Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Trocknen von mit einer frischen Oberflächenbeschichtung versehenen Werkstücken, insbesondere Blechen, wobei die Werkstücke durch eine eingehauste Trocknungszone befördert und dabei mit Heißluft beaufschlagt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Anteil von im Bereich der Förderzone liegenden Wandungen und/oder Einbauten der Trocknungszone ebenfalls mit Heißluft beaufschlagt wird beziehungsweise werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die für das Beheizen der Wandungen/Einbauten verwendete Heißluft aus einem für die Beaufschlagung der Werkstücke vorgesehenen Heißluftstrom abgezweigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heißluft schräg oder parallel auf Flächen der Wandungen/Einbauten eingebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von mit einer frischen Oberflächenbeschichtung versehenen Werkstücken, insbesondere Blechen, bevorzugt zur Durchführung nach dem Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Werkstück-Fördereinrichtung, die eine behauste Heißluft-Trocknungszone durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Anteil von im Bereich der Förderzone (3') liegenden Wandungen und/oder Einbauten der Trocknungszone (3) mit Heißluft beaufschlagt wird beziehungsweise werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandungen im Bereich einer Ablufteinrichtung (Abluftkanal (15)) für eine Rückführung der Heißluft liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandungen zumindest einen Abschnitt der Unterseite (29) eines Abluftkanals (15) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablufteinrichtung beziehungsweise der Abluftkanal (15) oberhalb der Förderzone (3') der Werkstück-Fördereinrichtung liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abluftkanal (15) sich in Förderrichtung erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einer Seite des Abluftkanals (15) ein Zuluftkanal (7,8) für das Zuführen der Zuluft zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuluftkanal (7,8) mehrere Austrittsöffnungen (27,28) aufweist, aus denen die die Wandungen und/oder Einbauten beaufschlagende Heißluft austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der/den Austrittsöffnungen (27,28) Luftleiteinrichtungen (22,23) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuluftkanal (7,8) die Unterseite (29) des Abluftkanals (15) überragt und daß in dem überragenden Seitenwandungsbereich (17,18) des Zuluftkanals (7,8) die Luftaustrittsöffnungen (27,28) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem überragenden Seitenwandungsbereich (17,18) die Luftleiteinrichtung (22,23) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftleiteinrichtung (22,23) ein Luftleitblech (Winkelblech (24,25)) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitblech (Winkelblech (24,25)) -in Luftströmungsrichtung gesehen- parallel oder geneigt beabstandet zur Unterseite (29) des Abluftkanals (15) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von mit einer frischen Oberflächenbeschichtung versehenen Werkstücken, insbesondere Blechen, insbesondere nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer Werkstück-Fördereinrichtung, die eine behauste Heißluft-Trocknungszone durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Anteil von in der Trocknungszone (3) liegenden Wandungen und/oder Einbauten mit einem Flüssigkeit bindenden/Flüssigkeit speichernden Material (37) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material (37) Vlies oder Filz ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von mit einer frischen Oberflächenbeschichtung versehenen Werkstücken, insbesondere Blechen, vorzugsweise nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer Werkstück-Fördereinrichtung, die eine behauste Heißluft-Trocknungszone durchsetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des Eingangs (41) und/oder Ausgangs der Trocknungszone (3) mindestens ein heißer Sperrluftvorhang (Pfeil (48)) erzeugt ist.
