Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Kleidungsbügeleisensohle, wobei die Sohle umfasst:
    einen Aluminiumgussgrundkörper (1), in den ein Heizwiderstand (2) eingefügt ist, wobei der Grundkörper (1) Dampfausströmlöcher (3) einschließt, und
    eine Mehrschichteisenplatte (4, 4'), die eine Gleitfläche der Sohle bildet und die mit dem Grundkörper (1) verbunden ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren umfasst:
    einen ersten Schritt, in dem die Mehrschichteisenplatte (4, 4') mit einer Emaillebeschichtung (5) beschichtet wird, die aus einer Emaillefritte erzeugt wird, welche gesintert wird, wobei die Beschichtung aus mehreren Schichten besteht, das Sintern einer ersten der Emailleschichten bei einer Temperatur zwischen 800 °C und 850 °C und das Sintern einer zweiten der Emailleschichten bei einer Temperatur zwischen 700 °C und 800 °C ausgeführt wird; und
    einen zweiten Schritt, in dem die mit Emaille beschichtete Eisenplatte (4, 4') mit dem Grundkörper (1) verbunden wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mehrschichteisenplatte (4, 4') in einer Vertiefung oder Aussparung untergebracht ist, die im Grundkörper (1) hergestellt wurde, die Aussparung oder Vertiefung längs der Oberfläche des Grundkörpers (1) bis zu einem Abstand nahe seiner Kante führt, die emaillierte Platte (4, 4') in der Aussparung eingefügt bleibt, so dass der Rand der emaillierten Oberfläche durch den Grundkörper (1) selbst geschützt bleibt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Grundkörper (1) nahe zu seinem Umfang eine perimetrische Nut (6) aufweist, in die ein auf der Platte (4') hergestellter Steg (7) eingreift, die Emaille an ihrem Rand geschützt bleibt und dieser Steg eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen dem Grundkörper (1) und der Mehrschichteisenplatte (4') herstellt.
  4. Kleidungsbügeleisensohle, wobei die Sohle umfasst:
    einen Aluminiumgussgrundkörper (1), in den ein Heizwiderstand (2) eingefügt ist, wobei der Grundkörper (1) Dampfausströmlöcher (3) einschließt, und
    eine Mehrschichteisenplatte (4, 4'), die eine Gleitfläche der Sohle bildet und die mit dem Grundkörper (1) verbunden ist, wobei die Platte mit einer gesinterten Emailleschicht (5) beschichtet ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Eisenplatte (4, 4') mit verschiedenen Emailleschichten beschichtet ist, eine erste Schicht bei einer Temperatur zwischen 800 °C und 850 °C und eine zweite Schicht bei einer Temperatur zwischen 700 °C und 800 °C gesintert wird.
  5. Sohle nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Mehrschichteisenplatte (4, 4') in einer Vertiefung oder Aussparung untergebracht ist, die im Grundkörper (1) hergestellt wurde, die Aussparung oder Vertiefung entlang der Oberfläche des Grundkörpers (1) bis zu einem Abstand nahe seiner Kante führt, die Emailleplatte (4, 4') in der Aussparung eingefügt bleibt, so dass der Rand der emaillierten Oberfläche durch den Grundkörper (1) selbst geschützt bleibt.
  6. Sohle nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Grundkörper (1) nahe zu seinem Umfang eine perimetrische Nut (6) aufweist, in die ein auf der Platte (4') hergestellter Steg (7) eingefügt wird, die Emaille an ihrem Rand geschützt bleibt und dieser Steg eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen dem Grundkörper (1) und der Mehrschichteisenplatte (4') herstellt.
