déplacés pour déplacer le premier matériau de cerclage tendu à travers du parcours de transport.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de freinage et de guidage (22 et 22') sont constitués d'une paire de mâchoires de serrage (22.1) et d'un rouleau de guidage (22.2) qui peuvent pivoter dans un plan perpendiculaire au parcours de transport à l'aide d'un levier (22.3).

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (13) de cerclage transversal présente une bobine de réserve (31) pour le deuxième matériau de cerclage (B), un canal en boucle (32) qui s'étend en forme de boucle autour du parcours de transport et des moyens (33) pour insérer le deuxième matériau de cerclage (B) dans le canal en boucle (32) et pour placer la boucle autour de l'objet ou de la pile placée dans la position de cerclage (U), ainsi que pour serrer et découper la boucle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une double position de cerclage (U et U.1) pour deux piles successives (S et S.1), avec un seul rideau constitué du premier matériau de cerclage (A/A') tendu à travers du parcours de transport.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 16 dans une ligne de travail dans laquelle des piles de journaux ou de périodiques sont préparées, dotées d'une feuille de recouvrement et/ou d'un supports d'informations et ensuite cerclées transversalement et/ou longitudinalement de manière sélective.
