Claims (21)
- Fadenliefergerät (F) mit einem einen Antriebsmotor (M) für eine Antriebswelle (2) aufweisenden Gehäuse (1), einem mit der Antriebswelle drehbaren Fadenaufwickelelement (3) einer stationären Speichertrommel (T) mit zumindest einem zylindrischen, geschlossenen Umfangsabschnitt (8), und mit einem stationär gehalterten ringförmigen Fadensteuerelement (S), das den Umfangsabschnitt (8) zwischen einem Fadenspeicherbereich (5) und einem Fadenabzugsbereich (7) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadensteuerelement (S) ein endliches Band (B) mit ebenem Querschnitt ist, das mit aufeinander ausgerichteten, einander benachbarten Enden auf den zylindrischen Umfangsabschnitt (8) aufgelegt ist, daß das Band (B) in Umfangsrichtung der Speichertrommel (T) zugfest und in Radialrichtung der Speichertrommel nachgiebig ausgebildet ist, und daß eine elastische Spanneinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die das Band (B) kraftschlüssig mit einer elastischen Vorspannung auf den Umfangsabschnitt (8) spannt.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (B) aus flexiblem Metall oder Kunststoff besteht, und bei einer Dicke zwischen 0,1 bis 2,0 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,2 und 0,4 mm, eine Bandbreite zwischen 5 mm und 55 mm, vorzugseise zwischen 8 und 25 mm hat.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandenden (16, 17) zueinander parallel und senkrecht oder schräg zur Bandlängsrichtung liegen.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (B) unter der elastischen Vorspannung des Spanneinrichtung durch Reibschluß auf dem Umfangsabschnitt (8) positioniert ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (B) durch einen umlaufende Schulter (22) der Speichertrommel (T) auf dem Umfangsabschnitt (8) positioniert ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (B) mit seiner Spanneinrichtung in einer Halterung (13) abgestützt über die Halterung (13) auf dem Umfangsabschnitt (8) positioniert ist, und daß die Halterung (13), vorzugsweise parallel zur Achse der Speichertrommel (T) verstellbar, in einem gehäusefesten, sich längs des Speichertrommelumfangs (6) erstreckenden Ausleger (9) gelagert ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fadeneinlaufseite des Bandes (B) im Speichertrommelumfang (6) eine umlaufende Vertiefung (21) vorgesehen oder daß der zylindrische Umfangsabschnitt (8) relativ zum an der Fadeneinlaufseite anschließenden Speichertrommelumfang (6) erhaben ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung ein zumindest die Umfangsunterbrechung (18, 18') zwischen den Enden (16, 17) überbrückendes, zumindest bei auf dem Umfangsabschnitt (8) angeordnetem Band in Umfangsrichtung gespanntes Federelement (30) aufweist, das mit dem Band (B) zumindest bereichsweise verbunden ist, und vorzugsweise, aus einem gespannten Elastomer- oder Gummistreifen oder einer Zugfeder besteht.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verändern der Umfangsspannung oder/und des Auflagedrucks des Bandes auf dem Umfangsabschnitt (8) eine Spannungsverstellvorrichtung (29) vorgesehen ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung für das metallische Band (B) eine, vorzugsweise in der Speichertrommel (T) angeordnete, ringförmige Magnetanordnung (39, 39') ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung wenigstens einen geschlossenen, elastischen Spannring (14) aufweist, der außen auf dem Band (B) aufliegt.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannring endlich mit überlappenden Enden (24, 25) ausgebildet ist, und daß seine beiden Enden (24, 25) verstellbar in der Spannungsverstellvorrichtung (29) festgelegt sind.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannring (14) ein Schaumstoff-Elastomer- oder Gummiring (15) ist oder aus einer ringförmigen Schraubenfeder besteht.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gummiring (15) als kreisringförmige Membrane (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannring (14) ein Ringkörper (20') mit nach einwärts stehendem, elastischen Speichen oder Zähnen (35) ist, vorzugsweise in Radialrichtung auf die Achse (2) der Speichertrommel (T) schräggestellten Speichen oder Zähnen (35).
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannring (14) ein mit einem Medium befüllbarer Ringschlauch (36) ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (M) durch Reibschluß im Spannring (14) festgelegt ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (B) über seine Länge mit dem Spannring (14) zumindest bereichsweise verbunden ist, z.B. durch Kleben oder Anhaften.
- Fadenliefergerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannring (14) an seinem Innenumfang so breit ist wie das Band (B) oder schmaler.
- Fadenliefergerät nach wenigstens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spannring (14) direkt oder mittels eines Tragrings (20) in der ringförmig ausgebildeten, auslegerfester Halterung (13) fest abgestützt ist.
- Fadenliefergerät nach wenigstens einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannungsverstellvorrichtung (29) an der Halterung (13) oder am Tragring (20) des Spannrings (14) vorgesehen ist.
