Definitions
- the invention is based on an insert tool and a Tool holder according to the preamble of claim 1.
- From CH-PS 429 630 is also a for large drilling rigs Impact drill head attached to the end of a drill pipe as Tool known, the tool shaft as a spline is formed, but a for axial locking tendon-like recess weakening the core of the shaft to accommodate one used on the drill head holder Locking body is provided.
- This solution also leads to weaken the core cross section and Impact on shock waves during operation.
- the aim of the present solution is for medium-duty machines the tools and the Tool holder with higher impact resistance and less Train wear and prevent incorrect locking to back up.
- This construction allows for existing devices a specified firing pin diameter of Insert shaft of the insert tool with high strength and appropriate wear behavior.
- a circular core cross section of the insert tool in the The area of its insert shaft ensures the best possible Centering. This centering is a prerequisite for one axial movement as possible - e.g. when chiseling - as well to align the joint.
- the axial movement and Shock alignment is again a prerequisite for one optimal work progress and therefore for the lowest Impact losses and bends. Avoiding Bending stress reduces the risk of breakage and on the other hand the sound generation.
- the two functions of the axial locking and the rotary power transmission between tool holder and Tool shank can be arranged in series by only implement a locking element, i.e. that only one longitudinal bar with a front face is required becomes.
- This locking element can also multiple times on the Be used to the insert tool in several sizes predetermined positions in a tool holder with only to be able to use a lockable locking body.
- the two functions are axially one behind the other arranged.
- the two functions of axial locking and the rotary power transmission can also on The circumference of the shaft can be arranged side by side. In this case are next to a locking recess in one Longitudinal web, or next to a shortened longitudinal web on both sides Adjacent longitudinal bars without locking recess. In order to can do both functions on a short axial section be accommodated.
- the combination of serial and parallel arrangement of the Longitudinal webs and the locking elements enable one space-saving, optimal use of the insert shaft Arrangement of functions.
- the shorter bars allow in same axial section of the tool shank Axial locking, while longer bridges directly adjacent with a correspondingly larger flank surface for the rotary Power transmission are available.
- continuous Support longitudinal webs to the sealing and guide area the guidance of the tool, the course of the impact and in disproportionately the area inertia or Moment of resistance and thus the security against breakage of the Tool shank.

- the rotation or anti-rotation is carried out via a tool holder (FIG. 12) of the machine and the blows are carried out by a firing pin 24 which is moved back and forth in a driven spindle sleeve of the machine and is shown separately in FIG.
- the tool shank 11 has an un weakened core cross section 1, which preferably extends to the end of the shank, and preferably has a diameter of 10 mm.
- This core cross-section together with approximately the same cross-section of the firing pin 24 in the device, a sealing and guiding area 4 and the drill core 5, forms an approximately constant system cross-section.
- Four longitudinal webs 6 are evenly distributed on the core cross section 1.
- the web outer contour 7 preferably has a diameter of 14 mm, which is designed as a circular element.
- the web flanks 12 are inclined to one another, so that the longitudinal webs 6 become wider towards the foot, which enables easy demolding in the case of non-cutting production.
- the shape of the flanks 12 and the web end faces 8 is curved, for example concave, so that a smooth transition from the core cross section 1 to the expansion by the longitudinal webs 6 is achieved.
- the transition of the web flanks 12 and the web end faces to the outer contour can be rounded or sharp-edged.
- the shape of a web flank via the intermediate space 15 to the next web flank is circular or concave, the web flanks 12 of the adjacent longitudinal webs 6 being connected to one another via a concave region 14 reaching as far as the core cross section 1.
- the insert tool 2 has a sealing and guiding area 4 towards the working area. For an optimal impact course, this area 4 has the same diameter as the core cross section 1.
- the longitudinal webs 6 extend in the axial direction of the tool shank.
- Figure 2 shows another embodiment of a Impact drill
- the diameter of the sealing and Guide section 4 larger than that of cross section 1 is as large as the outer diameter of the Longitudinal bars 6.
- two further longitudinal webs 6 are offset by 90 ° arranged. These have no longitudinal cutouts Axial locking but they run into the guide section 4 of the tool shank 11. With this solution they are adjacent longitudinal webs 6 unequal width and the adjacent spaces 15, which are called longitudinal grooves between the longitudinal webs 6 are formed, have a different offset.
- Figure 3 shows a chisel as an insert tool in which the Longitudinal webs 6 and the shaft end 3 in the same way as on Tool shank are formed according to Figure 1.
- the sealing and guiding area 4 of the Tool shank 11 larger than the core cross section 1 and between this area 4 and the longitudinal webs 6 is over the the entire circumference of the tool shank Core cross section 1 reduced section 13 for the procedure provided a locking body.
- Figure 4 shows a further embodiment Tool shank 11 of an insert tool with a Formation of the longitudinal webs 6 according to Figure 2 with the Difference that here only the upper longitudinal web 6 a Longitudinal recess 13 for the engagement of a Has locking body.
- This shaft can only in a position in a tool holder with a Locking body according to Figure 13 are used.
- Figure 5 shows a further embodiment of a Tool shank similar to Figure 1 with the difference that here two of the four longitudinal webs 6 longer are trained and only on the sealing and Run out the guide area 4 in the core cross section 1. This The shaft can therefore only be moved into a 180 ° position Tool holder can be used.
- Figure 6 shows a further embodiment Tool shank similar to that in Figure 2, but with the Difference that here the longitudinal recesses 13 for the Axial locking in the middle of the two each other opposite wider longitudinal webs 6 are attached.
- FIG. 7 shows a tool shank based on FIG. 3, in which the rear ends of the longitudinal webs 6 each are wedge-shaped to prevent insertion into the to facilitate appropriate tool holder. Besides, is here the sealing and guiding area 4 in diameter larger than that of the core cross section 1, but not as large like the outer diameter of the longitudinal webs 6.
- Figure 8 shows a tool shank 11, in which on Core cross section 1 two identical, opposite one another Longitudinal webs 6, each with a longitudinal recess 13 for axial Lock are provided. Are also offset two pairs 6a of longitudinal webs 6 lying opposite each other arranged on the core cross section 1, the pairs 6a by each a trapezoidal longitudinal groove 16 are separated from each other.
- the sealing and guiding area 4 also has here - -As in Figure 7- a diameter that between the Core cross-section diameter and the outer diameter of the Longitudinal webs 6.
- a shape-based production is also with the Tool shafts of Figures 7 and 8 possible because of the webs are designed so that they from a press tool can be demolded because their flanks are drafted have and because their ends have no undercuts.
- the longitudinal webs are designed there in such a way that the Tool shank according to its division in the forming Machining rotated relative to the press tool can be, i.e. that a tool shape is on the circumference of the tool shank according to the frequency of division found several times, namely in Figure 7 and in Figure 8 and 9 once on each half of the shaft. overflows or demoulding edges are not in the tool shank Functional areas for axial guidance and rotary power transmission and locking but in the rooms 15 in between.
- the 6 shows the cross sections of the longitudinal webs 6 no longer symmetrical but they have one asymmetrical profile.
- the rotary driving flank 12a of the Longitudinal webs 6 here run approximately radially, whereas the rear flank 12b not loaded by the rotary drive runs like a tendon.
- the gaps 15 between the longitudinal webs 6 wedge-shaped, the radially extending flank 12a the driving torque can optimally accommodate and about right-angled extending rear flank 12b of the neighboring one Longitudinal web has a significantly larger area to if necessary bouncing when tilting a To be able to catch chisel tools better.
- the transition between the two flanks can be sharp or rounded his.
- the asymmetrical flank shape supports the function the momentum transfer in which they are in the tool holder located longitudinal strips, which in the spaces 15th the longitudinal webs 6 of the tool shank 11 engage one enables wedge-shaped cross-section. It also becomes a Tilting when loading the tool through the Torque transmission in addition to the shock prevented.
- a asymmetrical flank shape also enables a rational Manufacturing the tool shank in which the wedge-shaped Gaps 15 the use of milling cutters with usual Allow square indexable inserts.
- the asymmetrical longitudinal webs 6 are clockwise Machine designed and optimized. The reverse Direction of rotation may only be when removing the Tool from a borehole necessary.
- FIG. 11 there is a Tool shank 11 for receiving in a tool holder 20 shown in Figure 12.
- the tool shank of the Insert tool 3 corresponds to the training of Longitudinal webs 6 of the embodiment of Figure 7, but with the The difference is that the sealing and guiding area 4 has a diameter that is equal to the outer diameter of the Longitudinal webs 6 is.
- the longitudinal and cross section shown in Figure 12 through a tool holder 20 for receiving a tool shank 11 has a tubular tool holder with a receiving sleeve 21, the bore diameter in front area the diameter of the sealing and Guide area 4 of the tool shank 11 corresponds. in the middle area of the tool holder has this according to the profile of the tool shank 11 in the area the longitudinal webs 6 a corresponding one recognizable in FIG. 12b In profile.
- the clear dimension between these longitudinal strips 25 gives the Inner diameter 22, which is about the core diameter of the Tool shaft 11 corresponds.
- the longitudinal strips 25 are for Fulfillment of the function of the moment transfer necessary and are also used for axial guidance.
- the length of the longitudinal strips 25 is large to provide adequate space for the To offer moment transfer.
- the longitudinal strips 25 extend forward up to and including in the range of Locking.
- Locking body e.g. a ball 23 in an opening of the Receiving sleeve used when inserting the Dodge the tool shaft radially outwards and can then be locked by spring force. To the The locking body must be removed however, be released manually.
- the tool holder 20 is on a drive spindle 33 Machine detachably attached.
- one Mounting sleeve 30 can 32 balls when pulling the Tool holder 20 to the outside behind a locking ring 31 escape and thus release the tool holder.
- the locking ring 21 then passes through Spring force over the locking balls 32 and so secures the seat of the tool holder on the drive spindle.
- the Actuating sleeve 26 and the mounting sleeve 30 can be turn freely so that they operate during operation at a Stop touching the edge despite the rotating tool holder. This means greater safety for the operator because the machine does not absorb any kickback torque.
- the firing pin 24 in the tool holder 20 With one inserted into the tool holder according to FIG Tool shank according to FIG. 11 results insertion system according to the invention, the firing pin 24 in the tool holder 20, the shaft end 3, the core cross section 1 and the drill core 5 or the Chisel diameter of the insertion tool 2 almost have constant system cross-section.
- the invention is not illustrated on the Embodiments limited because constructive Deviations from that reproduced in claim 15 Inventive ideas of a plug-in system for Do not touch insert tools.
- the web flanks on the tool shank also radial or be designed asymmetrically to each other.
- the longest ridges can e.g. a wedge or a quarter circle represent.
- the longitudinal webs can also be inclined extend to the axis. Can also in the axial direction several bridges in a row or offset from one another be arranged.
- the longitudinal recesses on the longitudinal webs for axial locking do not have to reach the core cross section be led.
- the sealing and guiding area can also a larger diameter than the outer contour of the Have longitudinal webs.
- a coding of application tools can by different lengths of the rear shaft end 3 be made.
- the paragraphs of the waterproofing and Guide area and the longitudinal webs to the core cross section can be tapered or concave.
- the longitudinal webs can in turn with longitudinal grooves or the spaces between Longitudinal webs can be provided with further webs. Is the Firing pin diameter of the machine smaller than that of the Core cross-section at the tool shank, so is at the shank end to apply a conical phase such that the frontal cross section of the tool shank equal to that of the Firing pin is.
- the longitudinal bars are sufficiently wide 6 it may be appropriate that the longitudinal recesses 13 for Axial locking not over the entire width of the longitudinal webs but only extend over part of the width. This can achieved that at least the torque transmitting Flank of the longitudinal webs also in the area of the longitudinal recess preserved.
