- La figure 1 est une vue de dessus très schématique représentant cette forme d'exécution;
- La figure 2 est une vue partielle agrandie de la figure 1;
- La figure 3 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne III-III de la figure 2;
- La figure 4 est une vue semblable à la figure 2, avec un gabarit pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé;
- La figure 5 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne V-V de la figure 4.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour le positionnement et la fixation d'outils (3) en forme de plaques pour le transfert par pression à chaud de portions de films métalliques en bandes sur un substrat de papier ou de carton, ce dispositif comprenant une plaque de support et de chauffage (1) desdits outils (3), traversée d'une pluralité d'ouvertures (2) réparties selon une périodicité déterminée et destinées à recevoir des moyens de fixation desdits outils (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de positionnement desdits outils (3) comprenant, d'une part, un gabarit (9) recouvrant ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1), muni de premiers repères caractéristiques de la position de chacun desdits outils (3) sur ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1), celle-ci comprenant elle-même des moyens (1a, 10, 11) pour le positionnement et la fixation amovible de ce gabarit (9) et, d'autre part, des seconds repères (12b) de forme complémentaire auxdits premiers repères, ménagés sur la face supérieure de chacun desdits outils (3) et dont les positions correspondent aux positions desdits premiers repères respectifs dudit gabarit (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit gabarit (9) comporte de plus des ouvertures (14) destinées à donner accès auxdits moyens de fixation (4, 5) desdits outils (3) sur ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation comprennent d'une part, des organes d'appui (4) dont chacun présente une partie cylindrique (4a) montée pivotante dans une des ouvertures (2) respectives traversant ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1) et solidaire d'une partie excentrique (4b) s'étendant au-dessus de ladite plaque (1) et destinée à venir en appui contre une portion du bord (3a) de l'un desdits outils (3) par rotation dudit organe d'appui (4) et des moyens de blocage (6) de ladite partie cylindrique (4a) dans ladite ouverture (2) et, d'autre part des organes de serrage (5) disposés dans des ouvertures (2) de ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1) situés le long d'un bord (3a) dudit outil (3) opposé auxdits organes d'appui respectifs et agencés pour appliquer contre ledit bord opposé (3a) dudit outil (3) une pression orientée en direction desdits organes d'appui (4) respectifs, pour bloquer ledit outil (3) dans la position définie par ledit organe d'appui (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord (3a) dudit outil (3) présente une inclinaison formant un angle obtus avec la face supérieure de ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1), tandis que le bord de la partie excentrique (4a) dudit organe d'appui (4) présente une inclinaison complémentaire de celle du bord (3a) dudit outil (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie cylindrique (4a) dudit organe d'appui (4) comporte un passage axial (4f) traversé par une vis (7) dont la tête prend appui dans le fond d'une creusure (4e) ménagée dans ladite partie excentrique (4a) et communiquant avec ledit passage axial (4f), cette vis (7) étant en prise avec un filetage ménagé dans un élément indépendant (6) situé à l'extrémité libre de ladite partie cylindrique (4a), cette extrémité libre et la face adjacente dudit élément indépendant (6) présentant des inclinaisons complémentaires par rapport à l'axe de révolution de ladite partie cylindrique (4a).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit gabarit (9) est constitué par une feuille de matière plastique transparente.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits seconds repères (12) sont constitués par des éléments coniques (12b) faisant saillie de la surface supérieure de chacun desdits outils (3) en forme de plaques et solidaires de corps (12a) respectifs positionnés de façon amovible dans un logement de repérage (3b) ménagé à la surface de chacun desdits outils (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits seconds repères (12) sont en un matériau susceptible d'être attiré par un aimant.
- Procédé pour réaliser un gabarit (9) pour le positionnement d'outils (3) en forme de plaques pour la fixation à chaud par pression de portions de films métalliques en bandes sur un substrat de papier ou de carton, à partir d'un ensemble desdits outils (3) positionnés sur ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1), selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on positionne lesdits seconds repères (12) dans chacun desdits logements de repérage (3b) desdits outils (3), on positionne ladite feuille de plastique destinée à former ledit gabarit (9) sur ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1), on forme une empreinte de chacun desdits seconds repères (12) dans ladite feuille de plastique, et on ménage une ouverture (14) en regard de chacun desdits moyens de fixation (4, 5) desdits outils (3) sur ladite plaque de support et de chauffage (1).
