Claims (5)
- Mehrkomponentenfüllvorrichtung zum Abfüllen einer ersten Art und einer zweiten Art losen Gutes wie beispielsweise Salatblätter in einen Behälter (22), mit einem Auffangbehälter mit einem ersten Bereich (A) zur Aufnahme der ersten Art und einem davon durch eine Trennwand (14, 14') getrennten zweiten Bereich (B) zur Aufnahme der zweiten Art,
einem Behälterabschnitt mit wenigstens einem den Boden bildenden nach unten aufklappbaren Klappenboden (6, 7), einer über dem Klappenboden (6, 7) angeordneten Trennwand (14, 14') zum Bilden eines ersten Klappenbodenbereiches für die erste Art und eines zweiten Klappenbodenbereiches für die zweite Art und einer Stempeleinrichtung (16, 16') mit einem mit dem ersten Klappenbodenbereich zusammenwirkenden ersten Stempelabschnitt (17) und einem mit dem zweiten Klappenbodenbereich zusammenwirkenden zweiten Stempelabschnitt (18),
wobei der Stempel (17, 18) relativ zu dem Klappenboden von diesem weg nach oben zum Zuführen von Gut zu dem Auffangbehälter bzw. zu dem Klappenboden (6, 7) hin zum Zusammendrücken und Einfüllen in einen Behälter (22) des Gutes bewegbar ist. - Mehrkomponentenfüllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Stempelbereiche (17, 18) durch einen Schlitz (12) getrennt sind, der in seiner Lage der Trennwand (14, 14') entspricht. - Mehrkomponentenfüllvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich seitlich an den Klappenboden (6, 7) ein Kanal (1) anschließt, der einen Bodenbereich (2) mit seitlichen Wandungen (3, 4) aufweist, die sich auch entlang des Klappenbodenbereichs (6, 7) erstrecken, daß an der dem Kanal (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Klappenbodens (6, 7) senkrecht zu diesem eine Stirnwand (5) angeordnet ist, daß die Trennwand (14) in diesem Kanal (1) zwischen einer ersten Stellung über dem Klappenboden (6, 7) und einer zweiten, einen vorgewählten Abstand von dem Klappenboden (6, 7) aufweisenden Stellung in dem Kanal hin und her bewegbar ist, und daß auf der der Stirnwand (5) abgewandten Seite der Trennwand (14) und in einem Abstand von dieser eine Rückwand (15) in dem Kanal (1) vorgesehen ist, die zwischen einer ersten Stellung und einer eine Seitenwand des Bodenbereiches (2) bildenden zweiten Stellung hin und her bewegbar ist. - Mehrkomponentenfüllvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Schacht in dessen Klappenbodenbereich ein Trichter (19) vorgesehen ist, der zwischen einer angehobenen Stellung und einer abgesenkten Stellung hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Mehrkomponentenfüllvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wiegeeinrichtung (26) zum getrennten Zuführen des ersten und zweiten Gutes in den Auffangbehälter vorgesehen ist.
