Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schalungselementen für die Mantelbetonbauweise unter Verwendung von Styroporblöcken, die in einen Formschneideautomaten eingelegt und fixiert werden und die dann in eine Außen- und Innenschalung der vorgeschriebenen Stärke der Wandung geschnitten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schalungselemente derart geschnitten werden,
dass sowohl die Außen- als auch die Innenwand des Schalungselementes eine derart rauhe Oberfläche aufweisen, dass eine spätere Putzaufbringung ohne Putzträger erfolgen kann;
dass weiterhin gleichzeitig ein Einschneiden von Schlitzen für Verbindungsstege in die Außen- und Innenschalung erfolgt, wobei die Verbindungsstege, nach dem Aufteilen des Blockes in einzelne Schalungselemente und deren Positionierung, in die Schalungselemente eingebracht werden, um nach dem Zusammenfügen der Innen- und Außenschalung eine vielfach punktuelle Verbindung über die gesamte Fläche der Innen- und Außenschalung zu bilden; und
dass in die Innen- und Außenschalungselemente positive und negative Höhenraster mit Hinterschnitt geschnitten oder gefräst werden, die im eingebauten Zustand horizontal verlaufend ein späteres Demontieren in der Höhe zusammengefügter Schalungselemente erlauben, ein Aufschwimmen beim Betongießen jedoch verhindern.
