Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Perforieren von einzelnen Zuschnitten (9) eines Flachmaterials aus der Gruppe Leder, Kunstleder, Schaumstoffe, Papier, Filterpapier, Karton und Folien mit hoher Lochdichte pro Flächeneinheit durch mindestens eine umlaufende Nadelwalze (7) mit Perforationsnadeln, wobei die Zuschnitte (9) durch eine endlose Fördereinrichtung (2) in den Wirkungsbereich der mindestens einen Nadelwalze geführt und durch mindestens eine Niederhaltevorrichtung von den Perforationsnadeln abgezogen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuschnitte (9) durch ein synchron mit der Fördereinrichtung (2) bewegtes Niederhalterband (10, 10a) an der Fördereinrichtung (2) gehalten werden und daß das Niederhalterband aus einem Material besteht, das für die Perforationsnadeln durchlässig ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Niederhalterband (10, 10a ) ein Textilband verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Niederhalterband (10, 10a ) ein Gewebeband verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalierband (10, 10a) durch den Wirkungsbereich der mindestens einen Nadelwalze (7) geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalterband (10a) als Endlosband ausgeführt ist und mehrfach mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit der Zuschnitte (9) durch den Wirkungsbereich der mindestens einen Nadetwalze (7) geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Perforieren von einzelnen Zuschnitten (9) von Flachmaterial aus der Gruppe Leder, Kunstleder, Schaumstoffe und Folien mit hoher Lochdichte pro Flächeneinheit mit einer Fördereinrichtung (2) für das Flachmaterial, mit mindestens einer Nadelwalze (7) mit Perforationsnadeln und mit mindestens einer Niederhaltevorrichtung, die zwischen der Fördereinrichtung (2) und der mindestens einen Nadelwalze (7) angeordnet ist und durch die die einzelnen Zuschnitte (9) von den Perforationsnadeln abziehbar sind. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niederhaltevorrichtung als Niederhalterband (10, 10a) ausgebildet ist, dessen Material für die Perforationsnadeln durchlässig ist und das synchron mit den Zuschnitten (9) durch einen Walzenspalt (8) zwischen der mindestens einen Nadelwalze (7) und der Fördereinrichtung (2) hindurchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalterband (10, 10a) ein Textilband ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhalterband (10, 10a) ein Gewebeband ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Niederhatterband (10a) als Endlosband ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der ersten und mindestens hinter der letzten Nadelwalze (7) je eine Führungswalze (15, 16) angeordnet ist, durch die das Niederhalterband (10, 10a) auf den Zuschnitten (9) haltbar ist.
