Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von flockenförmigem Fasergut, die über einen Zuleitungs-Anschlußstutzen (5), der mit einem unter Saugdruck stehenden, mit Faserflocken beladenen Transportluftstrom beaufschlagbar ist, und über einen Ableitungs-Anschlußstutzen (9) in eine pneumatische Förderstraße für die Bearbeitung des Fasergutes eingebaut ist, mit einer angetriebenen, mit Stiften (23) bestückten Öffnerscheibe (16), der eine feststehende Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) zugeordnet ist, die in Richtung der Stifte (23) der Öffnerscheibe (16) mit reihenförmig radial nach außen verlaufenden Stiften (26) bestückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Reihe (30;31) der Stifte (26) der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) über einen Antrieb (38, 39) in der Drehrichtung und entgegen der Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) ständig hin und her neigungsverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) kreissegmentförmig ausgebildet und die erste Reihe (30;31) der Stifte (26) in Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) hinter dem kreissegmentförmigen Ausschnitt (27) in der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) angeordnet ist, wobei die Reihe (30;31) der Stifte (26) quer zur Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere der Reihen von Stiften (26) vom Mittelpunkt der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) radial nach außen verlaufen und eine ballistische Kurve bilden, bei der sich die Anzahl der Stifte (26) in den Reihen in Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) verringert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei parallel nebeneinander verlaufende Reihen (30;31) von Stiften (26) ständig gegenläufig zueinander hin und her neigungsverstellbar auf der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei parallel nebeneinander verlaufende Reihen (30;31) von Stiften (26) ständig gleichläufig zueinander hin und her neigungsverstellbar auf der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die neigungsverstellbaren Stifte (26) in einer drehbaren Welle (30;31) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen benachbarten, parallel nebeneinander verlaufenden, ständig hin und her neigungsverstellbaren Reihen (30;31) von Stiften (26) jeweils zumindest eine Reihe von feststehenden Stiften (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stifte (26) der feststehenden Reihe von Stiften (26) der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) in Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) geneigt angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der kreissegmentförmige Ausschnitt (27) der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) durch einen Umfangswinkel α von etwa 120° definiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) nur in einem Winkelbereich β von etwa 120° mit Stiften (26) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest jede der Reihen (30;31) hin und her neigungsverstellbarer Stifte (26) in einem Einsatz (33) befestigt sind, der in einem entsprechenden Ausschnitt (34) in der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (33) in Richtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) mit einer Lippendichtung (55) versehen ist, die die mit den Stiften (26) bestückte Welle (30;31) gegen den Austritt des Fasergutes zwischen der Öffnerscheibe (16) und der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) abdichtet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Austritt des Fasergutes ragenden Stifte (26) spitz ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hin und her neigungsverstellbaren Reihen (30;31) von Stiften (26) über einen motorgetriebenen Kurbeltrieb (39) betätigbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kurbeltrieb (39) mit einem Exzenter (43) versehen ist, der die Antriebsbewegung auf die jeweilige Kurbelstange (49;50) überträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (38) des Kubeltriebes (39) ein Elektromotor, ein Pneumatikmotor oder ein Hydraulikmotor ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von flockenförmigem Fasergut, die über einen Zuleitungs-Anschlußstutzen (5), der mit einem unter Saugdruck stehenden, mit Faserflocken beladenen Transportluftstrom beaufschlagbar ist, und über einen Ableitungs-Anschlußstutzen (9) in eine pneumatische Förderstraße für die Bearbeitung des Fasergutes eingebaut ist, mit einer angetriebenen, mit Stiften (23) bestückten Öffnerscheibe (16), der eine feststehende Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) zugeordnet ist, die in Richtung der Stift (23) der Öffnerscheibe mit reihenförmig radial nach außen verlaufenden Stiften (26) bestückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Reihe (30, 31) der Stifte (26) der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) in der Drehrichtung und entgegen der Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) neigungsverstellbar gelagert ist, wobei auf die Stifte (26) in der Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) eine Federbeaufschlagung (56) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder neigungsverstellbaren Reihe (30;31) von Stiften (26) eine Zugfeder (57) oder eine Druckfeder (58) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugfeder (57) bzw. die Druckfeder (58) eine Stahlfeder oder eine Gummifeder (59;60) ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von flockenförmigem Fasergut, die über einen Zuleitungs-Anschlußstutzen (5) der mit einem unter Saugdruck stehenden, mit Faserflocken beladenen Transportluftstrom beaufschlagbar ist, und über einen Ableitungs-Anschlußstutzen (9) in eine pneumatische Förderstraße für die Bearbeitung des Fasergutes eingebaut ist, mit einer angetriebenen, mit Stiften (23) bestückten Öffnerscheibe (16), der eine feststehende Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) zugeordnet ist, die in Richtung der Stifte (23) der Öffnerscheibe mit reihenförmig radial nach außen verlaufenden Stiften (26) bestückt ist,, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Stift (26) der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) in der Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) geneigt federbelastet gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mindestens einer Reihe (30, 31) der Stifte (26) der Gegenöffnerscheibe (25) jeder Stift (26) durch das vordere freie Ende einer Spiralfeder (61) gebildet ist, wobei jeder Stift (26) in der Drehrichtung und entgegen der Drehrichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) neigungsverstellbar und federbelastet geneigt in der Drherichtung der Öffnerscheibe (16) gehalten ist.
