Definitions
- the invention relates to a stone, in particular formwork or block block with two longitudinal walls, one Form outer wall and an inner wall, which by at least a transverse wall that is at least one Part of the stone height extends, connected to each other are, the outer wall made of an insulating material is manufactured and by means of positive connection devices with the at least one transverse wall is connected, the inner wall and the at least a transverse wall made of concrete or a concrete-like Material exist, and wherein the outer wall to the Has inner wall directed cross parts, which the at least partially enclose at least one transverse wall.
- a generic formwork block is for example known from EP 0 751 266.
- the one in the above Formwork block disclosed in publication has two Longitudinal walls that have an outer wall and an inner wall form. Both longitudinal walls are through two transverse walls connected at right angles to each other. Related to the lateral end faces (end face of the outer and the Inner wall), the transverse walls are somewhat behind set inside.
- the inner wall and those connected to the inner wall Cross walls are made in one piece from concrete or a concrete-like one Material made while the outer wall made of polystyrene, an insulating material, is made.
- the outer wall is in one piece with Cross parts made, which from above over the cross walls of the stone can be put on and thus the Cross walls on all sides, apart from the bottom of the stone shown, isolate.
- formwork blocks are in DE-OS 43 18 578 and DE 295 10 640. These formwork blocks also consist of two transverse walls and two longitudinal walls, an outer wall and an inner wall form. The cavity lying between the walls is used for concrete filling. With the previously known Formwork blocks is also an insulation insert provided for thermal insulation.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object based on a stone, especially a formwork or To create a block that is better Sound insulation ensures without the thermal insulation too influence.
- This object is achieved in that a large number of soundproofing ducts in the outer wall are provided, which are from at least one side the outside wall inwards parallel to the stone long side extend.
- the outer wall at least in the area of the at least one transverse wall with a variety of at least approximately horizontal extending steam diffusion channels is provided, the from the transverse wall to the outside of the outer wall extend.
- the one shown Stone which is designed as formwork stone, two longitudinal walls, an outer wall 1 and an inner wall 2 form on.
- the outer wall 1 is with the inner wall 2 through two transverse walls 3 at right angles to each other connected.
- the outer wall 1 is made of an insulating material, preferably made of polystyrene.
- the inner wall 2 and the transverse walls 3 are made of concrete or a concrete-like material.
- the outer wall 1 faces the inner wall 2 Cross parts 4, which the two transverse walls 3 each enclose on the side and on the top.
- the connection the outer wall 1 or the transverse parts 4 with the Transverse walls 3 are made via form-fitting connecting devices 5, which in the present embodiment are dovetail-shaped.
- the Connection devices 5 can of course also have another suitable geometric shape.
- transverse walls 3 Point in their connection area with the inner wall 2 the transverse walls 3 beveled towards the top of the stone or rounded transition areas 6. How 2 and 4 can be seen in that the transverse walls 3 only in the transition areas 6 to open spaces are sufficient to the top of the stone 7. These open spaces 7 serve for later concrete backfilling horizontally in Stone longitudinal direction.
- a cavity 8 is created, which also is intended for later concrete backfilling.
- the area of the cavity 8 is located on the inner wall 2 facing side of the outer wall 1 dovetail-shaped projection 9.
- dovetail-shaped projection 9 is after the Filling concrete a firm connection between the Outer wall 1 with the inner wall 2 and the transverse walls 3 created.
- Fig. 1 are located on the End faces of the outer walls 1 connecting devices in the form of recesses 10 and complementary thereto Projections 11.
- the recesses 10 and the projections 11 are designed such that the projection 11 one Stones in the recess 10 of an adjacent Stones engages and thus a positive Connection of the two formwork blocks is created.
- the formwork blocks can be built using the modular system be attached side by side, leaving the free spaces between the formwork blocks next to each other also after creating a wall from formwork blocks be filled with concrete.
- Fig. 1 and 2 are on the top and Undersides of tongues 12 or grooves 13 are provided. With With the help of these springs 12 and the grooves 13 can be stack the stones exactly on top of each other.
- dovetail-shaped Recesses or vertical grooves 14 are provided a better connection between the outer wall 1 and a basic plaster, not shown, after creation surrender to a wall.
- the outer wall 1 there are a large number of Sound insulation ducts 15. Extend as shown in Fig. 4 the sound insulation channels from the bottom the outer wall 1 approximately vertically upwards and from the top of the outer wall 1 approximately vertically below.
- the sound insulation channels 15 each extend by a small amount from the top or bottom from beyond the horizontal center of the stone.
- the sound insulation channels 15 overlap Area of the horizontal center of the stone.
- This overlap can be, for example, 2 to 3 cm.
- the advantage this overlap is to avoid one massive core in the middle of the stone and thus a reduction sound insulation (see e.g. Fig. 5).
- the sound insulation channels 15 are each with holes a diameter of 5 to 20 mm, preferably 10 to 15 mm.
- the sound insulation channels 15 taper from the top or bottom towards the horizontal stone center. It was found that thereby achieving even better sound insulation becomes.
- the sound insulation channels 15 arranged in the outer wall 1 that two rows of sound insulation channels 15 from the Top of the outer wall 1 down and two rows of sound insulation channels 15 from the bottom of the outer wall 1 extend upwards.
- the side by side Rows of sound insulation channels 15 are offset to each other. This ensures that at any Cut perpendicular to the stone longitudinal plane at least one of the sound insulation channels is cut.
- the vapor diffusion channels extend from the Transverse wall 3 from to the outside of the outer wall 1.
- the vapor diffusion channels 16 later e.g. by a not shown Basic plaster after finishing a wall with closed the formwork blocks.
- the vapor diffusion channels 16 are linearly side by side in two arranged rows. Every row can for example consist of nine vapor diffusion channels 16 consist. This means that they are in a formwork block with two transverse walls 3 thirty-six vapor diffusion channels.
- the vapor diffusion channels extend 16 about the height of the transverse wall 3.
- the Vapor diffusion channels 16 have a diameter of 2 to 10 mm, preferably 3 to 5 mm. Through this Dimensioning of the vapor diffusion channels 16 becomes one optimal vapor diffusion is guaranteed without a noticeable heat loss occurs. In addition, through the chosen diameter the stability of the styrofoam not weakened in any way.
- the vapor diffusion channels 16 partially intersect with the sound insulation ducts 15. This ensures that that the moisture that transports inside out should already be inside the formwork module due to the vapor diffusion channels intersect with the sound insulation channels. This ensures an even better vapor diffusion.
