Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor covering material with a multi-layer structure made of non-woven fiber bodies of different thickness especially for the production of insert strips for Fixing in or on profile bars of grids to form Running mats or wipers can be used.
- EP 676 169 A1 Such a material has become known from EP 676 169 A1 also a grate to form running mats or wipers disclosed. Such grids are also known from EP 0 059 886 B1, EP-0 289 880 B1 and also known from DE 90 03 103 U1.
- All of these grates are made in or on the profile would have defined flooring material insert strips
- Nonwoven fabric advantageously the walkable tread the running mats and / or wipers are formed.
- the insert strips have a beneficial cleaning effect on the soles from shoes, so they stick to sticky moisture and dirt from this.
- Flooring material made of polyamide or the like is not only relatively wear-resistant or hard-wearing, it also saves the one it recorded Moisture and moisture for a relatively long time. With growing The polyamide fiber material shows the degree of saturation due to moisture and moisture but the disadvantage of the drying time being too long.
- the invention aims to provide a floor covering material from nonwoven or the like, in particular for insert strips for fixing in or on profile bars of grates to form running mats or wipers can be used and not only the possibility provides, dirt, moisture and moisture from footwear safely to strip off. Rather, the flooring material is said to Moisture and moisture from the surface of the covering or walk-on lead away, but then save so that the formation of unwanted pools of liquid is counteracted.
- this floor covering material structure is that the polypropylene (PP) fiber fleece formed upper layer practically no moisture and wetness can save, but immediately after stripping away from the surface of the covering or walk-on area. It is therefore important that the crosswise through both Polyamide (PA) - as well as through the polypropylene (PP) fiber fleece laminate not only created polyamide (PA) yarn threads self-absorbent and therefore absorbent for moisture are, but also a kind of wicking in the direction towards the absorbent polyamide (PA) nonwoven layer unfold. This also results in a considerable amount Level of moisture retention, but at one of those Surface of the covering or walk-on area distant.
- PA Polyamide
- PA polypropylene
- polypropylene (PP) fiber fleece layers as top layer are needled with each other and with them in turn Polyamide (PA) nonwoven layer as underlayer as well is needled.
- the volume of the entire polypropylene (PP) nonwoven layers should be about twice the volume correspond to the polyamide (PA) fiber fleece layers. That is, about a third of the total thickness of the flooring material is from a polyamide (PA) nonwoven layer is formed, while two Thirds of it from a polypropylene (PP) fiber fleece layer consist.
- Flooring material is also seen in the fact that the loops formed by the polyamide (PA) yarn threads or Loops at least on the top of the polypropylene (PP) nonwoven top layer mainly in the form of high loops are created. At the bottom of the flooring material, in the area of the polyamide (PA) fiber fleece layer however, these loops or loops as so-called deep loops be created.
- PA polyamide
- PP polypropylene
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show a section or a section a nonwoven flooring material that has a multi-layer structure Has. This can consist of different, for example three Nonwoven layers 11, 12 and 13 are formed which each made of a more or less different fiber base material consist.
- the nonwoven layers 11, 12, 13 are in each case flat textile structures, their cohesion achieved by the fibers themselves or by preparation Liability comes about, not by weaving a chain and shot is achieved.
- Such nonwoven layers or Nonwovens 11, 12, 13 can in different ways and Way, for example by the dry process, the spunbond process and can also be produced by the wet process. In Dependence on these different manufacturing processes can be used to create the flooring material 10 Nonwoven layers 11, 12, 13 different Preserve structures and properties.
- Nonwoven laminate bodies 11, 12, 13 of different thickness with a thinner lower layer 13 made of a polyamide (PA) fiber fleece and at least one thicker top layer 12, 11 made of a polypropylene (PP) nonwoven mechanically together needled.
- PA polyamide
- PP polypropylene
- nonwoven fabric To form the floor covering material shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 of nonwoven fabric arrive according to FIG. 1 of the drawing three prefabricated nonwoven layers 11, 12, 13 each Commitment.
- the nonwoven layers 11 and 12 each contain a polypropylene (PP) base material, while the nonwoven layer 13 consists of a polyamide (PA) base material.
- PP polypropylene
- PA polyamide
- loops or formed from the polyamide (PA) yarns 14 Loops 15 should at least be on the top of the Polypropylene (PP) nonwoven top layer 11 mainly in Form of these outstanding, so-called high loops 5 and 6 the drawing are recognizable.
- PP Polypropylene
- Loops of the polyamide (PA) yarn 14 easily as so-called deep loops are created, i.e. within the Lay nonwoven layer 13 behind.
- the volume the polypropylene (PP) nonwoven layers 11 and 12 should be like this be dimensioned to be about twice the volume of the polyamide (PA) nonwoven layer 13 corresponds.
- the total thickness 17 of the flooring material or the insert strips 16 is on the top of the as high loops created loops or loops 15 towering over.
- the polypropylene (PP) layers 11 and 12 no water or moisture absorption.
- the polyamide (PA) fiber fleece layer 13 and the polyamide (PA) yarns 14 because of their Water and moisture absorption capacity a relatively high Absorbency. So you work with wicking, so to speak.
- the one on top of the polypropylene (PP) nonwoven layer 11 moisture and wetness therefore through this layer 11 and also through the corresponding one Nonwoven layer 12 into the polyamide (PA) nonwoven layer 13 transferred for temporary storage.
- the floor covering material can have its optimal effect according to 4 and 5 or their optimal effect can be the result manufactured insert strips 16 according to FIG. 6 when used in Unfold with rust, as they are mainly used for Formation of running mats and / or wipers for use reach.
- FIG. 7 of the drawing A possible design for such a grate 20 is shown in FIG. 7 of the drawing.
- Another possible design for such a grate 40 results from FIG. 10, and a in contrast, a different design of a grate 60 is finally shown in Figure 11 of the drawing.
- the grate 20 shown in Fig. 7 of the drawing for formation of running mats and / or wipers becomes a variety of mutually parallel profile bars 21 and these interconnecting cross members 22 assembled.
- Each profile bar 21 has the one shown in FIG. 8 Cross-sectional shape with a profile channel open at the top 23 and a downwardly open profile channel 24, which are apart are separated by a profile web 25.
- the downward open profile channel 24 for positive coupling with head parts 26 used in one piece by a carrier web 27 of the Tower cross members 22.
- the downwardly open profile channel 24 in the between two successive cross members 22 lying length ranges by clipping an additional profile 29 onto it Close underside. After that he gets the shape and Effect of a pipe through the holes or longitudinal slots 28. Collect any moisture or wetness that penetrates downwards can. Air circulation in the tubular channel also here the drying of the trapped moisture and wetness favored.
- profile rod 21 shown for receiving insert strips 16 according to FIG. 6, which advantageously differs from that according to FIG. 8.
- the profile rod 21 according to FIG. 9 has one lower tubular profile channel 30, which in total is integrally formed with it and in which the holes or Open longitudinal slots 28 through the profile web 25. This in Connection with the profile bar 21 used in FIG. 8 Additional profile 29 is therefore not required here.
- the grate bars 21 according to FIG. 9 corresponding grate bars 41 used in their upward open profile channel 23 each have an insert strip 16 according to Fig. 6 can record.
- To either side of the tubular Channels 30 are on the underside of the profile bars 41 on the edge undercut grooves 42 formed one opposite the central part containing the profile channel 30 is slightly elevated Location.
- Two each parallel to each other at a distance Grate bars 41 are interconnected by cross members 44 connected, each at their ends facing away from each other wear a towering edge web 45, which in turn its upper end each with an undercut Head part 46 is provided.
- a grate 60 is also in the construction shown in FIG. 11 suitable in its upwardly open profile channel 23 Grate bars 61 insert strips 16, as shown in Fig. 6 and which consist of floor covering material, that has already been explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 above.
- each a plurality of profile bars 61 and a plurality of their spacing mutually determining cross members 62 as one piece Molded part made of plastic.
- One longitudinal edge of this Molded part 63 is formed by a profile rod 61, which on the underside along its boundary edge contains undercut groove 64.
- the other longitudinal edge of the Molded part 63 is delimited by a cross member 62 which an undercut headboard on a protruding edge web 65 66 wears.
- Adjacent molded parts 63 are in each case coupled with each other in that the head part 66 on the edge web 65 of the cross member 62 in the undercut Longitudinal groove 64 on the underside of the other molded part 63 for Intervention.
- the profile bars 41 of the grate 40 according to FIG. 10 also have the profile bars 61 of the grate 60 of FIG. 11 the tubular closed profile channel 30. Flow into these the holes or through the profile web 25 Longitudinal slots 28 from the upwardly open profile channel 23, which serves to receive the insert strip 16.
