Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Betrieb von Maschinen mit rotierendem Aggregat, insbesondere von Verpackungsmaschinen mit drehendem (Falt-)Revolver (10), bestehend aus wenigstens einem drehenden Teilaggregat - Drehteil (12) - und mindestens einem feststehenden Teilaggregat - Tragteil (11) -, wobei Drehteil (12) und Tragteil (11) gegen Ölfluß gegeneinander abgedichtet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einer Dichtfläche (49) des Tragteils (11) und einer Gegendichtfläche (50) des Drehteils (12) ein (dünner) Dichtspalt (51) gebildet ist, derart, daß die Gegendichtfläche (50) berührungslos an der Dichtfläche (49) vorbeibewegt wird und daß der Durchtritt von Öl durch den Dichtspalt (51) durch Nuten (52, 53, 54) und/oder Kanäle im Bereich der Dichtfläche (49) und/oder der Gegendichtfläche (50) vermieden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Öl im Bereich des Dichtspalts (51) durch die Gestalt und/oder Anordnung der Nuten (54) bzw. Kanäle infolge Drehung des Drehteils (12) in den mit Öl versorgten Bereich zurückgefördert wird, insbesondere in den Bereich des Tragteils (11).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einzelne, ausgewählte Bereiche des Drehteils (12) und/oder des Tragteils (11) über einen Ölkreislauf mit versorgt werden, insbesondere taktweise, in zeitlichen Abständen mit kleinen, dosierten Ölportionen (Sparschmierung).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß andere Bereiche der Maschine ständig mit Öl versorgt werden, insbesondere in einem Getriebegehäuse (58) angeordnete Antriebs- und Getriebeorgane und daß die Ölversorgung des Getriebes einerseits und die vorzugsweise als Sparschmierung ausgelegte Ölversorgung des (Falt-)Revolvers (10) andererseits von einer gemeinsamen, zentralen Öleinheit (42) aus erfolgen.
- Maschine mit rotierendem Aggregat, insbesondere Verpackungsmaschine mit mindestens einem drehend angetriebenen (Falt-)Revolver (10), bestehend aus wenigstens einem drehenden Teilaggregat - Drehteil(12) - und mindestens einem feststehenden Teilaggregat - Tragteil (11) -, wobei Drehteil (12) und Tragteil (11) gegen Ölfluß gegeneinander abgedichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Drehteil (12) einerseits und Tragteil (11) andererseits korrespondierende Dichtflächen (49) und Gegendichtflächen (50) aufweisen, die unter Bildung eines (dünnen) Dichtspalts (51) einen geringen Abstand voneinander aufweisen, derart, daß die Gegendichtfläche (50) des Drehteils (12) berührungslos an der Dichtfläche (49) des Tragteils (11) vorbeibewegbar ist und daß die Dichtfläche (49) und/oder die Gegendichtfläche (50) Nuten (52, 53, 54) und/oder Kanäle aufweisen, die aufgrund Anordnung und Gestalt den Durchtritt von Öl durch den Dichtspalt (51) hindurch verhindern.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegendichtfläche (50) des drehenden Teilaggregats bzw. des Drehteils (12) Fördernuten (54) aufweist, die aufgrund ihrer Anordnung eine Rückförderung von Öl aus dem Bereich des Dichtspalts (51) in den mit Öl versorgten Bereich des Aggregats bzw. des Faltrevolvers (10) bewirken, wobei vorzugsweise im Bereich der (bewegbaren) Gegendichtfläche (50) schräggerichtete bzw. schraubenförmig angeordnete Fördernuten verlaufen, die auf der dem mit Öl versorgten Bereich zugekehrten Seite am Rand der Gegendichtfläche (50) offen sind.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtfläche (49) und/oder die Gegendichtfläche (50) mindestens eine ringsherumlaufende, geschlossene Sammelnut (52, 53) aufweisen, vorzugsweise an einem zum ölfreien Bereich benachbarten Rand der Dichtfläche (49) bzw. Gegendichtfläche (50).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der radial außenliegenden Fläche, also an der (feststehenden) Gegendichtfläche (50) angeordnete Sammelnut (53) vorzugsweise einen größeren Querschnitt aufweist als die unmittelbar gegenüberliegende Sammelnut (52) der Dichtfläche (49) und daß mindestens die am feststehenden Teil, insbesondere an der Gegendichtfläche (50) angeordnete Sammelnut (53) mit mindestens einem Ableitungskanal (77) für Öl versehen ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgewählte Bereiche des drehenden Aggregats, insbesondere Faltrevolvers (10), über eine Hauptleitung (40) und von dieser abzweigenden Ölleitungen (35, 37, 39) mit Öl versorgt werden, insbesondere taktweise in dosierbaren Ölportionen (Sparschmierung).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Bereiche des feststehenden Teils, insbesondere des Tragteils (11) des Faltrevolvers (10), im Bereich von Steuernuten (24, 25, 26) für Tastrollen (21, 22, 23) mit Öl versorgt werden, vorzugsweise im oberen Bereich eines um eine horizontale Achse drehbaren Faltrevolvers (10).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere, insbesondere zwei unterschiedliche Ölkreise der Maschine an eine gemeinsame Öleinheit (42) angeschlossen und mit demselben Öl versorgt werden.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öleinheit (42) separate Förderorgane, insbesondere Ölpumpen, für die unterschiedlichen Ölsysteme aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Öl für die (Spar-)Schmierung des Faltrevolvers (10) einem Ölvorrat der Öleinheit (42) durch eine Ölpumpe (73) entnehmbar ist, insbesondere einem Öltank (71) mit konstantem Ölpegel.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einem Ölsumpf (61) entnommene und der Öleinheit (42) zugeführte Öl von einer Hauptpumpe (66) durch einen Ölfilter (68) hindurchförderbar und danach alternativ in eine Versorgungsleitung für Getriebe oder dergleichen bzw. in den Öltank (71) förderbar ist.
