Definitions
- the invention relates to a goalkeeper glove and a method for Making a goalkeeper glove.
- goalkeepers In ball sports like soccer, goalkeepers generally wear Gloves to make balls lighter even at relatively high speeds catch or fend off and also the hands from injuries protect.
- Such goalkeeper gloves are characterized by, for example Palm, which has a suitable damping effect to the kinetic Lowering the ball's energy and generally removing an adhesive layer Has latex material to increase the ball catching properties of the glove improve.
- Such goalkeeper gloves should on the one hand be adequate Have firmness on the outside of the hand, but must not on the other hand be too stiff to allow the fingers and thumb to move freely Do not restrict the gripping movement too much.
- a glove consists of one Inner hand part and an outer hand part, both the contour of one hand have and are about the same size.
- the palm of your hand and that Outer handpiece are sewn together by stitching along the outer boundary of the two parts runs.
- a well-known goalkeeper's glove is made of one piece of latex trained and has a palm area, four forefinger areas and a thumb area adjoining the palm area.
- An inner thumb area is completely from the latex inner hand part educated.
- An outer thumb area or upper thumb piece is with one Carrier material made of fabric, part of the thumb area of the The inner part of the hand is turned over and as an outer part of the thumb on this Carrier material of the upper thumb piece is sewn on and the inner one Thumb area of the palm with an all-round seam on the Carrier material of the upper thumb piece is sewn. With this glove there are still several seams on the thumb, which increases the height Manufacturing effort means and annoying by some goalkeepers is felt.
- the outside of the hand or glove is the outside of the Inner side facing away or the outer sides or expanded sides of the Forefinger and the back of the hand.
- the palm Around the inside of the hand cover, so the palm generally has Forefinger areas for the four forefingers (index finger, middle finger, Ring finger and little finger) and a palm area.
- the Outer hand part for at least predominantly covering the Areas on the back of the hand and the outside of the forefinger corresponding to The back of the hand and / or the forefingers.
- the thumb area of the goalkeeper glove is now according to the invention completely formed from the palm part, so that thumb and palm be covered by the same one-piece inner hand part.
- Words cover the inner palm on the one hand the inner palm completely off and on the other hand the thumb becomes completely all around covered or covered.
- the entire thumb area of the glove is thus assigned to the palm of the hand. This comes from the anatomy of the human hand because the thumb base is on the inside the hand .. This makes it possible to produce a glove that is optimally adapted to the shape of the hand, so that the mechanical Tensions in the glove can be minimized.
- the outer hand part covers that Thumb not off or has no thumb area. This has the Advantage that a particularly stiff and strong material for the outer hand part can be used without affecting the mobility of the thumb is restricted.
- the Thumb area especially around the thumb area Interior wrapped and on the thumb tip and a long side of the thumb to a cylinder jacket, cone jacket or another jacket shape together.
- the thumb area an inner thumb area and an outer thumb area that connected in one piece via a transition area and at the Thumb area assigned to thumb area as well as at subsequent, edge regions associated with one long side of the thumb connected, in particular sewn are preferably with a single along the top areas and a subsequent edge area trending seam. This can make the seam or joint shorter be designed and does not extend to the transition area.
- the inner thumb area and the outer Thumb area before joining or sewing in the Transition area in particular along at least one bending edge, bent or, in particular along at least one embossed Folded edge, folded or folded and folded towards each other and one on top of the other or on top of each other and then the sewing step carried out.
- the geometrical arrangement of one or more Kink edges can influence the later shape of the glove and even with a stiffer or thicker material on the thumb coat simple way.
- this fold edge contributes to the fact that Inaccuracies in joining the outer and inner Thumb area can be prevented.
- the inner thumb area and the outer thumb areas are preferably substantially congruent or congruent to each other.
- the border areas where the inner thumb area and the outer Thumb area are connected together are preferably on one an index finger region of the longitudinal inner side facing the inner hand part the thumb area. This will make the seam on the Top of the thumb area and thus an uncritical area for the Ball treatment arranged when gripping and fending off.
- the rest of the area has the curved part of the thumb area instead of the seam. Overall, this shape of the palm of the hand increases the length of the seam in the Thumb area minimized.
- the transition area is general between the inner thumb area and the outer thumb area one facing away from an index finger area of the inner hand part
- the longitudinal inside of the thumb area or the underside of the thumb is arranged, so that a continuous smooth surface is also formed there.
- the inner hand part and the outer hand part are or will be immediate or via one or more side parts arranged in between joined together or connected, preferably sewn, in Generally along their edges. If side parts are provided, the inserted between the inner hand part and the outer hand part there is a spacing between the inner hand part and the outer hand part reach and the entire shape of the goalkeeper glove with little Adapt effort to the anatomy of the human hand. this leads to in particular, that the tensions occurring during hand movements stay low in the glove.
- the Side part is designed as a piece of strip. Through the strip piece, the Glove on a kind of side wall that the inner hand part from Outer hand part spaced.
- the inner hand part also instructs the thumb area, especially the inner area Side facing away from the thumb area to the outer thumb area subsequent, continuation or integrated approach to that of an area behind the thumb area, especially on the palm area away from the side or in the direction of the index finger Metacarpals, covering.
- An edge region of the extension then preferably forms a continuation the outer longitudinal edge of the Index finger area so that on the index finger and thumb side of the Inner hand part a continuous and at least approximately flat edge the edge of the inner hand part is formed. It can do that Inner hand part and the outer hand part and / or side part (s) over a only continuous and / or circumferential and preferably in Sewn seams running essentially in one plane, which also extends over the edge region of the extension and connects this with the outer hand part or side part. Also are straight or flat edges of the outer hand part or the side parts possible, which simplifies their manufacture.
- the inner hand part preferably has between the Index finger area and the thumb area an incision.
- the Incision makes it easier to bend the thumb area when turning the Thumb inside out and vice versa.
- the extension at the incision or is now preferably sewn on the extension, in particular via a common single seam with the thumb area. So it will expediently the extension when generating the closed Thumb area on the one hand at an edge area with the inner hand part below the index finger area, preferably at an incision, sewn, preferably at the same time as sewing the inside Thumb area and the outer thumb area, and on the other hand a subsequent edge area with the outer hand part or the Side part sewn, preferably at the same time as sewing the Inner hand part with the outer hand part or the side part (s).
- this is or will be Inner hand part by punching out or cutting out a flat piece or a web of material. It can be easily and Provide the inner hand part in a cost-effective manner.
- the material of the inner hand part or the surface piece or the Material web is preferably bendable and / or has a non-slip Surface on.
- a latex material that has a good grip is particularly advantageous Has protective properties for the palm of the goalkeeper's glove, is firm and soft at the same time and can also be easily punched.
- latex material becomes a polymer Basis of, preferably cross-linked or cross-linked, natural rubber (s), understood, in particular via an emulsion and / or as a foam will be produced.
- elastomers based on synthetic rubber (s) i.e. in Generally linear or chain polymers by vulcanization or wide-meshed networks are networked and thus soft and elastic Get properties.
- siloxane elastomers SI which are used in Generally from cross-linked polysiloxanes or polysiloxane compounds are constructed, in particular a siloxane rubber (SIR, siloxane rubber), formerly known as silicone rubber.
- SI siloxane elastomers
- the outer hand part is in particular as a one-piece or coherent patch formed by the palm is initially separated. Outer hand part and inner hand part can also on the edge of the hand merge into one another.
- a reinforcement applied to the outer hand part preferably sewn on, is. This can be used to train a goalkeeper glove whose The outside of the hand has completely different material properties than its Palm side. For example, a glove with a special soft inner hand part and a very hard outer hand part to protect the Finger joints are provided before overstretching.
- the reinforcement can be a surface piece that is slightly smaller than the outer hand part. This does not interfere with the reinforcement if the outer hand part and that Inner hand part assembled, in particular sewn together.
- the reinforcement has a higher rigidity than the outer hand part. So there is a possibility that To make outer hand part from a relatively soft material, the Stiffness is only caused by the reinforcement. As a result furthermore the possibility of a basic model from a predetermined one Provide inner hand part and an outer hand part, the rigidity of the finished glove solely through the properties of the reinforcement be determined.
- FIGS. 1 to 7 provided the same reference numerals.
- the inner hand part 10 is in one piece or contiguously and preferably cut out of a patch and / or punched out and preferably consists of a latex material or a similar, flexible material with similarly good grip for Gripping a ball and similar damping properties.
- the Inner hand part 10 comprises four finger areas for covering the inner sides (or flexion sides) of the four front fingers, namely an index finger area 11, a middle finger area 13, a ring finger area 15 and one little finger area 18, a thumb area 12 for the thumb as fifth finger and a palm area 20 over which the finger areas 11, 12, 13, 15 and 18 are connected together.
- the thumb area 12 is in a directly on the Palm region 20 adjoining inner thumb region 14 and in one on the inner thumb area 14 on one of the Palm area 20 facing outer side adjoining Split thumb area 16.
- a facing the index finger area 11 Edge area of the inner thumb area 14 is 21 and from the inner Thumb area 14 facing edge area of the outer thumb area 16 is designated by 22.
- the thumb region 16 On the side facing away from the inner thumb area 14 on the outer The thumb region 16 then has the inner hand part 10 with an extension 19 on. They are the edge area 22 of the outer thumb area 16 continuing edge region of the extension 19 with 49, an opposite Edge area with 29 and the two edge areas 29 and 49 connecting edge area designated 39.
- the extension 19 is in the Example of FIG 1 to 3 formed approximately trapezoidal. A dividing line between the outer thumb area 16 and the extension 19 shown in dashed lines, as well as another dividing line, the inner Separates thumb area 14 from palm area 20. The two dividing lines meet in the bending area 27 at the edge of the inner hand part 10 and serve as will be explained later, as bending edges 41 and 42 of the thumb region 12.
- the two thumb areas 14 and 16 point through at the tip of the thumb an incision 17 separated crest areas 44 and 46 and otherwise hang over a bending area 27 as a transition area together.
- the two thumb areas 14 and 16 are in their through Edge areas 21 and 22, crest areas 44 and 46, bending area 27 and Bending edges 41 and 42 define contours preferably congruently, in particular mirror-symmetrical with respect to the bending region 27, to one another trained and can when folding or bending around the between the bending region 27 arranged in the two thumb regions 14 and 16 be congruent on each other.
- FIG. 2 there is an additional one on the thumb region 12 of the inner hand part 10 Kink edge 26 in or as a bending area 27 between the inner Introduced thumb area 14 and the outer thumb area 16, the is essentially linear between the inner thumb region 14 and the outer thumb region 16 extends. Due to the crease edge 26 can the inner hand part 10 compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 1 a relatively stiff or thick and therefore more difficult to bend Material be made and the outer thumb area 16 is still relative is easy to fold. In addition, the buckling edge 26 Merging the inner thumb area 14 and the outer Guaranteed thumb area 16 along the edge 22.
- the inner hand part 10 with two straight fold edges 28 in the bending area 26 between the thumb areas 14 and 16 provided a V-shape or form a V-shaped bending region 26.
- the two fold edges 28 meet in the area of the thumb tip or thumb cap and diverge towards the wrist. Due to the geometric arrangement of the two folded edges 28, the inner hand part 10 can also consist of one rigid material can be shaped so that it easily adheres to the anatomy of the hand is customizable.
- the kink edges 26 and 28 can be during or after the punching or cutting out the inner hand part 10. This is a relatively simple process involving the entire manufacture of the glove facilitated.
- thumb area 12 The by bending or bending in the bending area 26 or around Kink edge (s) 26 or 28 superimposed thumb areas 14 and 16 are at the tip areas 44 and 46 and the edge areas 21 and 22 joined together to form a closed thumb region 12, preferably sewn.
- the entire thumb area 12 is thus provided to completely enclose the thumb.
- the thumb area 12 for example, bent like a cylinder jacket or like a cone jacket to form a covering for the whole thumb.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show the inner hand part 10 with the one produced in this way closed thumb area 12 in different positions.
- One along the crest areas 44 and 46 and edge areas 21 and 22 the inner Thumb area 14 and the outer thumb area 16 with each other connecting seam is designated 43.
- the individual stitches or Thread sections are indicated by dashed lines.
- the only seam 43 of the thumb area 12 thus extends over the tip of the thumb and that side of the Thumb area 12, which faces the index finger area 11.
- the most The glove on the outside of the thumb area 12 thus has none annoying seam.
- the edge 24 of the remaining inner hand part 10 is for sewing on one in FIG. 4 and 5 invisible outer hand parts such as one in FIGS. 6 and 7 outer hand part 30 provided.
- the inner hand part 10 also has a continuation of the edge region 21 of the inner thumb area 14 an incision 23.
- the incision 23 enables both in the cut according to FIG 1 to 3 and in the finished Inner hand part 10 according to FIGS. 4 and 5, a bending or folding down of the entire thumb area 12 around the bending edge 41 and in the finished state 4 and 5 also around the one running parallel over the bending edge 41 Bending edge 42 or at least around an area around the bending edge 41 and 42 if the thumb area 12 is one of the cap areas 44 and 46 outward position (FIG 4) in an inward pointing position (FIG 5) or vice versa.
- the extension 19 now fills the space behind the thumb area 12 , ie the space on the side facing away from the palm area 20, the the metacarpals of the hand belonging to the index finger on the side covers, completely off, so that the entire front or inside of the Goalkeeper glove is formed with the inner hand part 10.
- the edge area 39 of the extension 19 of the inner hand part 10 on the thumb area 12 a continuation of that facing away from the middle finger area 13 Outer longitudinal edge of the index finger area 11, so that a continuous and flat edge of the edge 24 of the palm 10 on the thumb side is formed. So that the edge 24 of the palm 10 including the Edge region 39 is essentially planar all around.
- an outer hand part to be sewn to the inner hand part 10 or Side parts for connecting to an outer hand part (e.g. as in FIG. 7 shown) simply designed with straight or flat edges and there can be a continuous seam 47 for connecting the Inner hand part 10 with the outer hand part 30 or the side parts be provided, that is, the seam 47 are produced in one work step.
- it is also possible to extend the extension 19 on the inner hand part 10 omit and instead on the outer hand part or on the outer side part to form a corresponding extension.
- the palm area 20, the inner thumb area 14 (with outward stretched thumb according to FIG. 4) and the four front finger regions 11, 13, 15 and 18 of the inner hand part 10 thus cover the complete The inside of one hand.
- the outer thumb area 16 of the inner hand part 10 is for covering the top or outside of the thumb provided (FIG 5). Closes on the wrist side of the inner hand part 10 a wrist part 50 of the goalkeeper glove, which is known in the art Can be formed and with the inner hand part 10 on the lower Edge is sewn over a seam 48.
- FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of an outer hand part 30 which the back of the hand (metacarpus) on the one hand and the outside (or Stretch sides) of the four forefingers on the other hand covers.
- the outer hand part 30 has no thumb area since the thumb is already completely off Inner hand part 10 is covered.
- outer hand part 30 and inner hand part 10 are joined together, preferably sewn together, either immediately or indirectly via side panels.
- the outer hand part 30 has one Reinforcement 34, which is preferably also formed as a sheet is.
- the reinforcement 34 has essentially the same contour as that Outer hand part 30, but is somewhat smaller, so that on the outside Outer hand part 30 an edge area without reinforcement 34 between the edge 36 of the reinforcement 34 and the edge 32 of the outer hand part 30 for Sewing with the palm part 0 or the side parts remains.
- the Reinforcement 34 is attached to inner hand part 30, in particular along it Edge 36 sewn on the outer hand part 30 or on the outer hand part 30 glued, welded, vulcanized or the like.
- the Reinforcement 34 may, for example, be made of a stiffer material than that remaining outer hand part 30.
- the reinforcement 34 can also Have stiffeners that are only effective in certain directions. For example, elongated stiffeners can be provided extend parallel to the direction of your fingers. These stiffeners can for example, only be bendable in predetermined directions so that they counteract bending of the fingers in the direction of the back of the hand. This reduces the risk of injury and the Ball catching properties increased.
- FIG. 7 finally shows a finished goalkeeper glove according to the Invention from the side. It is the thumb region 12 folded down to recognize and the flat design of the palm 10 along the Index finger edge on the index finger area 11 and in the continuation on Edge area 39.
