Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sporthandschuh, insbesondere einen Torwarthandschuh (1). Er soll einen adaptiven Einstieg und Abschluss des Handgelenks eines Trägers des Torwarthandschuhs (1) ermöglichen.Hierzu weist der Torwarthandschuh (1) Fingerelemente (2), ein Handflächenelement (4) und ein Handrückenelement (5) sowie ein direkt daran anschliessendes Abschlusselement (6), welches das Handgelenk überdeckt und bis zum Unterarm reichen kann, auf. Das Abschlusselement (6) ist aus mindestens zwei Materiallagen (10, 11) gebildet, wobei eine äussere Materiallage (11) des Abschlusselements (6) mit mindestens zwei Schlitzen (7) versehen ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sporthandschuh, insbesondere einen Sporthandschuh in Form eines Torwarthandschuhs.
  • Aus der WO 2018237219 A1 ist ein Torwarthandschuh bekannt, der mit Dehnbereichen, versehen ist, um den Tragekomfort zu erhöhen. Diese Bereiche reichen von den Fingerspitzen bis zu einem Band vor dem Abschluss. Diese Dehnbereiche können eine Materialverdrängung beim Schliessen des Handschuhs und damit ein unangenehmes Tragegefühl bewirken.
  • Die EP 1401542 B1 offenbart einen Torwarthandschuh, der ohne Nähte auskommen soll, die die Ballkontrolle stören würden. Dies soll durch Fingerteile des 2. und 5. Fingers erreicht werden.
  • Gemäss der WO 2017025110 A1 sollen Abschnitte aus geschäumtem Kunststoff auf einem Trägersubstrat eines Torwarthandschuhs den Tragekomfort erhöhen.
  • Sporthandschuhe und insbesondere Torwarthandschuhe weisen oft einen seitlich, in manchen Fällen auch zentral positionierten Schlitz am Abschluss mit eingenähtem Materialeinsatz auf. Der Abschluss besteht zumeist aus Neopren und der eingenähte Einsatz zumeist aus sehr elastischem Lycra. Nachteilig sind dabei vor allem eine höhere Anfälligkeit für gerissene Nähte, da es sich nur um einen Einsatz und nicht um ein vollständig umlaufende Materialschicht handelt, sowie eine geringe Anpassungsfähigkeit an das jeweilige Handgelenk. Deshalb sind solche Handschuhe deutlich weiter geschnitten, um auch für breite Handgelenke zu passen, und bieten deshalb eine geringere Stabilität des Handgelenks.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Sporthandschuh und insbesondere einen Torwarthandschuh zu entwickeln, der einen adaptiven Einstieg und Abschluss des Handgelenks eines Trägers des Torwarthandschuhs ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe ist mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäss ist der Sporthandschuh insbesondere ein Torwarthandschuh und umfasst Fingerelemente, ein Handflächenelement und ein Handrückenelement sowie ein direkt daran anschliessendes Abschlusselement, welches das Handgelenk überdeckt und bis zum Unterarm reichen kann. Das Abschlusselement ist aus mindestens zwei Materiallagen gebildet. Eine äussere Materiallage des Abschlusselements ist zudem mit mindestens einem Schlitz versehen.
  • Erreicht werden soll eine bestmögliche Anpassung des Abschlusses an das jeweilige Handgelenk des Trägers des Sporthandschuhs, insbesondere ein Torhüter, und dementsprechend bestmögliche Stabilität und Tragekomfort. Der Sporthandschuh soll am Abschluss so eng wie möglich anliegen, um grösstmögliche Stabilität des Handgelenks zu garantieren und dennoch genügend Flexibilität und Spielraum bieten. Zudem soll im Bereich des Abschlusselements vorteilhaft auf nicht unbedingt notwendige Nahtstellen verzichtet werden.
  • Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemässen Handschuhs sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen offenbart.
  • Bevorzugt und vorteilhaft ist auf der Seite des Handflächenelements ein Schlitz und auf der Seite des Handrückenelements sind zwei Schlitze vorgesehen.
  • Die Schlitze reichen mindestens bis zur Handwurzel und/oder bis zur Mittelhand des Trägers des Sporthandschuhs.
  • Das Abschlusselement ist vorteilhaft mit einem Spannband versehen, das am Abschlusselement angeordnet ist. Möglich sind auch Ausführungsformen ohne Spannband.
  • Vorteilhaft besteht eine innere Materiallage des Abschlusselements aus einem elastischen, dehnbaren Material ist und ungeschlitzt. Eine äussere Materiallage besteht hingegen zum Beispiel aus Neoprenmaterial oder anderen Stabilität verleihenden Materialien.
  • Die zwei Materiallagen des Abschlusselements sind in einer bestimmten, definierten Schnittform miteinander vernäht. Eine untere (innere) Materiallage, eine um das gesamte Handgelenk laufende elastische Bandage, sorgt für Flexibilität. Eine äussere Materiallage, zum Beispiel ein bis zum Handschuhabschluss verlängertes Neopren-Material der Rückhand, sorgt für die Stabilität.
  • Durch zum Beispiel drei Schlitze auf der Aussen- und Innenseite des Handgelenks werden die Vorteile beider Materialien (Elastizität der Bandage und Stabilität des Stabilität verleihenden Materials) miteinander verbunden, um einen enganliegenden und stabilen, dennoch elastischen Abschluss zu kreieren, der zudem ein einfaches und unkompliziertes An- und Ausziehen des Handschuhs gewährleistet.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend in einem Ausführungsbeispiel eines Torwarthandschuh anhand einer Zeichnung näher beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigen die

  • Ein erfindungsgemässer Sporthandschuh, im Beispiel ein Torwarthandschuh 1 umfasst fünf Fingerelemente 2 mit daran anschliessendem Handflächenelement 4 und Handrückenelement 5 der Mittelhand und ein daran anschliessendes Abschlusselement 6, welches sich von der Handwurzel zum Handgelenk und ggf. bis zum Unterarm eines Trägers des Torwarthandschuhs erstreckt (Fig. 1 a-b). Zwischen den Fingerelementen 2 sind elastische Gabelungen 3 vorgesehen.
  • Im Beispiel bestehen die handflächenseitigen Fingerelemente 2 und das Handflächenelement 4 aus einem Schnittteil (Fig. 1a) und das handrückenseitige Handrückenelement 5 und Abschlusselement 6 aus einem Schnittteil (Fig. 1b und Fig. 3). Zur Bildung eines vollständigen Handschuhs sind die genannten Teile, wie in der Fig. 1 a-b dargestellt, entsprechend vernäht.
  • Das Abschlusselement 6 weist handflächenseitig einen Schlitz 7 auf, der sich vom äusseren Rand 13 des Abschlusselements 6 bis zur Handwurzel erstreckt (Fig. 1a und 5). Handrückenseitig weist es hingegen im Beispiel zwei Schlitze 7 auf, die sich vom äusseren Rand 13 des Abschlusselements 6 bis zum Handrücken erstrecken (Fig. 1b und 5).
  • Am Abschlusselement 6 ist zudem ein Spannband 8 angeordnet (Fig. 2a), zum Beispiel angenäht, das beim Träger des Torwarthandschuhs 1 Abschlusselement 6 und Handgelenk bzw. Unterarm umschliesst (Fig. 2b) und somit einen optimalen Sitz des Torwarthandschuhs 1 ermöglicht. Die flexible Festlegung des Spannbandes erfolgt zum Beispiel adhäsiv oder mittels Klettband. Der Sitz wird zudem durch die Schlitze 7 verbessert, indem sie einen enganliegenden und stabilen, dennoch elastischen Abschluss ermöglichen, der zudem ein einfaches und unkompliziertes An- und Ausziehen des Torwarthandschuhs gewährleistet, unabhängig von abweichenden Hand- und Unterarmmassen der Träger.
  • Das Abschlusselement 6 des Torwarthandschuhs 1 ist aus zwei Materiallagen gebildet, die in einer definierten Schnittform miteinander vernäht sind. Eine innere Materiallage 10 aus einem elastischen Material, eine um das gesamte Handgelenk laufende elastische Bandage, sorgt für Flexibilität. Eine äussere Materiallage 11, ein bis zum Handschuhabschluss verlängertes Neopren-Material der Rückhand, sorgt für Stabilität (Fig. 4a-b).
  • Durch die drei Schlitze 7 auf der Aussen- und Innenseite des Handgelenks werden die Vorteile beider Materialien, d. h. Elastizität der Bandage und Stabilität des Neoprens, miteinander verbunden.
  • Handflächenseitig sind die Fingerelemente 2 und das Handflächenelement 4 mit Latex 12 beschichtet, um einen besseren Ballkontakt zu gewährleisten (Fig. 4b).

Claims (6)

  1. Sporthandschuh, insbesondere ein Torwarthandschuh (1), der Fingerelemente (2), ein Handflächenelement (4) und ein Handrückenelement (5) sowie ein direkt daran anschliessendes Abschlusselement (6), welches das Handgelenk überdeckt und bis zum Unterarm reichen kann, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlusselement (6) aus mindestens zwei Materiallagen (10, 11) gebildet ist, wobei eine äussere Materiallage (11) des Abschlusselements (6) mit mindestens einem Schlitz (7) versehen ist.
  2. Sporthandschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Abschlusselement (6) auf der Seite des Handflächenelements (4) mit einem Schlitz (7) und auf der Seite des Handrückenelements (5) mit zwei Schlitzen (7) versehen ist.
  3. Sporthandschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitze (7) von einem Rand (13) des Abschlusselements (6) mindestens bis zur Handwurzel und/oder bis zur Mittelhand des Trägers des Sporthandschuhs reichen.
  4. Sporthandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschlusselement (6) mit einem Spannband (8) versehen ist, das am Abschlusselement (6) angeordnet ist.
  5. Sporthandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine innere Materiallage (10) elastisch dehnbar und ungeschlitzt ist.
  6. Sporthandschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine äussere Materiallage (11) aus einem, Stabilität verleihenden Material, bevorzugt aus einem Neoprenmaterial besteht.
