Claims (9)
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus für einen Auszug (1) eines Möbelelementes (2), welcher Auszug (1) entlang Führungen (6) aus dem Möbelelement (1) ausziehbar und in dieses einschiebbar ist, der einen am Möbelelement (1) gehaltenen Magneten (25), eine am Auszug (1) angebrachte ferromagnetische Platte (24), die im geschlossenen Zustand am Magneten (25) anliegt, ein um eine Schwenkachse (19), die in einer am Möbelelement (2) angebrachten Halterung gelagert ist, schwenkbarer und fussbetätigbarer Hebel (21), mittels welchem die Platte (24) vom Magneten (25) lösbar ist, und ein Federelement (27) umfasst, welches den Auszug (1) bei vom Magneten (25) gelöster Platte (24) in die ausgezogene Position bringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung aus mindestens einem Winkelstück (12, 13) besteht, von welchem ein Schenkel (14) auf dem Boden (5) des Möbelelementes (2) flach aufliegend befestigt ist und der andere Schenkel (15) an der Stirnseite (16) des Bodens (5) anliegend ist und unterseitig eine über den Boden (5) vorstehenden Bereich (17) aufweist, an welchem Bereich (17) mindestens ein Lagerelement (18) zur Aufnahme der Schwenkachse (19) angebracht ist, und dass in das Winkelstück (12,13) ein Halterungselement für die Aufnahme von mindestens einem Magneten (25) integriert ist.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (19) aus einem stabförmigen Profil gebildet ist und der Hebel (21) aus einem ebenfalls stabförmigen Profil besteht, das im wesentlichen U-förmig gebogen ist und einen Bügel (20) bildet, welcher Bügel (20) mit der Schwenkachse (19) derart verbunden ist, dass die Endbereiche (22) der Schenkel des Bügels (20) über die Schwenkachse (19) vorstehen und durch Verschwenken des Bügels (20) um die Schwenkachse (19) gegen das Möbelelement (2) hin gegen die am Auszug (1) angebrachten Platte (24) bewegbar sind.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endbereiche (22) der Schenkel des Bügels (20) gegeneinander hin umgebogen sind und dass auf die umgebogenen Teile jeweils eine Schutzkappe (23) aufgesetzt ist.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (19) und der Bügel (20) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff bestehen und dass die Oberfläche vergütet ist.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Winkelstück (12,13) mit einer Lasche (29) versehen ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zum Boden (5) des Möbelelementes (2) verläuft und welche einen umgebogenen Bereich (30) aufweist, der parallel zu der Stirnseite (16) des Bodens (5) des Möbelelementes (2) verläuft, und der mit einer Ausnehmung versehen ist, in welche der Magnet (25) eingesetzt und befestigt ist.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Winkel (12 und 13) vorgesehen sind, die voneinander beabstandet am Boden (5) des Möbelelementes (2) angebracht sind.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (24) an einem den Auszug (1) bildenden Rahmengestell (8) befestigt ist, das mit einer Frontabdeckung (11) versehen ist.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (24) mit einer Abkantung (31) versehen ist, welche in einen horizontal verlaufenden Steg (9) des Rahmengestells (8) eingehängt ist, der parallel zur Frontabdeckung (11) verläuft, und dass die Platte (24) mit der Frontabdeckung (11) verschraubt ist.
- Öffnungs- und Schliessmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement aus einer Zugfeder (27) besteht, die zwischen zwei Nocken (26), die an einer die Führungen (6) haltenden und am Boden (5) des Möbelelements (2) verankerten Querstrebe (7) befestigt sind, aufgespannt ist, und dass eine weitere am Rahmengestell (8) angebrachte Querstrebe (10) vorgesehen ist, welche mit einem Vorsprung (28) ausgestattet ist, der beim Einschieben des Auszugs (1) in das Möbelelement (2) in die aufgespannte Zugfeder (27) einläuft und diese dehnt.
