Description
Claims (12)
- Anker (10) zum Betätigen des Auslösestößels (14) von Magnetauslösern (1) für Schutzschalter, der ein zu einer Hülse geformter Blechstreifen ist, und einen Anschlag (11) für das Mitnehmen des Auslösestößels (14) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallel zur Achse des Ankers (10) ausgerichteten Ränder (20) des Blechstreifens wenigstens bereichsweise dicht aneinander liegen und daß der Anschlag für den Auslösestößel (14) wenigstens eine mit dem Anker (10) einstückig ausgebildete, quer zur Achse des Ankers (10) ausgerichtete Zunge (12) ist.
- Anker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blechstreifen zu einer Hülse mit kreisringförmiger Querschnittsform gerollt ist.
- Anker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (12) mit der Wand des Ankers (1) einen rechten Winkel einschließt und nach innen abgebogen ist.
- Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Wand des Ankers (10) liegende Wurzel (25) der Zunge (12) durch Ausschnitte (26) beidseitig freigeschnitten ist.
- Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (12) innerhalb der der Zunge (12) benachbarten Endfläche (27) der den Anker (10) bildenden Hülse angeordnet ist.
- Anker nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der Zunge (12) mit der ihr benachbarten Endfläche (27) des Ankers (10) fluchtet.
- Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (20) des zum Anker (10) geformten Blechstreifens im Bereich der Stoßstelle (21) des Ankers (10) flächig aneinanderliegen (Fig. 6).
- Anker nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmalflächen des Blechstreifens im Bereich der Ränder (20) bei noch ebenem Blechstreifen zur Ebene des Blechstreifens schräg ausgerichtet sind.
- Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder (20) des zum Anker (10) geformten Blechstreifens im Bereich der Stoßstelle (21) des Ankers (10) mit ihren Innenkanten (28) aneinander anliegen (Fig. 7).
- Anker nach Anspsruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmalflächen des Blechstreifens im Bereich der Ränder (20) bei noch ebenem Blechstreifen zur Ebene des Blechstreifens normal ausgerichtet sind.
- Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker (10) aus einem weichmagnetischen Werkstoff mit einer magnetischen Sättigung von 1,64 bis 2,0 T, vorzugsweise 1,6 T, bei einer Feldstärke von 4000 A/m besteht.
- Anker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anker (10) aus dem Werkstoff RFe 80 gemäß DIN 17 405 besteht.
