Definitions
- the invention relates to a goalkeeper glove with thumb-latex attachment layer.
- a known by practice goalkeeper glove forms a thumb a bale-side longitudinal region and a gusset-side longitudinal region, which merge into each other at a dome area, with an Innhand-Daumeeil on the outside is covered by a latex layer that surrounds the gusset-side longitudinal region bent around in an upper-side latex preparation layer merges, and wherein an upper-hand thumb leather piece with the Latexansatzlage along the free edge is connected by seam and with the palm-thumb part along the ball-side longitudinal area connected by seam.
- the upper-hand thumb leather piece and the over-the-side latex necktie are along the sewn free Edge, also in the crest area, turned inwards with margins, so that the seam is hidden. Because of this design, the thumb acts Seen from the outside ugly, the production of the thumb is elaborate and disturb the folded edge strips of the thumb leather piece and the Latex neckline inside the thumb the glove user holding his Hand thumb stuck in goalkeeper glove thumb.
- a sports glove in particular a goalkeeper glove, having a first blank covering substantially the palm of the hand, a second blank covering at least partially the outer surfaces of the hand and a thumb part substantially covering the outer surface of the thumb, the second blank and the Daum part are integrally formed and wherein the index finger facing the outer surface of the thumb partially covering glove part is formed integrally with the first blank.
- the first blank has an inner surface of the fingers of a hand and consists of a bi-elastic carrier material of cotton and elastomer.
- the outer side is provided with a natural rubber lamination.
- the two blanks are sewn in the region of the middle finger and the ring finger on side strips and otherwise directly to each other.
- An object of the invention is therefore to provide a goalie glove, at the folded edge strip at the sewing of the thumb piece avoided with the latex preparation layer. This task is solved by a goalkeeper glove having the features of patent claim 1.
- the edge strips in the Suturing of the thumb piece with the leather insertion layer overlapping each other provided contiguous. This is for the user's hand thumb of the goalkeeper glove, simplifies the production of the thumb and gives the thumb a better look to the outside.
- the the Free edge assigned seam is visible to the outside.
- the latex preparation layer is opposite a straight line from the located on the crest area of the Latexansatzlage to the points on the gusset side longitudinal areas the latex approach layer forms a projecting area whose free edge runs in a curved arc.
- the free edge does not run in two straight, mutually angled edge pieces, but in the curved Bow.
- the edge course in the curved arch looks more beautiful and can be with with folded inward edge strips only most difficult to produce.
- the latex preparation layer itself from the Herumbiegung at gape-side longitudinal area in the direction to the bale-side longitudinal area over the middle of the width of the upper-hand side extends beyond. This improves the outer appearance of the thumb and the effect of the latex formulation. If you are the upper hand of the thumb assigns a longitudinal centerline, then the free edge lies between the point located on the crest area and the location located at the gape-side longitudinal area over the larger Part of its length beyond the midline.
- the upper-side Stitched thumb piece is at an intermediate strip between an upper hand part and an inside hand part of the goalie glove. This is simplified the production of the thumb, its latex layer on the palm-thumb part usually integral with an inner hand latex layer.
- the latex layer of the inner hand thumb part and the latex attachment layer located thereon are integral with an inner hand latex layer, which has an outer index finger edge forms, which have a transition into the free edge of the latex approach layer passes, and that the transition limits a recess opposite the outer index finger edge is only slightly inclined, opposite narrow in length and in their right angle to the forefinger edge Extension in the palm part latex layer is short. This clarifies the cutting of the total latex layer, which the inner hand part, the palm hand part and the approach layer integrally forms.
- the goalkeeper glove according to the drawing has an inner hand latex layer 1, according to FIG 1 four finger areas 2 and a plate area 3 forms and also merges into a thumb part 4, which in turn in a latex approach position 5 passes.
- the latex attachment layer 5 forms a free edge 6, which merges into a transition 7, which in turn into a straight index finger edge 15 passes.
- the transition 7 defines a U-shaped recess 8, whose center line with an extension of the index finger edge 15 an angle ⁇ 45 °, whose length in the direction of the U-legs is low and whose width transverse to the U-legs is also low.
- the inside-hand thumb part 4 of the latex layer 1 is with an overhand thumb piece, in particular a thumb leather piece 9, connected by a seam 10, wherein a ball-side longitudinal region 11 is formed, which merges into a dome area 12.
- the latex starting layer 5 forms on a gusset-side longitudinal region 13 a Herumbiegung 14.
- the seam 10 also extends to the crest area 12 and there also detects the neck layer 5.
- This latex approach layer 5 is along the free edge 6 connected by a seam 16 with the thumb piece 9. Of the free edge 6 forms on the one hand a curved arc and extends also on the crest area 12.
- the attachment layer 5 forms opposite to one shown in dashed lines 17 a projecting area 18.
- the center the width of the thumb on the upper hand side is shown in FIG 2 by a dashed line shown center line 19 indicated.
- the thumb leather piece 9 is on the other hand with the neck layer 5 for the seam 16 flat on top of each other flat.
- the latex layer is always in a manner not shown on a foam layer provided, which in turn attached to a fabric support layer is.
- 3 shows an intermediate strip 20, which on the side of the Forefinger edge 15 the upper hand part and the inner hand part of the goalkeeper glove connects in a known manner and on which also the thumb-leather piece 9 is sewn on.
