Claims (9)
- Maschine (1) zum Umschnüren bzw. Umreifen von Packstücken mit einem Band (2), insbesondere aus verschweißbarem Kunststoff, dasA. von einer Einziehvorrichtung (4) von einer Vorratsrolle (3) abgezogen wird,B. mittels einer Bandfördervorrichtung (6) und einer Bandführung (10,15) als Schlaufe um das Packstück (28) herumgelegt wird,C. mittels einer Spannvorrichtung (9) mit einer Spannrolle (11) und einer das Band gegen die Spannrolle (11) drückenden Andrückvorrichtung gespannt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannrolle (11) an ihrer Umfangsfläche mit einer
Reibfläche versehen ist und daß mindestens ein Abweiser (17) vorgesehen ist, der zwischen das Band (2) und die Reibfläche der Spannrolle (11) bewegbar ist und dessen Anlagefläche für das Band (2) als glatte Gleitfläche ausgebildet ist. - Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abweiser (17) als Abschnitt eines Zylindermantels ausgebildet ist, dessen innere Umfangsfläche die äußere Umfangsfläche der Spannrolle (11) mit geringem Spiel umgreift.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zylindermantelförmige Abweiser (17) an einer koaxial zur Spannrolle (11) drehbar gelagerten Deckscheibe (16) befestigt ist, welche von einem Drehantrieb antreibbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (2) einen Winkelabschnitt der Spannrolle (11) von etwa 90° umschlingt und daß sich der Abweiser (17) über einen mindestens gleich großen Winkelabschnitt des Zylindermantels erstreckt.
- Maschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückvorrichtung zum Andrücken des Bandes (2) von einer auf die Spannrolle (11) zu bewegbaren Andrückrolle (12) gebildet wird und daß ein Anschlagelement vorgesehen ist, welches von einer Sperrposition in eine Freigabeposition verstellbar ist, wobei es in der Sperrposition einen Anschlag für die Andrückbewegung der Andrückrolle (12) zur Aufrechterhaltung eines Spaltes zwischen den Oberflächen von Andrückrolle (12) und Spannrolle (11) bildet und in der Freigabeposition das ungehinderte Gegeneinanderdrücken der Umfangsflächen von Spannrolle (11) und Andrückrolle (12) ermöglicht.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Steuerung für den Anschlag umfaßt, die den Anschlag in die Sperrstellung verbringt, wenn über eine Banderfassungsvorrichtung (29) das Fehlen des Bandes (2) zwischen der Andrückrolle (12) und der Spannrolle (11) ermittelt wird.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlagelement von der den Abweiser (17) tragenden Deckscheibe (16) gebildet wird, deren äußere Umfangsfläche eine Anlage für eine mit der Andrückrolle (12) verbundene Kontaktfläche bildet, wobei die Deckscheibe (16) zur Bildung des Anschlages einen vergrößerten Außendurchmesser aufweist.
- Maschine (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfläche von der äußeren Umfangsfläche eines koaxial zur Andrückrolle (12) angeordneten Ringflansches (25) gebildet wird.
- Maschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reibfläche an der Umfangsfläche der Spannrolle (11) mit pyramidenförmigen Vorsprüngen versehen ist, deren Höhe vorzugsweise etwas geringer ist als die Materialstärke des Bandes (2).
