Claims (31)
- Vorrichtung zum Sortieren von Stückgut, insbesondere von Schnittholzstücken (17), nach ausgewählten Sortierkriterien mit einer Sortiertrommel (1), in der mehrere Fächer (3) zur Aufnahme von Stückgut (17) vorgesehen sind, und mit Einrichtungen zum Aufgeben von Stückgut (17) in ausgewählte Fächer (3), mit Einrichtungen zum Entnehmen von Stückgut (17) aus den Fächern (3) und mit einem der Sortiertrommel (1) zugeordneten Antrieb zum Ausführen von Winkeldrehschritten der Sortiertrommel (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fächer (3) der Sortiertrommel (1) im wesentlichen in Radialebenen ausgerichtet sind, daß die Fächer (3) zum Umfang der Sortiertrommel (1) hin offen sind und daß der Sortiertrommel (1) eine Einrichtung (10, 51) zugeordnet ist, welche die am Umfang der Sortiertrommel (1) liegenden, offenen Enden der Fächer (3) über einen Teilbereich der Trommel (1) abdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) horizontal ausgerichtet ist und daß die Einrichtung (10, 51) im wesentlichen die untere Hälfte der Sortiertrommel (1) abdeckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) lotrecht ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Abdecken der offenen Enden der Fächer (3) wenigstens ein den Umfang der Sortiertrommel (1) teilweise umschlingendes Band (10) oder Paar von Endlosgliedern ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (10, 51) oder die Endlosglieder über Umlenkwalzen (11) geführt ist/sind, von welchen wenigstens eine mit einem Drehantrieb gekuppelt ist, um die Winkeldrehschritte der Sortiertrommel (1) auszuführen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quer zur Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gemessene Breite der Fächer (3) der Sortiertrommel (1) durch Verstellen von die Fächer (3) seitlich begrenzenden Bauteilen, insbesondere Wänden (4), veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Fächer (3) kleiner ist als die doppelte Dicke von in den Fächern (3) abzulegendem Stückgut (17).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sortiertrommel (1) wenigstens eine ihren Umfang zugeordnete Beschickungsstelle (60, 62) und wenigstens eine ihren Umfang zugeordnete Entnahmestelle (61, 63) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entnahmestelle (60, 62) ein von einem Zuführförderer (15) Stückgut (17) beschickter Übergabeförderer (18) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entnahmestelle (61, 63) ein Ausgabeschieber (20), der etwa radial zur Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) verstellbar ist, zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschickungsstelle (62) oberhalb einer durch die Achse (2) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschickungsstelle (60) in einer durch die Achse (2) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmestelle (61) im wesentlichen in einer durch die Achse (2) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmestelle (63) unterhalb einer durch die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entnahmestelle (63) eine Unterbrechung in dem den Umfang der Sortiertrommel (1) umschlingenden Band (10, 51) vorgesehen ist, und daß im Bereich der Unterbrechung des die Sortiertrommel (1) umschlingenden Bandes (10, 51) eine Verschlußklappe (52) vorgesehen ist, die zum Freigeben eines Faches (3) wegbewegbar, vorzugsweise ausschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschickungsstelle (62) eine mit ausschwenkbaren Rückhaltehaken oder -klauen (45, 46) bestückte Gleitbahn (44) zugeordnet ist, auf der das Stückgut (17) vom Aufgabeförderer (15) aufgegeben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitbahn (44) zur Sortiertrommel (1) hin abfallend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschickungsstelle (60) ein Übergabeförderer (18) zugeordnet ist, der quer zur Förderrichtung ausgerichtete Vorsprünge (19) aufweist und der vom Aufgabeförderer (15) mit Stückgut (17) beschickt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unterhalb einer durch Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordneten Entnahmestelle (63) eine Rutschbahn (50) für aus einem Fach (3) entnommenes Stückgut (17), die am Aufgabeende des Austragförderers (16) endet, zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittelebenen der Fächer (3) mit durch die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Radialebenen einen spitzen Winkel einschließen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einander benachbarten Wänden (4), die einander benachbarte Fächer (3) begrenzen, ein Zwischenfach (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Zwischenfächer (22) radial nach außen erweitern.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der Zwischenfächer (22) durch Anschläge (21) begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (21) mit einer der das Zwischenfach (22) begrenzenden Wände (4) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sortiertrommel (1) mehr als eine Beschickungsstelle (60, 62) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sortiertrommel (1) mehr als eine Entnahmestelle (61, 63) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Beschickungsstelle (60) in einer durch die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Horizontalebene und eine zweite Beschickungsstelle (62) oberhalb einer durch die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Entnahmestelle (61) in einer durch die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Horizontalebene und eine zweite Entnahmestelle (63) unter einer durch die Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gehenden Horizontalebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fächer (3) zur Aufnahme von mehreren Stückgutteilen (17), die ein und demselben Sortierkriterium entsprechen, ausgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 6 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die offenen Enden der Fächer (3) abdeckende Einrichtung eine über einen Teil des Umfanges der Sortiertrommel (1) an dieser anliegende Gleitbahn ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Richtung der Achse (2) der Sortiertrommel (1) gemessene Breite der Fächer (3) veränderbar ist.
