Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung der Drehzahl der mit eigenen Antrieben versehenen Druckzylinder einer Druckmaschine, die an einen angetriebenen gemeinsamen Gegendruckzylinder anstellbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der momentane Drehwinkel des Gegendruckzylinders (1) ausgehend von einer Null-Linie gemessen wird und daß unter Beachtung des vorgegebenen Drehwinkelverhältnisses zwischen dem Gegendruckzylinder (1) und den Druckzylindern (7, 8) zeitlich die Drehwinkel der Druckzylinder (7, 8) durch deren Antriebsmotoren (5, 6) entsprechend der Messung gesteuert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus einer gemessenen Ungleichförmigkeit des momentanen Drehwinkels des Gegendruckzylinders (1) gebildete Signal zur Steuerung der Antriebe (5, 6) der Druckzylinder (7, 8) verwendet wird.
- Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise Flexodruckmaschine, zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 mit einem angetriebenen Gegendruckzylinder (1) und mehreren Druckwerken, deren an den Gegendruckzylinder (1) anstellbaren Druckzylinder (7, 8) mit eigenen Antrieben (5, 6), deren Drehzahlen steuerbar sind, versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gegendruckzylinder (1) über seinen Umfang in gleichen Abständen mit Markierungen (2) versehen ist, die von einem Sensor (3) abgetastet werden, und daß die Sensorsignale einer Steuereinrichtung, beispielsweise einem Mikrocomputer (4), zugeführt werden, der die Drehzahlen der Antriebe (5, 6) der Druckzylinder (7, 8) entsprechend des aus den Sensorsignalen ermittelten momentanen Drehwinkels des Gegendruckzylinders (1) in der Weise steuert, daß diese unter Berücksichtigung des Drehwinkelverhältnisses zwischen dem Gegendruckzylinder und den Druckzylindern in gleichen Zeiten um entsprechende Winkel gedreht werden. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor ein Reflexionsphototaster ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierungen auf einer mit dem Gegendruckzylinder rotierenden Scheibe oder einem Ring angeordnet sind.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Markierungen auf dem Gegendruckzylinder vorhandene Muster verwendet werden.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierungen auf einem getriebemäßig mit dem Gegendruckzylinder verbundenen Träger angeordnet sind und zur lagegenauen Zuordnung eine Kalibriertabelle vorgesehen ist.
