Claims (12)
- Schutzleiterklemme mit einem Montagefuß (3) zu ihrer Montage auf einer Tragschiene (56) und mit einer elektrisch leitend mit dem Montagefuß (3) verbundenen und mit wenigstens einem Leiteranschluß (6) bestückten Stromschiene (4), wo bei der Montagefuß (3) Ausformungen zum Aufnehmen eines Federelementes (38) zum Verspannen des Montagefußes (3) in der Tragschiene (56) enthält,
gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß
die Ausformungen durch Ausnehmungen (32,34) in zwei zueinander parallelen Seitenwänden (24,26) des Montagefußes (3) gebildet sind, und das Federelement (38) aus einem Federblech besteht, das zwischen die Seitenwände (24,26) eingelegt ist. - Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Federelement (38) mit seitlichen Schultern (36) versehen ist, die in die Ausnehmungen (32,34) hineinragen und das Federblech fixieren.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 2, bei der das Federblech an seinen freien Enden in Draufsicht auf seine Flachseite jeweils T-förmig ausgeformt ist.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei der als Federelement (38) eine Schenkelfeder vorgesehen ist, deren beide Schenkel (50,52) im Montagefuß (3) verspannt sind.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 4, bei der eine L-förmige Schenkelfeder vorgesehen ist.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 5, bei der der lange Schenkel (50) der Schenkelfeder im Montagefuß (3) derart angeordnet ist, daß er bei einer in einen Haken (28) in der Seitenwand des Montagefußes (3) eingeführten Tragschiene (56) federnd zwischen Tragschiene (56) und Montagefuß verspannt ist.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der Montagefuß (3) und Stromschiene (4) ein einstückiges Kontaktelement (2) bilden.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 7, bei der das einstückige Kontaktelement (2) ein Stanzbiegeteil ist.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei der der Querschnitt der Biegestellen (62,64) des Kontaktelementes (2) am Übergang von der Stromschiene (4) zu einer Seitenwand (24,26) des Montagefußes (3) etwa annähernd dem Querschnitt der Stromschiene (4) in ihrem freien Bereich entspricht.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei der das Kontaktelement (2) aus Kupfer Cu besteht.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Gehäuse, das ein Basisteil (1) mit einer Rückwand (8) und mit Ausformungen zur Aufnahme des Kontaktelementes (2) sowie einen auf das Basisteil (1) aufsetzbaren Deckel (40) umfaßt, der das Basisteil (1) an seiner der Rückwand (8) gegenüberliegenden Seite zumindest im Bereich des Leiteranschlusses verschließt.
- Schutzleiterklemme nach Anspruch 11, bei der eine U-förmige Stromschiene (4) vorgesehen ist, an deren Außenschenkel (5) jeweils eine Anschlußklemmfeder (6) angeordnet ist, die mit einem Federschenkel (20) am Außenschenkel (5) anliegt, wobei der Deckel (40) an seiner Innenseite im Bereich der Außenschenkel (5) jeweils mit einer Wange (72) zum Stützen des Außenschenkels (5) gegen die von dem Federschenkel (20) bei Betätigung der Anschlußklemmfeder (6) ausgeübte Kraft versehen ist.
