Claims (30)
- Arbeitswalze, insbesondere Waschwalze für Fahrzeugwaschanlagen, mit einem rotierend antreibbaren Walzenkern und einer Vielzahl von zumindest bei Rotation der Walze im wesentlichen radial von dem Walzenkern abstehenden Streifen aus flexiblem Material, deren in bezug auf die Walzenachse radial innere Enden mittelbar oder unmittelbar mit dem Walzenkern verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung der radial inneren Enden (3a) der Streifen (3, 3') gegenüber dem Walzenkern (2, 2') in Umfangsrichtung im wesentlichen biegesteif ist, daß die Streifen im Bereich ihrer inneren Enden (3a) in Umfangsrichtung jeweils die größte Breite (B) aufweisen und daß die Streifen zu ihren radial äußeren, freien Enden (3b) hin verjüngt sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3) Bestandteil einer den Walzenkern (2) konzentrisch umgebenden Scheibe (4) sind, daß in dieser Scheibe (4) eine Vielzahl von in Umfangsabständen voneinander angeordneten, sich zu ihren äußeren Enden im wesentlichen dreieckförmig verjüngenden Streifen (3) zusammengefaßt sind, daß zwischen benachbarten Streifen (3) im wesentlichen sektorförmige Lücken gebildet sind und daß mehrere solcher Scheiben (4) auf dem Walzenkern (2) angeordnet sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben (4) mit gegenseitigem axialen Abstand (a) auf dem Walzenkern (2) angeordnet sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Scheiben (4) Distanzscheiben (5) auf dem Walzenkern (2) angeordnet sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial inneren Enden (3a) der Streifen (3) jeweils zwischen zwei den Walzenkern (2) konzentrisch umgebenden Tragscheiben (6) eingeklemmt sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3) durch Schrauben oder Nieten (8), welche sich durch den jeweiligen Streifen (3) und die beiden Tragscheiben (6) hindurch erstrecken, an diesen befestigt sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben (4, 6) jeweils eine auf den Walzenkern passende kreisrunde Ausstanzung (9) und in deren Bereich mindestens eine axial verlaufende Ausnehmung (10) für den Eingriff eines am Walzenkern (2) drehfest angeordneten Mitnehmers (11) aufweisen.
- Walze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenkern (2') an seinem Umfang mit mehreren achsparallelen, radial nach außen offenen, hinterschnittenen Nuten (12) versehen ist, und daß jeder Streifen (3') an seinem inneren Ende (3a) ein in die Nut (12) passendes Halteteil (13) und in Umfangsrichtung beidseitig angrenzend an dieses je eine Stützfläche (14) aufweist, mit denen sich der Streifen (3') an der Umfangsfläche (2a) des Walzenkerns (2') abstützt.
- Walze nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Streifen (3') in Richtung der Walzenachse (A) eine Länge (L) von mehreren Zentimetern aufweist.
- Walze nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Streifen (3') durch mehrere radiale Einschnitte oder Aussparungen (15, 15'), die in das radial äußere Ende (3b) des Streifens (3) auslaufen, in einzelne Finger (3c) unterteilt ist.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3, 3') und/oder die Scheiben (4) aus einem flexiblen Material bestehen, welches keine oder nur eine geringe Wasseraufnahme aufweist.
- Walze nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3, 3') und/oder Scheiben (4) aus geschlossenzelligem Schaumstoff bestehen.
- Walze nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus offenzelligem Schaumstoff bestehen.
- Walze nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Weich- oder Hartgummi bestehen.
- Walze nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Kunststofffolien oder -platten bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Filz bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Teppichmaterial bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Mikrofasermaterial bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Leder bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus synthetischem oder natürlichem Fell bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben aus Zellkautschuk bestehen.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben mit Verstärkungseinlagen versehen sind.
- Walze nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen und/oder Scheiben einen Schichtaufbau aus einer Kombination von mindestens zwei der in den Ansprüchen 11 bis 22 genannten Materialien aufweisen.
- Walze nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaumstoff Mikrofasern enthält.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Oberfläche der Streifen ein Material aufgeklebt ist, welches den Wasch- und/oder Poliereffekt verbessert.
- Walze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3) mit dem Zentrum der Scheibe (4) aus einem Stück flexiblem Materials bestehen und sektorförmig die Lücken zwischen dem Streifen (3) durch sektorförmige Ausstanzungen gebildet sind.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3, 3') aus einem Material solcher Biegesteifigkeit bestehen, daß sie bereits im Ruhezustand der Walze (1), zumindest aber bei geringer Drehzahl derselben radial vom Walzenkern (2, 2') abstehen.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (B) der Streifen (3, 3') an ihren radial inneren Enden (3a) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Walzenkerns (2, 2').
- Walze nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis der radialen Länge (l) eines Streifens (3) zu seiner Breite (B) an seinem radial inneren Ende mindestens 5:1, vorzugsweise mindestens 10:1 ist.
- Walze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jeder Scheibe (4) mindestens sechzehn Streifen (3) vorgesehen sind.
