Definitions
- the invention relates to a goalkeeper glove with thumb-latex attachment layer.
- thumb forms a ball-side longitudinal region and a gusset-side longitudinal area, which merge at a dome area into each other, wherein an Innhand-Daum part is covered on the outside of a latex layer, which turns bent around the gusset-side longitudinal region in an upper-side latex approach layer and wherein an upper-side thumb-leather piece is seam-bonded to the latex facing along its free edge and seamed to the inner-hand thumb piece along the ball-side longitudinal portion.
- the upper-hand thumb leather piece and the upper-side latex approach layer are folded along the sewn free edge, also in the dome area, inwards with edge strips, so that the seam is covered. Because of this design, the thumb looks ugly from the outside, making the thumb complex and disrupting the turned-over edge strips of the thumb-leather piece and the latex insert layer inside the thumb disturbs the glove user who has his hand thumb stuck in the goalkeeper glove thumb.
- a sports glove in particular a goalkeeper glove, having a first blank covering substantially the palm of the hand, a second blank covering at least partially the outer surfaces of the hand and a thumb part substantially covering the outer surface of the thumb, the second blank and the Daum part are integrally formed and wherein the the index finger facing outer surface of the thumb partially covering glove part is integrally formed with the first blank.
- the first blank has an inner surface of the fingers of a hand and consists of a bi-elastic carrier material of cotton and elastomer.
- the outer side is provided with a natural rubber lamination.
- the two blanks are sewn in the region of the middle finger and the ring finger on side strips and otherwise directly to each other.
- An object of the invention is therefore to provide a goalkeeper glove, are avoided in the folded edge strips in the sewing of the thumb piece with the Latexansatzlage. This object is achieved by a goalkeeper glove having the features of patent claim 1.
- the edge strips are provided overlapping each other in the sewing of the thumb piece with the leather approach layer. This is pleasing to the hand thumb user of the goalkeeper glove, simplifies the fabrication of the thumb and gives the thumb a more beautiful appearance to the outside.
- the seam assigned to the free edge is visible to the outside.
- the latex preparation layer forms a projecting region with respect to a straight line from the location of the latex attachment layer located at the crest-side region to the region of the latex attachment layer whose free edge runs in a curved arc.
- the free edge does not run in two straight, mutually angled edge pieces, but in the curved arc.
- the edge course in the curved arch looks more beautiful and can be produced only with great difficulty, with the edge strips folded inwards.
- the latex preparation layer extends from the curvature of the wrap around the gusset-side longitudinal region in the direction of the bale-side longitudinal region over the middle of the width of the upper-hand side extends beyond. This improves the outer appearance of the thumb and the effect of the latex formulation. Assigning to the upper hand side of the thumb a longitudinally extending center line, then the free edge lies between the point located at the crest area and located at the gusset side longitudinal portion over the greater part of its length beyond the center line.
- the upper-hand thumb piece is sewn to an intermediate strip between an upper hand part and an inner hand part of the goalkeeper glove. This simplifies the manufacture of the thumb, the latex layer of which is usually integral with an inner handpiece latex layer on the inner hand thumb part.
- the latex layer of the palm-thumb part and the latex preparation layer located thereon are integral with an inner-hand part latex layer which forms an outer index finger edge, which merges via a transition into the free edge of the latex preparation layer, and the transition limited a recess which is arranged only slightly inclined relative to the outer index finger edge, compared to their length is narrow and short in their right-angled edge to the index finger edge in the inner hand part latex layer.
- the goalkeeper glove according to the drawing has an inner handpiece latex layer 1, which according to FIG. 1 forms four finger regions 2 and a plate region 3 and also merges into a thumb part 4, which in turn merges into a latex attachment layer 5.
- the Latexansatzlage 5 forms a free edge 6, which merges into a transition 7, which in turn merges into a straight index finger edge 15.
- the transition 7 delimits a U-shaped recess 8, the center line with an extension of the index finger edge 15 defines an angle ⁇ 45 °, whose length is small in the direction of the U-legs and whose width transverse to the U-legs is also low.
- the inner-hand-side thumb part 4 of the latex layer 1 is connected to an upper-side thumb piece, in particular a thumb-leather piece 9, by a seam 10, forming a ball-side longitudinal area 11 which merges into a dome area 12.
- the latex attachment ply 5 forms a wrap around 14 at a gusset-side longitudinal region 13.
- the seam 10 also extends to the dome region 12 and also grasps the attachment ply 5 there.
- This latex attachment ply 5 is connected to the thumbpiece 9 along the free edge 6 by means of a seam 16.
- the free edge 6 forms a curved arc and also extends to the tip area 12.
- the attachment position 5 forms a projecting area 18 with respect to a straight line 17 shown in dashed lines.
- the middle of the width of the thumb on the upper hand side is shown by a dashed line in FIG Centerline 19 indicated.
- the thumb-leather piece 9 is flat with the thumb part 4 for the seam 10 flat on top of each other.
- the thumb-leather piece 9 is laid flat with the neck layer 5 for the seam 16 flat on flat.
- the latex layer is always provided in a manner not shown on a foam layer, which in turn is attached to a fabric backing layer.
- 3 shows an intermediate strip 20, which on the side of the Forefinger edge 15 connects the upper hand part and the inner hand part of the goalkeeper glove in a conventional manner and on which the thumb leather piece 9 is sewn.

Description
- FIG 1
- FIG 2
- FIG 3
