Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Positionieren einer mittels eines Auslegerarmes (1) gegen den Haspeldorn (2) eines Bandhaspels (14) verlagerbaren und insbesondere mit einem Rollenwechselkopf (3) an den Haspeldorn (2) unter Verwendung von Kraftmitteln (5-7) anstellbaren Glättrolle (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rollenwechselkopf (3) einen in einem Gelenk (17) schwenkbaren, in Schwenkbewegung antreibbaren Schwenkarm (15) besitzt, an dessen freiem Ende in einer Lagerung (18) einerseits eine Stahlrolle (10), und andererseits ein die Glättrolle (4) aufnehmender Anstellarm (12) gelagert ist und dieser zur Anstellung der Glättrolle (4) an den Bandhaspel (14) bzw. an dessen Rohrmantel (8) ein kraftregelbares Anstellsystem (6) besitzt, und das Kraftmittel zur Verlagerung des Auslegerarmes (1) eine wegregelbare Anstelleinheit (7) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schwenkarm (15) mittels wenigstens eines Hydraulikzylinders (5) schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das kraftregelbare Anstellsystem für die Glättrolle (4) mindestens einen Hydraulikzylinder (6), einen Pneumatikzylinder, ein Federdämpfungssystem oder dergleichen aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die wegregelbare Anstelleinheit für den Auslegerarm (1) wenigstens eine Hydraulik-Servo-Einheit (7) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich der kolben- und stangenseitigen Anschlüsse der Kraftmittel Pulsationsdämpfer, bspw. Blasenspeicher, angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Pulsationsdämpfer in möglichst unmittelbarer Nähe des Kraftmittels (6) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Blasendruck der Pulsationsdämpfer unter Einengung des Druckbereiches bevorzugt auf einen festen Wert eingestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bevorzugt die Glättrolle (4) aus hochfestem Leichtmetall besteht, bspw. aus AlCuMgPb. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Glättrolle (4) einen Rohrmantel (8) aus Leichtmetall, bspw. AlCuMgPb, mit einem Belag aus Kunststoff aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die einzelnen Proportional-, Druck-, Wege-, Drossel- und Sperrventile auf Ventilblöcken entsprechend ihrer Funktion aufgebaut, die Ventilblöcke zu Steuersäulen zusammengefaßt und auf einem Unterbau angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anstelleinheit (7) zur Verlagerung des Auslegerarmes (1) mit einem Klemmkopf (9) ausgerüstet ist. - Verfahren zum Positionieren einer gegen den Haspeldorn (2) eines Bandhaspels (14) verlagerbaren und anstellbaren Glättrolle (4) mit den Vorrichtungsmerkmalen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Auslegerarm (1) mit der Glättrolle (4) in Bezug auf den Bandhaspel (14)positionsgeregelt bewegt wird und daß die Glättrolle (4) über den Anstellarm (12) kraftgeregelt auf den Bandhaspel (14) bzw. auf dessen Wickelbund gedrückt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die Glättrolle (4) jeweils vor dem Einlaufen des Band anfangs sowie vor Beginn der nächsten Wicklungslage derart angehoben wird, daß der zwischen Andruckrolle und Haspeldorn (2) gebildete Spalt die Stärke des bereits eingelaufenen Bandes um ein die Banddicke übersteigendes Maß überschreitet, sowie die Glättrolle (4) nach Passieren des Bandanfangs jeweils aus dieser Position gegen den Haspeldorn in Wirkstellung abgesenkt wird.
