Claims (10)
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel mit einer Drehscheibe (8), die einen radial an die Spindelhohlachse (7) angeschlossenen Fadenleitkanal aufweist, an den ein axial gerichteter Umlenkkanal (11) anschließt, dessen Fadenaustrittsöffnung in den Spalt zwischen einem gemeinsam mit der Drehscheibe (8) rotierenden Ballonbegrenzer (12) und einem innerhalb des Ballonbegrenzers (12) angeordneten, gegenläufig zum Ballonbegrenzer angetriebenen Spulenträger-Schutztopf (25) gerichtet ist, der Teil eines einen Spulenträgerbodens (22) aufweisenden Spulenträgers ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im radial äußeren Bereich des Spulenträgerbodens (22) bzw. des SpulenträgerSchutztopfes (25) unterhalb und mit axialem Abstand davon ein Fadenauffangring (8.1; 27, 47; 57) angeordnet ist, der gemeinsam mit dem Ballonbegrenzer (12) rotiert und dessen Außendurchmesser kleiner ist als der Außendurchmesser des Spulenträger-Schutztopfes (25).
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring (8.1; 27, 47; 57) an die Oberseite der Drehscheibe (8) anschließt und mit dieser eine Fadenauffangrille bildet.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring zur Bildung der Fadenauffangrille an seinem Außenumfang eine nach innen und unten gerichtete Hinterschneidung aufweist.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring insbesondere im Bereich der Fadenauffangrille eine die Faden- bzw. Seilreibung erhöhende Oberfläche hat.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring in eine an der Unterseite des Spulenträgerbodens (22) befindliche Ringnut (22.1) ragt.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring (8.1) einstückig mit der Drehscheibe (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring (27) in eine Aufnahme an der Oberseite der Drehscheibe (8) eingesetzt ist und vorzugsweise aus einem die Seilreibung erhöhenden Material besteht.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring (47; 57) durch in die Oberseite der Drehscheibe (8) eingefügte Segmentkörper (47.2) oder Stifte (57.2) gebildet ist.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fadenauffangring (47; 57) durch an bzw. in einen Ringkörper (47.1; 57.1) an- bzw. eingefügte Segmentstücke (47.2) oder Stifte (57.2) gebildet ist.
- Mehrfachdraht-Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterkante des Spulenträger-Schutztopfes (25) höher liegt als die Fadenaustrittsöffnung des Fadenumlenkkanals (11).
