Definitions
- the invention relates to a goalkeeper glove with hat shape padding, in which an upper hand part and an inner hand part four front Have finger areas and a plate area, in each case an upper hand finger area and an inner hand finger area are connected to each other along longitudinal edges and for free End form a fingertip cap, at least in one of the fingertip caps an elastically compressible Upholstery is provided and firmly applied and in which the upholstery hat-shaped and made of a porous rubber material is formed.
- the hat shape upholstery as a molding is independent of type the upper hand / palm areas and is manufactured at finished glove subsequently sewn between the two Finger areas of one front finger area pushed, while also adding glue to the hat shape padding both with the upper hand finger area as well to glue with the palm of your hand. This is in the Manufacturing complex.
- the hat shape padding forms for the finger a cavity closed around the finger, so that the finger cap also upwards, i.e. padded on the side of the fingernail is.
- An object of the invention is therefore a goalkeeper glove of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the manufacturing, effort due to the hat shape upholstery reduced is.
- the goalkeeper glove according to the invention has this task loosening, characterized in that the hat shape of the upholstery forms a fingerprint on the side facing the finger area, to which is firmly attached, is opposite, is open.
- the hat shape is padded before sewing the upper hand part and inner hand part mounted by one finger area of an upper hand / palm-finger area pair attached, e.g. glued or is injected before the two finger areas are sewn together will. It then becomes the second finger area over the hat shape padding placed and sewn with the first finger area. It is a different manufacturing process for manufacturing and Assemble the hat shape upholstery and sew the two Upper hand / palm finger areas performed.
- One on the top Open finger holder is technically favorable and fulfills the essential ones Requirements for padding the fingertip.
- the inner surface of the upper hand / palm area, to which the molding is applied, e.g. sprayed on, gets on are formed by any material layer, depending on their type of material after results from other claims made on the goalkeeper glove be put. Particularly useful and advantageous it is when the upper hand / palm area is inside forms an openwork textile layer to which the molded part is applied is. This inner textile layer is common with goalkeeper gloves provided and gives the injection molded part improved Stop.
- the injected rubber material is e.g. Foam rubber or a suitable one Plastic foam. Particularly useful and advantageous it is when the porous rubber material is a PU foam. PU foam is particularly soft and is easy to spray on.
- the hat shape upholstery towards the free end relative to the side Wall has thickened wall.
- the fingertip is on free end particularly sensitive and the end of the fingertip assigned material thickening simplified when producing the molded part to create.
- the outer contours of the molded part are e.g. exactly rectangular. Especially however, it is expedient and advantageous if the acceptance the height of the molded part is inclined towards the side edge. Because of the sloping, the second hand part can be simplified Move to the first, splashed hand part for suturing.
- the Finger area on which the hat shape padding is applied the Palm area of the palm is.
- the fingertips of the goalkeeper's hand exert particular force on the finger areas of the inner hand part out.
- the resulting loads on the molded part are well supported against the finger area by spraying.
- a goalkeeper glove has a free thumb area At the end forms a fingertip cap, it is particularly useful and advantageous if in the fingertip cap of the thumb area padding is also provided, which is hat-shaped designed and made of an injected porous rubber material is formed.
- the padded hat made of rubber material for one Finger-accessible advantages are also given for the thumb, which further improves the performance of the Goalkeeper glove is reached.
- the goalkeeper glove has a thumb area 1, four front finger areas 2, a plate area 3 and a wrist area 4.
- An upper hand part 5 forms one piece an upper hand wrist area, an upper hand plate area and four front upper hand finger areas 6.
- the upper hand part 5 lies over an inner hand part 7, which has an inner hand plate area, four front palm finger areas 8 and one palm finger area 9 of the thumb area 1 forms.
- the front one End piece of each front finger area 2 and the thumb area 1 forms a fingertip cap 10, the one facing towards the plate area End is indicated by a dashed line 11.
- the inner hand part 7 consists of a carrier layer 12 which faces outwards towards wearing a latex layer 13.
- the four front finger areas 2 and the thumb area 1 are on the longitudinal edges 14, respectively sewn by means of seams 15, with bead-like seam joints 16 are formed.
- each fingertip cap 10 is each front finger area 2 a hat shape padding 17 is used, which like a circumference partially open finger recording is designed, so apart from one one-sided opening to insert the finger all around not closed is.
- the hat shape padding 17 is a molded part that also a lower extension 18 of the padding 17 and two side Forms extensions 19 of the padding. 2 takes the outer dimension extending between upper hand and inner hand the hat shape padding towards the free end of the finger area 2 from. This is an adaptation to the narrowing of the interior given the finger area that toward free End of the finger area is present.
