Abstract

Es gibt einen Torwarthandschuh, bei dem ein Innenhand-Daumenteil 1 und ein Oberhand-Daumenteil 2 entlang einem ballenseitigen Längsbereich 3 mittels Naht 6 miteinander verbunden sind und entlang der Naht 6 einen Nahtstoß bilden und bei dem der Innenhand-Daumenteil an der Außenseite von einer Latexlage 9 bedeckt ist, die am ballenseitigen Längsbereich 3 von der Naht 6 mit erfaßt ist. Dabei ist es erwünscht, wenn der ballenseitige Längsbereich des Daumen-Nahtstoßes und die Oberseite des Oberhand-Daumenteils mit relativ einfachen Mitteln in verbesserter Weise zur Abwehr eines Balles geeignet sind. Dies ist erreicht, indem eine Latexansatzlage 12 die Latexlage 9 einstückig fortsetzend um den ballenseitigen Nahtstoß 3 herumgebogen 11 ist und auf dem Oberhand-Daumenteil 2 aufliegt sowie mit diesem mittels Naht 13 verbunden ist. Der ballenseitige Nahtstoß des Daumens und ein wesentlicher Teil des Oberhand-Daumenteils sind von der Latexansatzlage bedeckt und lassen somit eine verbesserte Berührung und damit Abwehr des Balles zu. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Torwarthandschuh mit Daumen, bei dem ein Innenhand-Daumenteil und ein Oberhand-Daumenteil entlang einem ballenseitigen sowie einem zwickelseitigen Längsbereich und einem Kuppenbereich mittels Naht miteinander verbunden sind, bei dem der Innenhand-Daumenteil an der Außenseite von einer Latexlage bedeckt ist, die am ballenseitigen Längsbereich und am Kuppenbereich von der Naht mit erfaßt ist, und bei dem der Innenhand-Daumenteil sowie der Oberhand-Daumenteil entlang der Naht einen Nahtstoß bilden.
Bei einem durch die Praxis bekannten Torwarthandschuh dieser Art sind das Innenhand-Daumenteil und das Oberhand-Daumenteil jeweils eine Gewebeträgerschicht und liegen diese beiden Teile sowie die Latexlage bei der Naht flach aufeinander. Es ist also der Nahtstoß von drei aufeinanderliegenden Schichten gebildet. Dieser Nahtstoß beeinträchtigt die Wirkungsweise des Torwarthandschuhs an dem zwickelseitigen Längsbereich nicht, weil dieser Längsbereich mit einem abzuwehrenden Ball kaum in Berührung kommt und verdeckt ist, wenn die den Torwarthandschuh tragende Hand zu einer Faust geballt ist. Jedoch kann bei dem bekannten Torwarthandschuh der Nahtstoß an dem ballenseitigen Längsbereich die Wirkungsweise des Torwarthandschuhs bei der Abwehr eines Balles beeinträchtigen. Wenn der Nahtstoß oder ein dem Ball zugewendetes Teil des von Gewebeträgerschicht gebildeten Oberhand-Daumenteils auf den Ball trifft, rutscht dieser und läßt sich dieser nicht genau genug beeinflussen.
Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen Torwarthandschuh der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei dem der ballenseitige Längsbereich des Daumen-Nahtstoßes und die Oberseite des Oberhand-Daumenteils mit relativ einfachen Mitteln in verbesserter Weise zur Abwehr eines Balles geeignet sind. Der erfindungsgemäße Torwarthandschuh ist, diese Aufgabe lösend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Latexansatzlage die Latexlage einstückig fortsetzend um den ballenseitigen Nahtstoß herumgebogen ist und auf dem Oberhand-Daumenteil aufliegt sowie mit diesem mittels Naht verbunden ist.
Der ballenseitige Nahtstoß des Daumens und ein wesentlicher Teil des Oberhand-Daumenteils sind von der Latexansatzlage bedeckt und lassen somit eine verbesserte Berührung und damit Abwehr des Balles zu. Die Berührung des Balles erfolgt auch in diesem Bereich des Torwarthandschuhs mittels Latex. Es werden einfach die für den Innenhand-Daumenteil bestimmte Latexlage und die Latexansatzlage vergrößert mit dieser als Einheit zugeschnitten und wird die Latexansatzlage mit dem Oberhand-Daumenteil vernäht. Durch die Latexansatzlage sind sowohl der Nahtstoß an dem ballenseitigen Längsbereich als auch der daran angrenzende Flächenbereich des Oberhand-Daumenteils bedeckt. Durch die Rundung der Herumbiegung um den Nahtstoß ist eine verbesserte Anpassung an den Ball gegeben. Die Faustabwehr des Balls ist verbessert. Das Herumziehen bzw. Herumbiegen um den Nahtstoß an dem ballenseitigen Längsbereich ist wichtig. In der Regel erstreckt sich das Herumziehen bzw. Herumbiegen auf die gesamte Länge des ballenseitigen Längsbereich-Nahtstoßes.
Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es, wenn mindestens ein Viertel der Breite des Oberhand-Daumenteils von der Latexansatzlage überdeckt ist. Dies geht über die Herumbiegung ausreichend hinaus, um die angestrebte Wirkung in einem genügenden Umfang zu erreichen. In der Regel ist mindestens ein Drittel der Breite des Oberhand-Daumenteils von der Latexansatzlage überdeckt.
Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es weiterhin, wenn die Latexansatzlage sich auf dem Oberhand-Daumenteil bis zum Kuppenbereich erstreckt und dort von der Naht mitgefaßt ist. Dies verbessert den Halt der Latexansatzlage am Oberhand-Daumenteil.
Besonders zweckmäßig und vorteilhaft ist es dabei, wenn die Naht-Mitfassung der Latexansatzlage sich entlang dem gesamten Kuppenbereich erstreckt. Auch dadurch wird die Festlegung der Latexansatzlage am Oberhand-Daumenteil verbessert. Dies erleichtert auch die Vernähung der Latexansatzlage mit den sonstigen Bestandteilen des Handschuhdaumens.
Die Erfindung ist insofern komplex, als sie eine bestimmte Reihenfolge der Durchführung der einzelnen Nähte verlangt. Diese bestimmte Reihenfolge liegt vor, wenn die Naht am ballenseitigen Nahtstoß eine erste Naht ist, wenn die Naht entlang der freien Kante der Latexansatzlage eine zweite Naht ist und wenn die Naht an dem zwickelseitigen Längsbereich sowie Kuppenbereich eine dritte Naht ist. Ohne Bereitstellung dieser Naht-Reihenfolge ist die bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Torwarthandschuh vorgesehene Latexansatzlage nicht wirtschaftlich zu verwirklichen.
Eine besonders zweckmäßige und vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung liegt vor, wenn die Latexansatzlage einstückig mit einer Latexinnenhandlage ist, die nicht nur die Latexlage des Innenhand-Daumenteils umfaßt, sondern sich auch auf einen Tellerbereich und vier vordere Fingerbereiche erstreckt. Diese Gesamtlatexlage bzw. Innenhandlatexlage läßt sich in einem Schnitt erzeugen. Sie wird nicht nur mit weiteren Innenhandteilen des Torwarthandschuhs, sondern auch mit dem Oberhand-Daumenteil vernäht.
In der Zeichnung ist eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt und zeigt
  • Fig. 1 eine Oberansicht eines Daumens eines Torwarthandschuhs,
  • Fig. 2 eine Unteransicht des Daumens gemäß Fig. 1 und
  • Fig. 3 eine Latexinnenhandlage des Torwarthandschuhs gemäß Fig. 1, in einem flachgelegten Zustand.
    • Der Torwarthandschuh gemäß Zeichnung bildet mit einem nicht näher gezeigten Gesamtinnenhandteil ein Innenhand-Daumenteil 1 aus Gewebeträgerschicht und ein Oberhand-Daumenteil 2 aus Gewebeträgerschicht, das sich in einem nicht näher gezeigten Zwischenstück fortsetzt. Das Innenhand-Daumenteil 1 und das Oberhand-Daumenteil 2 sind aufeinandergelegt und entlang einem ballenseitigen Längsbereich 3, einem Kuppenbereich 4 und einem zwickelseitigen Längsbereich 5 mittels Nähten 6, 7, 8 miteinander verbunden.
    Das Innenhand-Daumenteil 1 ist mit einer Latexlage 9 bedeckt, die am Kuppenbereich 4 von der Naht 7 mitgefaßt ist und am zwickelseitigen Längsbereich 9 von der Naht 8 mitgefaßt ist. Der zwickelseitige Längsbereich 5 bildet mit einem nicht näher gezeigten Zeigefinger einen Zwickel 10. Am ballenseitigen bzw. äußeren Längsbereich 3 setzt sich die Innenhand-Daumen-Latexlage 9 in einer Herumbiegung 11 einer Latexansatzlage 12 fort, die an dem Oberhand-Daumenteil 2 anliegt. Entlang der freien Kante der Latexansatzlage 12 ist eine Naht 13 vorgesehen, welche die Latexansatzlage 12 mit dem Oberhand-Daumenteil 2 verbindet.
    Gemäß Fig. 3 ist eine Gesamtinnenhandlatexlage 14 vorgesehen, die einen Tellerbereich 15, vier vordere Fingerbereiche 16 und die Innenhand-Daumen-Latexlage 9 bildet. Diese Latexlage 9 setzt sich über die Herumbiegung 11 in die Latexansatzlage 12 fort.

    Claims (6)

    1. Torwarthandschuh mit Daumen,
      bei dem ein Innenhand-Daumenteil und ein Oberhand-Daumenteil entlang einem ballenseitigen sowie einem zwickelseitigen Längsbereich und einem Kuppenbereich mittels Naht miteinander verbunden sind,
      bei dem der Innenhand-Daumenteil an der Außenseite von einer Latexlage bedeckt ist, die am ballenseitigen Längsbereich und am Kuppenbereich von der Naht mit erfaßt ist, und
      bei dem der Innenhand-Daumenteil sowie der Oberhand-Daumenteil entlang der Naht einen Nahtstoß bilden,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Latexansatzlage (12) die Latexlage (9) einstückig fortsetzend um den ballenseitigen Nahtstoß (3) herumgebogen (11) ist und auf dem Oberhand-Daumenteil (2) aufliegt sowie mit diesem mittels Naht (13) verbunden ist.
    2. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Viertel der Breite des Oberhand-Daumenteils (2) von der Latexansatzlage (12) überdeckt ist.
    3. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Latexansatzlage (12) sich auf dem Oberhand-Daumenteil (2) bis zum Kuppenbereich (4) erstreckt und dort von der Naht (7) mitgefaßt ist.
    4. Torwarthandschuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naht-Mitfassung (7) der Latexansatzlage (12) sich entlang dem gesamten Kuppenbereich (4) erstreckt.
    5. Torwarthandschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Naht (6) am ballenseitigen Nahtstoß (3) eine erste Naht ist, daß die Naht (13) entlang der freien Kante der Latexansatzlage (12) eine zweite Naht ist und daß die Naht (8, 7) an dem zwickelseitigen Längsbereich (5) sowie Kuppenbereich (4) eine dritte Naht ist.
    6. Torwarthandschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Latexansatzlage (12) einstückig mit einer Latexinnenhandlage (14) ist, die nicht nur die Latexlage (9) des Innenhand-Daumenteils umfaßt, sondern sich auch auf einen Tellerbereich (15) und vier vordere Fingerbereiche (16) erstreckt.
