Claims (14)
- Mehrlagengestrick, bestehend aus zwei Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahnen (5,6), die mit ihrer linken Warenseite zueinander gewandt und durch ein drittes Fadensystem miteinander verbunden sind, wobei mindestens eine Schar aus Kettfäden (4) in beide Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahnen (5,6) als drittes Fadensystem eingebunden ist und die linksseitigen Bögen (5a,6a) von Maschen der Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahnen (5,6) durch die mindestens eine Schar aus Kettfäden (4) verlaufen, so daß die linksseitigen Bögen bis über den jeweils in Richtung der gegenüberliegenden Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahn äußeren Kettfaden verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine weitere Schar aus Kettfäden (4a;4b) als Teil des dritten Fadensystems in die zwei Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahnen (5,6) eingebunden ist, wobei die linksseitigen Bögen (5a,5b) bis über den äußeren Kettfaden (4a,4b) jeweils in Richtung der gegenüberliegenden Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahn verlaufen.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine zusätzliche Schar aus Schußfäden (7a;7b;7c) in die zwei Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahnen (5,6) eingebunden ist, wobei die rechtsseitigen Maschen über den äußeren Schußfaden (7a;7c) der Scharen verlaufen, sofern eine oder beide äußeren Scharen von Schußfäden gebildet werden.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von mindestens einem linksseitigen Bogenpaar (5a,6a), bestehend aus jeweils einem Bogen der vorderen Gestrickbahn und einem Bogen der hinteren Gestrickbahn, Kettfäden aus mindestens zwei Kettfadenscharen (4a,4b) eingeschlossen sind.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Anzahl der Kettfäden (4a,4b) pro Bogenpaar über die Breite oder über die Breite und Länge der Gestrickbahn ändert.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Maschenschenkeln einer Gestrickbahn (5,6) und den Kettfadenscharen (4a;4b) oder/und zwischen den Kettfadenscharen (4a,4b) Schußfäden (7a;7b;7c) angeordnet sind.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußfäden (7a,7b,7c) abschnittsweise parallel zu den Kettfadenscharen (4a,4b) angeordnet sind.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Anzahl der Schußfäden (7a,7b,7c) über die Breite oder über die Breite und Länge der Gestrickbahn ändert.
- Mehrlagengestrick nach den Ansprüchen 3, 4, 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichte der Kett- (4a,4b) oder/und Schußfäden (7a,7b,7c), gemessen an der Anzahl, örtlich null ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrlagengestricks nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem durch ein aus einer Kettfadenschar (4a;4b) bestehendes zugeführtes drittes Fadensystem ein auf der vorderen Seite des Fadensystems quer vorgelegter Maschenfaden zur Bildung einer ersten Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahn (5;6) in Form von Schleifen durchgezogen wird und auf der hinteren Seite des dritten Fadensystems mit dem vorhergehenden Maschenfaden (5;6) der gleichen Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahn (5;6) vermascht wird und nachfolgend ein auf der hinteren Seite des Fadensystems quer vorgelegter zweiter Maschenfaden zur Bildung einer zweiten Rechts/Links-Gestrickbahn (5;6) in gleicher Weise verarbeitet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein aus wenigstens zwei Kettfadenscharen (4a,4b) bestehendes drittes Fadensystem zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einzelne Kettfäden (4a,4b) oder Kettfadengruppen in Maschenreihenrichtung versetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Stricken von Maschenreichen einzelne Schußfäden (7a;7b;7c) zwischen oder seitlich der Kettfadenscharen (4a;4b) auf die zuletzt gebildeten Schleifen der Maschenfäden in Maschenreihenrichtung gelegt werden und die nächsten Schleifen über den Schußfäden (7a;7b;7c) gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Legen einzelner Schußfäden (7a;7b;7c) an beliebiger Position für den Zeitraum des Strickens von mindestens einer Maschenreihe unterbrochen wird und danach in beliebiger Richtung fortgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettfäden (4a,4b) in den durch die Schußfäden (7a,7b,7c) bestimmten Ebenen geschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußfäden (7a,7b,7c) zwischen den durch die Kettfadenscharen (4a,4b) bestimmten Ebenen wechselnd geführt werden.
