Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einschlagbodenhülse (1) für einen Zaunpfahl (14), wobei die Einschlagbodenhülse (1) fußseitig in eine Spitze auslaufende, in Scheitellinien miteinander verbundene Winkelteile (2) aufweist, deren Schenkel (3) kopfseitig zentrale Ausschnitte (15) aufweisen, wobei eine auf der Kopfseite der Winkelteile (2) aufsitzende Abdeckplatte (6) einen dem Querschnitt des Zaunpfahls (14) entsprechenden Durchgang aufweist, wobei die Längskanten (9) der Ausschnitte (15) gegen die Achse der Einschlagbodenhülse in Richtung der Spitze geneigt sind und eine konische Aufnahme für den zylindrischen Zaunpfahl bilden.
Die US 4 004 383 A beschreibt eine derartige Einschlagbodenhülse, bei der der Zaunpfahl auf dem Boden der Aufnahme aufsteht und durch kreuzschlittenartig verstellbare Ringe in senkrechter Ausrichtung fixiert wird.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine derartige Weiterbildung einer solchen Einschlagbodenhülse, daß eine höhere Haltbarkeit der Verbindung und eine sichere Einspannung auch eines in Umfangsrichtung ungleichmäßigen Zaunpfahls sichergestellt ist. 'Ungleichmäßig' bedeutet, daß der Zaunpfahl geschlitzt, profiliert oder in anderer Weise unrund ausgebildet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Oberteil der Ausschnitte (15) eine rohrförmige Einführungshülse (10) aufnimmt und die Längskanten (9) der Ausschnitte (15) eine Innenstufe (16) zur Halterung der konisch ausgebildeten Einführungshülse (10) aufweisen.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als die konische Einführungshülse eine sichere Führung des im wesentlichen zylindrischen Zaunpfahls sicherstellt und im Fußteil eine Verspannung gegebenfalls unter Verformung zuläßt. Der Zaunpfahl kann in beliebiger Umfangsausrichtung in die Einführungshülse eingeführt werden. Dieses erleichtert die Ausrichtung von Zaunpfählen. Dabei umgibt die Einführungshülse das Profil des Zaunpfahls auf dem gesamten Umfang, so daß ein Ausweichen der Zaunpfahlwandung an keiner Stelle möglich ist.
Eine sichere Einpassung des Einführungshülse in die Einschlagbodenhülse erreicht man dadurch, daß die Einführungshülse als Schlitzrohr mit einer Verbindung im Bereich des Schlitzes ausgebildet ist. Die Verbindung ist als Schweißnaht, Klebenaht, Nietverbindung, Schraubverbindung und/oder Fügenaht ausgebildet.
Auch ein Zaunpfahl mit einer Nut oder einem Schlitz wird sicher gehalten.
Ausführungsbeispiele werden anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, in denen darstellen:
  • Fig. 1 eine verkürzte Ansicht einer Einschlagbodenhülse mit schematischem Zaunpfahl,
  • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Einschlagbodenhülse,
  • Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt eines genuteten Zaunpfahls,
  • Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt eines geschlitzten Zaunpfahls,
  • Fig. 5 einen Querschnitt eines Zaunpfahls mit Kreisquerschnitt,
  • Fig. 6 eine abgewandelte Einschlagbodenhülse und
  • Fig. 7 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 6.
    • Die Einschlagbodenhülse 1 besteht aus zwei gleichen Winkelteilen 2 mit jeweils zwei rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichteten, in einer Scheitellinie 4 abgebogenen, zugespitzt verlaufenden Schenkeln 3. Die Außenkanten der Schenkel 3 laufen spitz aufeinander zu, so daß die Einschlagbodenhülse 1 insgesamt eine pfeilförmige Gestalt hat. Die Winkelteile 2 sind längs der Scheitellinie 4 durch Verbindungen, z.B. Schweißungen 5 miteinander verbunden. Eine Abdeckplatte 6 mit einem Kreisdurchgang 7 ist mit dem Kopfende der Winkelteile 2 verbunden, z.B. verschweißt. Die Verbindungen können auch als Nietverbingungen, Fügenähte, Schraubverbindungen und/oder Klebeverbindungen ausgebildet sein.
    Das Oberende jedes Winkelteils 2 weist in Mittelbreich in jedem Schenkel 3 einen zentralen Auschnitt 15 jeweils mit einer senkrecht zur Achse der Einschlagbodenhülse 1 ausgerichteten Fußkante 8 und einer Längskante 9 auf. Die Längskanten 9 parallel zur Scheitellinie 4 sind gegen die Mittelachse hin geneigt, so daß sich der Querschnitt des Ausschnitts gegen die Fußkanten 8 hin verjüngt. Die Ausschnitte 15 begrenzen somit eine konische Ausnehmung.
    In diese konische Ausnehmung ist eine konische Einführungshülse 10 eingesetzt, die bis zu den Fußkanten 8 reicht. Die Einführungshülsse 10 ist zweckmäßigerweise als Schlitzrohr mit einem keilförmigen Schlitz 11 ausgebildet, dessen Kanten fest miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verbindungen sind als Schweißnähte 12, Nietverbingungen, Fügenähte, Schraubverbindungen und/oder Klebeverbindungen ausgebildet. Die Einführungshülse 10 ist in die Ausschnitte 8 eingepreßt und ebenfalls durch Verbindungen, z.B. Schweißungen 13 fixiert.
    Ein Zaunpfahl 14 mit Kreisquerschnitt nach Fig. 5 wird in die Einführungshülse 10 eingetrieben und zieht sich in der konischen Ausnehmung fest. Nach Fig. 3 kann der Zaunpfahl 14 eine Nut 15 zum Einsetzen von Drahthaltern aufweisen.Nach Fig. 4 kann der Zaunpfahl 14 auch als Rohr mit einem Schlitz 16 ausgebildet sein. In jedem Fall erreicht man eine konische Verspannung des Zaunpfahls 14 in der Einführungshülse 10.
    Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 6 und 7 weisen die Längskanten 9 der Ausschnitte 15 je eine Innenstufe 16 auf. Die konische Einführungshülse 101 reicht bis zu den Innenstufen 16, so daß bis den Fußkanten 8 ein Abschnitt frei bleibt.
    Die Einführungshülse 101 führt den Zaunpfahl. Der Zaunpfahl wird dann in die unteren Teile der Längskanten 9 fest eingepreßt. Die Einführungshülse verhindert ein Ausweichen des Zaunpfahls und somit eine Verformung desselben.

    Claims (4)

    1. Einschlagbodenhülse (1) für einen Zaunpfahl (14), wobei die Einschlagbodenhülse (1) fußseitig in eine Spitze auslaufende, in Scheitellinien miteinander verbundene Winkelteile (2) aufweist, deren Schenkel (3) kopfseitig zentrale Ausschnitte (15) aufweisen, wobei eine auf der Kopfseite der Winkelteile (2) aufsitzende Abdeckplatte (6) einen dem Querschnitt des Zaunpfahls (14) entsprechenden Durchgang aufweist, wobei die Längskanten (9) der Ausschnitte (15) gegen die Achse der Einschlagbodenhülse in Richtung der Spitze geneigt sind und eine konische Aufnahme für den zylindrischen Zaunpfahl bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das Oberteil der Ausschnitte (15) eine rohrförmige Einführungshülse (10) aufnimmt, und daß die Längskanten (9) der Ausschnitte (15) eine Innenstufe (16) zur Halterung der konisch ausgebildeten Einführungshülse (10) aufweisen.
    2. Einschlagbodenhülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführungshülse bis zu den Fußkanten (8) der Ausschnitte (15) reicht.
    3. Einschlagbodenhülse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführungshülse als Schlitzrohr mit einer Verbindung (12) im Bereich des Schlitzes (11) ausgebildet ist.
    4. Einschlagbodenhülse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung als Schweißnaht (12) ausgebildet ist.
