Claims (32)
- Verpackungsautomat enthaltend einen Auflagetisch (5) zur Auflage eines zu verpackenden Gegenstandes, ein Magazin (2) mit einem gegenüber dem Auflagetisch (5) zwischen verschiedenen Arbeitsstellungen gesteuert verschiebbaren Schlitten (24), der eine Mehrzahl drehbar gelagerter Vorratsrollen (3) von Verpackungsmaterial unterschiedlicher Breite enthält, wobei in jeder Arbeitsstellung des Schlittens (24) von der ausgewählten Vorratsrolle (3) Verpackungsmaterial abwickelbar ist, das an die Abmessungen des zu verpackenden Gegenstandes angepaßt ist, eine einzige, dem Auflagetisch (5) zugeordnete Verbindungs- und Schneidvorrichtung (13) für abgewickeltes Verpackungsmaterial, ein vorhangbildendes Mittel zur Aufspannung eines Vorhangs (12) von Verpackungsmaterial zwischen dem Auflagetisch (5) und der Verbindungs- und Schneidvorrichtung (13), und eine einzige spannungsregulierende Vorrichtung für den Vorhang (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jeder Vorratsrolle (3) ein vorhangbildendes Mittel (4,39) zugeordnet ist, unddaß in jeder Arbeitsstellung des Schlittens (24) das der ausgewählten, angesteuert drehbaren Vorratsrolle zugeordnete vorhangbildende Mittel (4,39) zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der es dem Schlitten (24) zugeordnet und mit Verpackungsmaterial von der Vorratsrolle (3) verbindbar ist, und einer zweiten Stellung beweglich ist, in der es nach Abwicklung des Verpackungsmaterials und Aufspannung des Vorhangs (12) dem Auflagetisch (5) zugeordnet ist. - Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazin (2) eine Schlittenführung (25) für den Schlitten (24) enthält.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (24) in regelmäßigen Abständen Führungsplatten (27) enthält, zwischen denen erste und zweite Führungsschlitze (28,30) bestimmt sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Führungsschlitze (28) zur Aufnahme von Wellenzapfen (29) der Vorratsrollen (3) vorgesehen sind und daß die Vorratsrollen (3) gesteuert drehbar sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Führungsschlitze (30) zur Aufnahme des vorhangbildenden Mittels in seiner ersten Stellung vorgesehen und abwechselnd mit den Führungsschlitzen (28) angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem zweiten Führungsschlitz (30) eine Verriegelung zur Halterung des vorhangbildenden Mittels in dem Führungsschlitz (30) zugeordnet ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelung ein Riegelelement (32) enthält, das zwischen einer Riegelstellung, in der das Riegelelement (32) den zweiten Führungsschlitz (30) zwischen zwei benachbarten Führungsplatten (27) überbrückt und das vorhangbildende Mittel dem Riegelelement (32) aufliegt, und einer entriegelten Stellung bewegbar ist, in der der zweite Führungsschlitz (30) frei und das vorhangbildende Mittel aus dem Führungsschlitz (30) heraus und in diesen herein bewegbar ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelelement (32) an einer der benachbarten Führungsplatten (27) schwenkbar gelagert und in der Riegelstellung mit einer Riegelaufnahme (33) in der anderen der benachbarten Führungsplatten (27) des Schlittens (24) im Eingriff ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Riegelelement (32) einen Arm eines Winkelhebels bildet, der mit seinem Scheitelpunkt (34) schwenkbar an der einen der benachbarten Führungsplatten (27) angelenkt ist und dessen anderer Arm (35) mit einer Schwenkvorrichtung verbunden ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkvorrichtung eine druckmittelbetätigte Schwenkvorrichtung mit einem Druckmittelzylinder (37) und einer Kolbenstange (36) ist, die an den anderen Arm (35) des Winkelhebeis angelenkt ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an Seitenwangen (1) Führungen (10) für das vorhangbildende Mittel vorgesehen sind und daß in jeder Arbeitsstellung des Schlittens (24) ein ausgewählter zweiter Führungsschlitz (30) zu den Führungen (10) in den Seitenwangen (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazine (2) oberhalb des Auflagetisches (5) an oberen Enden von Seitenwangen (1) angeordnet sind und die Vorratsrollen (3) horizontal zwischen den Magazinen (2) oberhalb des Auflagetisches (5) verlaufen.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazine (2) mit den Schlitten (24) unterhalb des Auflagetisches (5) angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen (10) vertikal und horizontal im Abstand von der Verbindungs- und Schneidvorrichtung (13) verlaufen.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorhangbildende Mittel durch eine Hubeinrichtung (38) zwischen der ersten und zweiten Stellung bewegbar ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magazine (2) mit den Schlitten (24) vertikal angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorhangbildende Mittel von einer weiteren Vorratsrolle (4) gebildet ist, daß jeder Vorratsrolle (3) eine weitere Vorratsrolle (4) zugeordnet ist und daß die weiteren Vorratsrollen (4) frei drehbar gelagert sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Prismenaufnahmen (7) für die Wellenzapfen (31) der weiteren Vorratsrollen (4) vorgesehen und mit einer Rollenführung (9) an der Führung (10) der zugehörigen Seitenwange (1) geführt sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Vorratsrolle (4) in ihrer zweiten Stellung antreibbar drehbar gelagert und der Vorhang (12) im wesentlichen von der weiteren Vorratsrolle (4) abwickelbar ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorhangbildende Mittel eine Greifervorrichtung (39) ist, die in jeder Arbeitsstellung des Schlittens (24) einer ausgewählten Vorratsrolle (3) zugeordnet ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifervorrichtung (39) von einem Quetschwalzenpaar (40) gebildet ist, dessen Walzen in einem Rahmen (41) drehbar gelagert sind und dieser an seinen gegenüberliegenden Enden in eine Prismenaufnahme (7) aufnehmbar ist und daß jede Prismenaufnahme (7) mit einer Rollenführung (9) an der Führung (10) der zugehörigen Seitenwange (1) geführt ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Walze des Quetschwalzenpaares (40) in dessen zweiter Stellung antreibbar drehbar gelagert und der Vorhang (12) im wesentlichen von der ausgewählten Vorratsrolle (3) abwickelbar ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die Greifervorrichtung (39) in ihrer zweiten Stellung am Ende eines Verpackungsvorgangs betätigbar ist, um die durch die Verbindungs- und Schneidvorrichtung (13) im Vorhang (12) gebildete Verbindungsnaht aus dem für einen nachfolgenden Verpackungsvorgang benötigten Bereich des von der ausgewählten Vorratsrolle (3) nachfolgend abgewickelten Vorhangs (12) zu entfernen.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzige spannungsregulierende Einrichtung einen Sensor enthält, der auf die Spannung des Vorhangs (12) anspricht und der mit einer Steuerung für die ausgewählte, angesteuert drehbare Vorratsrolle (3) verbunden ist, wobei bei Überschreiten einer vorgegebenen Spannung des Vorhangs (12) weiteres Verpackungsmaterial von der Vorratsrolle (3) abwickelbar ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzige spannungsregulierende Einrichtung von einer Tänzerwalze (16) gebildet ist, die den Arbeitsstellungen des Schlittens (24) zugeordnet ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Tänzerwalze (16) rollbeweglich in Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) geführt sind, die sich oberhalb der Verbindungs- und Schneidvorrichtung (13) von einer Position vor der Verbindungs- und Schneidvorrichtung (13) bis zu einer Position zwischen dem Auflagetisch (5) und der Schlittenführung (25) erstrecken.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Enden (18,19) der Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) Umlenkrollen (20,21) zur Ausbildung einer Kompensationsschlaufe (23) in dem Vorhang (12) in den Seitenwangen (1) drehbar gelagert sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) an einer der Umlenkrollen (20;21) schwenkbar gelagert sind, daß in einer ersten Schwenkstellung der Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) das erste Ende (18) tiefer als das zweite Ende (19) liegt und in einer zweiten Schwenkstellung der Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) das erste Ende (18) höher als das zweite Ende (19) liegt.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) in Schlittenführungen entlang den Seitenwangen (1) gleitbeweglich gelagert sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tänzerwalzenführungen (17) an den ersten Enden (18) und an den zweiten Enden (19) mit Anschlägen für die Enden der Tänzerwalze (17) versehen sind.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Anschlägen ein einziehbarer Anschlag vorgesehen ist.
- Verpackungsautomat nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge als Endschalter ausgebildet sind.
