Claims (10)
- Schiebeverschluss für ein Metallschmelze enthaltendes Gefäss, mit einer in einem Schiebergehäuse (21, 22) längsgeführten, eine Schubstange (27) aufweisenden Schiebereinheit (25), die über eine Kupplung (40, 60) mit einer Antriebsstange (32) eines Linearantriebes (30) verbindbar ist, wobei am Schiebergehäuse (21, 22) eine Halterung (28) für die Aufnahme des Linearantriebes (30) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (40, 60) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie bei dem in die Halterung (28) eingeschobenen Linearantrieb (30) durch ein Verschieben der Antriebsstange (32) gegen die Schiebereinheit (25) selbsttätig kuppelt, währenddessen diese Kupplung (40, 60) beim Herausnehmen des Linearantriebes (30) aus der Halterung (28) selbsttätig entkuppelt.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (40) einen Kupplungsteil (43) endseitig an der Schubstange (27) der Schiebereinheit (25) und einen Kupplungsteil am vorderen Ende der Antriebsstange (32) des Linearantriebes (30) aufweist, wobei dem einen Kupplungsteil mindestens ein, vorzugsweise zwei gelenkig gelagerte Klauenelemente (41, 42) zugeordnet sind, welche im gekuppelten Zustand den anderen flanschartig ausgebildeten Kupplungsteil (43) formschlüssig umgreifen.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Antriebsstange (32) gelenkig gelagerten Klauenelemente (41, 42) im entkuppelten Zustand annähernd parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und dabei eine Zange bilden, wobei diese Klauenelemente (41, 42) rückseitig von einem an der Antriebsstange (32) gehaltenen Federorgan (45) derart beaufschlagt sind, dass diese vorne nach innen gedrückt sind.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der endseitig an der Schubstange (27) der Schiebereinheit (25) vorgesehene flanschartige Kupplungsteil (43) im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet ist und stirnseitig Führungsflachen (43') aufweist, wobei diese Klauenelemente (41, 42) beim Einkuppeln entlang diesen Führungsflächen (43') nach aussen gespreizt werden, bis sie selbsttätig beim Kupplungsteil (43) einschnappen und denselben formschlüssig umgreifen.
- Schiebeverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (28) an der mit den Klauenelementen (41, 42) korrespondierenden Innenseite (28', 28'') derart versetzt angeordnet ist, dass die Klauenelemente im Bereich der Schliessposition des Schiebeverschlusses geschwenkt, indessen im Hubbereich während des Betriebes gegen ein Verschwenken verriegelt sind.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearantrieb (30) für das Entkuppeln quer zur Verschieberichtung der Antriebsstange (32) in beliebiger Hubstellung herausziehbar ist, wobei die gegenseitigen Berührungsflächen (27', 42', 43'') der im eingeschnappten Zustand befindlichen Klauenelemente (41, 42) und des Kupplungsteils (43) quer zur Verschieberichtung der Antriebsstange (32) verlaufen, so dass beim Entkuppeln die Klauenelemente auf dem flanschartigen Kupplungsteil (43) gleiten, bis sie von diesem gelöst sind.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gegenseitigen Berührungsflächen (27', 42', 43'') der im eingeschnappten Zustand befindlichen Klauenelemente (41, 42) und des Kupplungsteils (43) rechtwinklig zur Verschieberichtung der Antriebsstange (32) verlaufen, so dass beim Entkuppeln die Klauenelemente auf dem flanschartigen Kupplungsteil (43) gleiten, bis sie von diesem gelöst sind.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (60) einen endseitig an der Schubstange (27) vorgesehenen Kupplungsteil, welcher einen zentrischen Zapfen (37) mit beidseitig je einer vorstehenden schwenkbaren Klinke (63) aufweist, und einen eine Hülse (61) bildenden Kupplungsteil am vorderen Ende der Antriebsstange (32) des Linearantriebes (30) hat, wobei der Zapfen (37) im gekuppelten Zustand in die Hülse (61) eingeschoben ist und seine Klinken (63) in Quernuten (62) der Hülse (61) formschlüssig eingreifen, wodurch die Hülse mit ihrem vorderen Ringteil (61'') zwischen diesen Klinken und einer Anschlagfläche (27') der Schubstange (27) eingekuppelt ist.
- Schiebeverschluss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearantrieb (30) für das Entkuppeln quer zur Verschieberichtung der Antriebsstange (32) herausziehbar ist, wobei hierfür die Hülse (61) eine einseitig offene Ausnehmung (62') hat, durch welche diese Hülse (61) vom Zapfen (37) und von den in ihren Quernuten (62) eingreifenden Klinken (63) freigegeben ist.
- Kupplung für einen Schiebeverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (40, 60) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie bei dem in die Halterung (28) eingeschobenen Linearantrieb (30) durch ein Verschieben der Antriebsstange (32) gegen die Schiebereinheit (25) selbsttätig kuppelt, währenddessen diese Kupplung (40, 60) beim Herausnehmen des Linearantriebes (30) aus der Halterung (28) quer zur Verschieberichtung der Antriebsstange (32) selbsttätig entkuppelt.
