Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum vereinzelten Überführen von plattenartigen Teilen aus einer ersten Position in eine zweite Position, insbesondere zum Überführen von metallischen Plattenteilen von einem Plattenstapel in eine die Plattenteile formgebend bearbeitende Presse, mit einer feststehenden Tragkonstruktion und einem an dieser angeordneten Kreuzschlitten, der einen an der Tragkonstruktion entlang einer Führungsbahn in horizontaler Längsrichtung verfahrbaren Horizontalschlitten und einen am Horizontalschlitten in vertikaler Richtung verfahrbar geführten Vertikalschlitten enthält, wobei der Vertikalschlitten mit einer Halteeinrichtung zum Halten des jeweiligen plattenartigen Teils verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Tragkonstruktion (7) ein äußeres Paar und ein inneres Paar solcher Kreuzschlitten (8a, 8b bzw. 9a, 9b) angeordnet sind, wobei die beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) jedes Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b bzw. 9a, 9b) mit Querabstand zueinander angeordnet sind, der Querabstand (a) zwischen den Vertikalschlitten (17) des äußeren Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b) größer als der Querabstand (b) zwischen den Vertikalschlitten (17) des inneren Kreuzschlittenpaares (9a, 9b) ist und die beiden Vertikalschlitten (16) des inneren Kreuzschlittenpaares (9a, 9b) in der Längsrichtung entsprechender Blickrichtung gesehen zwischen den beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) des äußeren Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b) angeordnet sind, und daß die beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) jedes Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b bzw. 9a, 9b) über ein Traversenglied (21 bzw. 22) miteinander verbunden sind, das zusammen mit mindestens einem an ihm angeordneten Halteelement (25) eine Halteeinrichtung für ein plattenartiges Teil (2) bildet, derart, daß in der Längsrichtung entsprechender Blickrichtung gesehen die beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) des äußeren Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b) und das zugehörige Traversenglied (21) ein im wesentlichen U-artiges äußeres Traggestell (23) bilden und die beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) des inneren Kreuzschlittenpaares (9a, 9b) und das zugehörige Traversenglied (33) ein im wesentlichen U-artiges inneres Traggestell (24) bilden, welche Traggestelle (23, 24) jeweils für sich an den beiden Horizontalschlitten (15) des jeweils zugeordneten Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b bzw. 9a, 9b) in vertikaler Richtung und über die Horizontalschlitten (15) in horizontaler Längsrichtung verfahrbar sind, und das innere Traggestell (24) bei entsprechender relativer Höhenlage zwischen den beiden Traggestellen (23, 24) durch das äußere Traggestell (23) hindurch fahrbar ist, so daß die beiden Traggestelle (23, 24) in horizontaler Längsrichtung gegenläufig verfahren werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (7) zwei mit Querabstand parallel zueinander verlaufende Längsträger (32, 33) enthält, an denen jeweils ein Horizontalschlitten (15) des äußeren Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b) und ein Horizontalschlitten (15) des inneren Kreuzschlittenpaares (9a, 9b) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kreuzschlitten (8a, 8b) des äußeren Kreuzschlittenpaares an den einander abgewandten Außenseiten der beiden Längsträger (32, 33) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kreuzschlitten (9a, 9b) des inneren Kreuzschlittenpaares an den einander zugewandten Innenseiten der beiden Längsträger (32, 33) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Horizontalschlitten (15) und die beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) jedes Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b bzw. 9a, 9b) jeweils mittels eines Riemenantriebs mit einem um ein Antriebsrad (36 bzw. 38) geführten Antriebsriemen (34 bzw. 39) verfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsräder (36, 38) der Riemenantriebe der beiden Horizontalschlitten (17) und der beiden Vertikalschlitten (15) jedes Kreuzschlittenpaares (8a, 8b bzw. 9a, 9b) über eine Verbindungswelle (49, 50, 51, 52) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traversenglieder (21, 22) jeweils eine Mehrzahl von das jeweilige plattenförmige Teil (2) anhaftend haltenden Halteelementen (25), insbesondere in Gestalt von Saugern oder Magneten, tragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei jedem Traggestell (23, 24) das Traversenglied (21 bzw. 22) in Seitenansicht gesehen vor der von den beiden Vertikalschlitten (17) des Traggestells (23 bzw. 24) aufgespannten Ebene angeordnet ist.
