Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Wäschestücken zu einer Mangel oder dergleichen, wobei die Wäschestücke manuell in Klammern (Transportklammern 12) eines Zuführförderers (10) eingegeben, vom Zuführförderer (10) zu einer Eingabeeinrichtung (11) vor der Mangel oder dergleichen transportiert und an zum Auseinanderstrecken der Wäschestücke dienende Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) übergeben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Wäschestück mit zwei benachbarten Ecken in jeweils eine Klammer (Transportklammer 12) des Zuführförderers (10) eingegeben und von diesen Klammern (Transportklammern 12) an zwei Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) übergeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Ecken des jeweiligen Wäschestücks manuell in zwei aufeinanderfolgende Transportklammern (12) des Zuführförderers (10) eingegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Ecken des jeweiligen Wäschestücks von den Transportklammern (12) unmittelbar, insbesondere automatisch, an die Spreizklammern (48) übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportklammern (12) zum Eingeben der Ecken des jeweiligen Wäschestücks auf einer gemeinsamen Förderbahn des Zuführförderers (10) sich unmittelbar aufeinanderfolgend befinden und zur Übergabe an die Spreizklammern (48) in unterschiedliche, vorzugsweise parallele Förderbahnen bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ecken des jeweiligen Wäschestücks von den jeweiligen Transportklammern (12) zu den sich in ihrer Ausgangsposition befindlichen, vorzugsweise momentan stillstehenden, Spreizklammern (48) gefahren werden.
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Wäschestücken zu einer Mangel oder dergleichen, wobei die Wäschestücke manuell in Klammern (Transportklammern 12) eines Zuführförderers (10) eingegeben, vom Zuführförderer (10) zu einer Eingabeeinrichrung (11) vor der Mangel oder dergleichen transportiert und an zum Auseinanderstrecken der Wäschestücke dienende Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) übergeben werden, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ecken der Wäschestücke beim Vorbeibewegen der Klammern (Transportklammern 12) des Zuführförderers (10) an den Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) unmittelbar an die Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabe der Wäschestücke von den Transportklammern (12) des Zuführförderers (10) an die Spreizklammern (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) derart erfolgt, daß die Klammern (Transportklammern 12; Spreizklammern 48) bei teilweiser Überlappung aneinander vorbeibewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Übergabe der Wäschestücke an die Spreizklammern (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) die zu übergebenden Bereiche des jeweiligen Wäschestücks kurzzeitig in den Einflußbereich sowohl der Transportklammern (12) des Zuführförderers (10) als auch der Spreizklammern (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) gelangen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern derart aneinander vorbeibewegt werden, daß die zu übergebenden Bereiche des jeweiligen Wäschestücks in die geöffneten Spreizklammern (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) transportiert werden, wobei vorzugsweise während und/oder nach dem Hineintransportieren der Bereiche des jeweils zu übergebenden Wäschestücks in die Spreizklammern (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) die Spreizklammern (48) geschlossen und die Transportklammern (12) des Zuführförderers (10) geöffnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabe der Wäschestücke bei momentan stillstehenden Spreizklammern (48) und kontinuierlich weitertransportierten Transportklammern (12) erfolgt, vorzugsweise indem nach dem Ergreifen des jeweiligen Wäschestücks von den Spreizklammern (48) die Transportklammern (12) durch eine kontinuierliche Weiterbewegung vom jeweiligen Wäschestück wegtransportiert werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Wäschestücken zu einer Mangel oder dergleichen mit einer Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) zum Auseinanderstrecken der Wäschestücke aufweisenden Eingabeeinrichtung (11) vor der Mangel oder dergleichen und mit einem Klammern (Transportklammern 12) aufweisenden Zuführförderer (10) zum Transport der Wäschestücke zur Eingabeeinrichtung (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oder jede Förderbahn des Zuführförderers (10) vor der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) zwei Bahnabschnitte (27, 28) aufweist, wobei jeder Bahnabschnitt (27, 28) einer Spreizklammer (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportklammern (12) des Zuführförderers (10) derart an die Spreizklammern (48) der Eingabeeinrichtung (11) heranführbar sind, daß Klemmschlitze (40, 55) zum Halten der Wäschestücke an den Transportklammern (12) und den Spreizklammern (48) in einer Ebene liegen.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Wäschestücken zu einer Mangel oder dergleichen mit einer Klammern (Spreizklammern 48) zum Auseinanderstrecken der Wäschestücke aufweisenden Eingabeeinrichtung (11) vor der Mangel oder dergleichen und mit einem Klammern (Transportklammern 12) aufweisenden Zuführförderer (10) zum Transport der Wäschestücke zur Eingabeeinrichtung (11), insbesondere nach Anspruch 11 und/oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Art Klammern zwei mit Abstand nebeneinanderliegende Klammerhälften (38) aufweist und die andere Art der Klammern eine Breite aufweist, die kleiner als der Abstand zwischen den Klammerhälften (38) der ersten Art von Klammern ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern Klemmschlitze (40, 55) aufweisen, die auf einer Seite offen sind, vorzugsweise eine Öffnung (39, 56) aufweisen, wobei insbesondere im Bereich der Übergabe der Wäschestücke von den Transportklammern (12) zu den Spreizklammern (48) die Öffnungen (39, 56) der Klemmschlitze (40, 55) aller Klammern in die gleiche Richtung weisen, vorzugsweise sich auf der von der Bewegungsrichtung (13) der Transportklammern (12) weggerichteten Rückseite der Klammern befinden.
