Description
Claims (1)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Schlingen aus einem, aus einer Walzdrahtstraße austretenden Drahtstrang (ST) mittels eines rotierenden Schlingenlegers (SL) und deren Ablage auf einen, während des Ablegens transportbewegten Förderer (4), bei welcher der Walzdrahtstraße eine Treibeinrichtung (TE), ein Schlingenleger (SL) und ein Rollgang (4) nachgeordnet und der Schlingenleger (SL) und die gemeinsame Achsebene (x-x) der Treibrollen (TR) der Treibeinrichtung (TE) in einem vorbestimmten Neigungswinkel geneigt zur Horizontalen angeordnet sind und der, die Schlingen (SL) aufnehmenden Förderer (4) schwenkwinkelverstellbar zur Horizontalen ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei regelbarem Antrieb der Treibrollen (TR) und deren Positionierung über Steuerelemente und Anpressung der Treibrollen (TR) über druckregulierbare Pneumatik-Kolben-Zylinderaggregate hinter den Treibrollen (TR) eine, den eintretenden Draht nach unten umlenkende und biegende Führung und die Schwenkachse (5) für die Winkelverstellung des Förderers (4) im Abstand (d) unter dessen, dem Schlingenaufnahmeende (4a) abgewandten Ende (4b) angeordnet sind.
