Abstract

Dans les boîtes frisantes connues, une des quatre plaques de paroi entourant la boîte frisante se présente sous la forme d'une plaque de pression qui peut pivoter autour de l'axe de l'un des deux cylindres qui sont utilisés pour amener le faisceau de fils. Pendant le fonctionnement, ladite plaque de pression est soumise à une force de pression. Le matériau constituant les fils enfermés dans la boîte frisante exerce une contre-pression sur la plaque de pression. Cela provoque une force de réaction sur le palier du cylindre, force qui dépend de l'état de fonctionnement et du point d'application de la force de pression. Cela conduit à des fluctuations de la force normale exercée sur le faisceau de fils par les cylindres, et il s'ensuit un frisage irrégulier.
