Description
Die Führungsrollen sind dabei jeweils stirnseitig gelagert sind, wie dies beispielsweise bei Rollenkühlbetten bereits praktiziert wird.
Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Führen von um ihre Längsachse rotierend aus einem Schrägwalzwerk, insbesondere Asselwalzwerk austretenden Luppen, mittels mindestens zwei sich über die gesamte maximale Luppenlänge erstrecken Führungsrollen (2), die unterhalb der Auslaufebene der Luppe (1) parallel zur Luppenauslaufrichtung nebeneinander um ihre Längsachsen drehbar gelagert angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrollen (2) rohrförmig ausgebildet und jeweils stirnseitig gelagert sind und dass die Führungsrollen (2) in Abständen durch unterhalb derselben angeordnete drehbar gelagerte Stützrollen (4) abgestützt sind, wobei die rohrförmigen Führungsrollen (2) und/oder die Stützrollen (4) durch auf Luppenauslaufdrehzahl synchronisierte Antriebe drehantreibbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zwei rohrförmigen Führungsrollen (2) diese um 30° von der horizontalen Auslaufebene versetzt beidseitig unterhalb der Luppe (1) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Einstellung der Lage der rohrförmigen Führungsrollen (2) auf unterschiedliche Luppendimensionen die Führungsrollen (2) auf symmetrisch zur Walzmitte angeordneten geneigten Führungsschlitten (5) verstellbar gelagert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zur Einstellung der Lage der rohrförmigen Führungsrollen (2) auf unterschiedliche Luppendimensionen die Führungsrollen (2) gemeinsam um einen zentralen Drehpunkt verschwenkbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der rohrförmigen Führungsrollen (2) senkrecht über der Luppe (1) mehrere an den Luppenmantel anlegbare und zum Auswerfen der Luppe (1) gemeinsam wegschwenkbare (6.1) kurze Führungsrollen (6) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abtransport der gewalzten Luppe (1) zwischen den unteren beiden rohrförmigen Führungsrollen (2) heb und senkbare Scheibenrollen (7) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils um eine horizontale und quer zur Luppenauslaufrichtung verlaufende Achse drehantreibbar sind.
